Using the Community

I unsubscribed from this post, but it didn't save. I'm still getting 100,000,000 emails from this discussion that I don't want to receive. Why aren't my settings saving my choices?

I haven't found any link to contact the webmaster, nor any forum for the website issues, so I thought I'd post this here.The website's menus don't work for me. When I click on them, it does nothing.I've tried with 4 different web browser.Is it just me?DeeS_0-1765868030671.png 

Hi there, I am trying to use the service but not working, I give prompts to create images but "generate" button not working

I need a way to resize my images or a setting to convert my images or png's into anything above 300ppi, how can I do this, I have all adobes, thanks!

I did something incredibly stupid today. I accidentally made a .lst file open with Notepad... How do I restore the adobeFnt_PseudoFonts.lst file to its default state? Can anyone help me? I want to restore it to the application selection mode, openwith.exe.In the registry editor, I deleted Notepad.exe from HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts.lst\OpenWithList. Then I found the UserChoice subkey under FileExts, deleted UserChoice, and then deleted FileExts again. The error code almost caused my computer to blue screen upon restarting. Even after opening adobeFnt_PseudoFonts.lst, it still pointed to Notepad, which was incredibly frustrating.Although I tried many methods, I couldn't completely solve the problem. It even nearly caused a blue screen after restarting, which really scared me and made me very annoyed and upset. It was such a small thing, yet it took me a whole process. My desktop computer is running Windows 10 and has been used for almost 12 years. Since support for it will end this year, I'm being asked to get a new computer running Windows 11. Having just posted under Adobe Express, this site cannot distinguish between a post and a reply.  Since you do not show an Edit button, I had to post an addition under my original post.  The site picked it up as a reply.  I hope that does not limit the responses I get to solve the original problem.

How can I send an email and get help? I've been trying  to get help from the chat but I can't get the help I need. I live in Denmark so I have no way of calling the US number for the customer support. There must be a way to get help even if I don't live in the US. Can't I just send an email? 

Pretty sad I cannot take an old family photo and make us laugh and smile. SMH. Something about guidelines which I read and it DOES NOT APPLY TO USE!

Hi all  I'm trying to login to adobe community. But each time I pad in this restricted view page. After some Google, as far as well could see the posts. It looked  like I'm blocked coed or banned. I've checked my email and never received any messages related to this. This is my regular profilehttps://community.adobe.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/11060664 Does any one know if this can be lifted? I find it awkward, that we don't receive a notice for this. Possibly, I would want to adjust any wrong doing I perhaps did. I'm not even sure why I was blocked. I've tried deleting cache and cookies. Still happens after that.    

Good morning,the sysadmin closed my previous account and created a new one.This has the side effect of disconnecting all my posts from my previous profile from my new Adobe profile.Is it possible to merge the two community profiles?Thanks

I want to be able to flag a post/comment so that it pins in my account for easy referrence in the future. For example, I find a solution in a post that I want for ref later - so i can then click on a PIN icon that will do that. Place that icon beside the Follow button???

There's a great feature in the Insert Photos tool on the forum that allows you to browse through your Saved Photos.  There is even a section called My Albums. Unfortunately, I don't see and can not find any way to edit these albums. I thought it would be somewhere in my Profile. It would be a great time saver if the albums could be edited like you can edit the Macros. It would make my life easier.

Hello, I recently created a post in the InDesign Community with the title “AI Translator Plugin for InDesign”. This is incorrect. The plugin actually works only with ChatGPT. Unfortunately, I don’t see an “Edit” option on my post. Could a moderator or community expert kindly help me correct this? Hi. (I’m posting this from a free account using a different email address, because my Adobe account can’t access the site.) When I'm logged into my paid Adobe.com account, every page on community.adobe.com returns an error message. I am completely locked out. The site displays the message “You are not allowed to access this site,” then usually, not always, immediately redirects to another URL (https://community.adobe.com/t5/errors/FilterErrorHandlerPage),  displaying the message “An Unexpected Error has occured.”  Even though I’m signed in, the error pages have a “Sign In” button at the top-right, but clicking it returns a 403 error from the server. This happens on every browser I’ve tried: Mac Safari, Firefox, and Chrome, and on iPhone Safari. I spent about 2-1/2 hours with Adobe support, and all we accomplished is getting me logged into a new free account to access this site. Am I banned? Is there something wrong with my account? Thanks.&n

I had already selected 'windows', clicked post, then this error message came up but with no 'topics' left to pick from! See screenshot. It'd be great it Adobe outsourcing tech support to their own customers then didn't also get in the way of that.
