I've just discovered that Adobe have been charging me for Creative Cloud for over a year. They initially sigend me up for 7 day free trial so I could retrieve an Adobe Spark file. I couldn't. I didnt realise I was signed up for the full package. Went to cancel (as I only just realised) and it's $350+ to cancel. This is robbery. No answer on their virutal chat and can't find an email address. Help!

Hello! I have been in the hospital for three months and came home to a charge on my account that I cannot deal with. I am short on money and this will set me back. I had subscribed for school a year ago and only just got charged without warning. Please help. I can't take this kind of hit to my bank account.

I cannot enter to "adobe store" to check my bills

Assim que cadastrei meu cartão no Apple Store foi cobrada uma assinatura anual que eu gostaria que fosse cancelada de imediato e fosse feito o estorno do valor.

Hi everyone!  I have a doubt regarding my adobe subscription:at the beginning of December while trying to cancel my student subscription I was offered 2 months free and of course I accepted, today I got the reminder of the expiration soon and I noticed that the next indicated payment is only 2.10€, I would like to understand if this is true or is it like a bug/glitch and instead I will end up paying the standard cost of about 40€ on Feb 1.

If I've subscribed in the past and want to re-subscribe, I know I will not be eligible for the free trial, but will I still have the option of canceling it within 14 days and receiving a full refund?  Or does that only apply to NEW customers?

I lost access to my student account so I can't log in to cancel my Adobe Student subscription. I already have a private Account, currently paying two Adobe Subscriptions(!). The IT department of my University says they can't help me - what are my options? As I see, there is no way to cancel my existing Adobe Student?!Yes, should've anticipated the deactivation in the first place - but does not really help now.

I paid for a subscription, but I can’t cancel my subscription, why?

I recently got a new card and am trying to put it in my account, but when i got to update the info, the buttons just arent working. I click add new method or edit and nothing happens. It wont even let me close the tab that pops up as the x in the top right does nothing as well. I dont think its a technical issue on my end because I have tried across multiple devices. If anyone could help it would be appreciated.

Buenas, tengo una amiga que tiene el plan de estudiante, yo pago el plan normal, pero hace unas semanas me llego al correo una  notificación de que subira el proximo mes el precio del plan que compre, la duda es lo siguiente, a mi amiga no le llego esta notificaxión, entonces a ella quiere saber si al tener el plan de estudiante no se le cambiara al nuevo monto, ya que no podra seguir pagandolo si es asi.Desde ya muchas gracias por leer

When trying to add payment method, nothing happens. Window freezes when clicking on the edit billing and payment link.  

Free trial was poor and wouldnt let me edit a logo out for a new on, None of the cancel subscription links would populate when clicked to open.  I chatted to someone online and asked 11 times to cancel my subscription, but was just typed over and offered a longer subscription and help on how to use it better.n They then just left the chat after I wrote Respectfully as previously requested 10 times PLEAE CANCEL my Subscription.I called customer service and on the phone it was EXACTLY the same basically refused to cancel and tried to offer me an email with a helpful guide on how to use the product and 3 months free trial they kept tlking over me putting me on hold absolutely criminal and so dodgy that a company intentionally prevent you from cancelling with them. 

Holaalguien sabrá si hay forma de cancelar la suscripción sin cobro por penalización? Y en qué fechas tendría que hacerlo para que no me cobraran? 

Mir wurde für ein Testabo, dessen Kündigung am selben Tag des abschulsses erfolgte, die Monatsgebühr bei paypal abgebucht Dier Reklamation wurde ignoriert und jetz kann ich nichteinmal jemanden erreichen???Was ist das für eine company die ohne bezahlabo nicht zu erreichen ist?Den Paypal Käuferschutz könnt ihr auch vergessen.AE02123200861CDE

Hallo liebes Adobe-Team, seit 2 Monaten wird mir via PayPal Geld abgebucht (35,69€), ich habe aber gar kein Abo gebucht. Im Mitgliederbereich gibt es auch keine Lizenzen, es wird mir kein Abo angezeigt. Ich habe auch nie eine Bestätigungs-Mail bekommen zu einer Abobuchung, eine Rechnung über die 2x 35,69€ habe ich auch nie bekommen. Warum und wofür bucht ihr mir Geld ab und wie kann ich das wieder "kündigen"?Gibt leider keine andere Möglichkeit, euch zu kontaktieren. Fragen-Bot versteht nicht, was ich von ihm will und direkten Kontakt gibt es nur für User, die ein Abo gebucht haben 😉 Danke und liebe Grüße, Tim

I cancelled my annual subscription as it was becoming too expensive, but i wanted to wait out the year, i then cancelled the renewal and i was told i had until the 27 Feb 2027 to use my current subscription until it expires. Then onm the 23 Jan 2024, it vanished. And when i asked them, they said they cant help! Most useless and poor customer service i have experience! I hate ADOBE!!!!
