Using the Community

I don't seem to be able to access this forum with Firefox any more.It's version 68.0.1 64 bit on Windows 10.If I go to any page I just get a message saying -"The page isn't redirecting properly.""An error occurred during a connection to forums.adobe.com.""This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies".My cookie settings are fine as far as I can see, and I've never knowingly changed them!The forum works fine if I use Microsoft Edge.Anyone else seeing this? It certainly used to work fine in Firefox!Thanks, Dave.

Half the time I try to access these Forums, it completely fails. It times out, or just spins on a blank screen.   Other times, it comes up VERRRRYYYYY slowly. It seems like the styles or the javascript takes an AGE to load.   Adobe makes hundreds of millions of dollars off us.   The least they could do is throw a bit more resources at these forums. Especailly since these are peer to peer forums, and cost Adobe nothing except server space and time.   These forums need to be seriously improved if we are to use them   Most of the time now when I come across a link that points at the Adobe Forums, I look for ANY OTHER link I can find that does not involve the forums, because it will be faster and more reliable to get to.

Why Avtar needs to get approved?

I used to get email notification and suddenly I don't very frustrating.  I've looked everywhere in settings, I don't see the normal enable email notifcation words you see on all easy to deal with forums out there.

So could you explain this? Re: Adobe services [branched] and how come my last coment was delete? And don't say I was violating forum guidelines, because I was not. The only thing I did is prove you wrong with facts!Once again, users forum are important, that way people can help each other. But when some acp's ( always the same) are acting like Adobe's representative, delete comments they don't like, lock discussion they don't want, well sorry but that's not helping.

Hi, I have noticed that I can find some conversations I have been having in the forums if I google myself. I think anyone would agree that they would like to have those discussions in private. Could you please do something about this? Thanks.

Really a drag, Adobe, being challenged on every login to this forum simply because I'm on the .tv domain. "Did you mean .it?" No, I didn't. Could Adobe please update its domain list? It's kinda ridiculous when a Premiere Pro CC user working in television is assumed to be an Italian who's forever careless in typing in his web address. The .tv domain has been in use since 1998!  

I'm looking in my Profile, and see the option to create a ForumBlog PostsHowever - there seems to be no way of doing so. Nor in the section next to it. Documents.

Is there another purpose of getting points other than a status symbol? Adobe Captivate lets you gain points to get rewards with their program. I didn't know if it was the same with the rest of Adobe.

I have been on support chat all morning and have been sent around many times. The support team keeps telling me my name is correct, etc. They don't seem to be able to distinguish between account name and profile name. When they can, they send me to a link to Profile change. It's pretty straight forward: click on change button. Change. Save.but.....I cannot save.Message comes up as red box with warning sign saying: cannot save, try again.Can someone help me?Mac. Mojave. Hi.I wrote a long post on the Premiere Pro forums.  The post showed up twice in the feed so I thought that for some reason it duplicated when I pressed "Post" so I deleted one of the post because I didn't wan't the conversation to be split between them.But what happened is that BOTH of the posts were deleted, and I really don't want to redo the entire post.Is there a way to recover my deleted post?Thank you.

I would prefer to merge them if possible as I've been auto logging into both of them and answering and asking questions with both.Thanks.
