Hi, using Acrobat Reader (23.006.20360) on Windows 10 but the same issue was encountered in the pro version. The attached PDF has the word Foobar with the bar being in subscript and hence also smaller in fontsize. The second table is scaled to 70% which brings down the fontsize of "bar" to <4pt. A search for "foobar" without any quotes etc. will only bring up the one in the first table. It's broken for the one in the second table. Selecting and copy-pasting either instance of foobar works just fine.

Hello, in our institution, we use Adobe Acrobat Reader Free to digitally sign documents. The application was used without any problems until version 23.003.20269. When switching to version 23.006.20360, users observed that the "Certificates" section used for digital signature was empty. The problem was fixed by switching to the old version. Our goal is to work with the most up-to-date Adobe version to avoid any vulnerabilities. We are using win10 22h2 professional.  Thank you. 

Bonjour, depuis que nous avons installé la dernière cité en objet, nous avons le message suivant: voici les choses que j'ai essayé pour résoudre le problème:1) mise à jour / réparation d'acrobat reader dc (version 22.003.20258)2) désactivation de l'antivirus pour s'assurer que ce dernier ne bloque pas Malheureusement aucune des solutions n'a fonctionné. Si l'on déinstalle la KB, cela fonctionne après un redémarrage. L'autre solution étant de désactivé le mode protéger dans acrobat reader, ce qui n'est franchement pas top comme solution non plus. Merci d'avance pour votre aide

Hello - our environment started updating acrobat dc to 23.006.20360 over the past few days and all we have got from the help desk are tickets with adobe. When users go to redact or sign, adobe just locks up and has to be force killed via task manager.

When I want to open the PFD from the website, the PDF file does not open, but the window as seen in the attached file. If I want to open a file, I have to save it first before I can open it. How can I solve this problem?Thank you, Andrej

Went to print and poster is grayed out, I went to advanced print settings and Acrobat reports "Only print as image is supported on Mac OS14 Beta". I'm not running Mac OS14Beta software.Reader version 2023.006.20360.

so i was working filling out a doc and i made sure to save it as i wanted to finish it after my chromebooks battery recharged when i got back on all my work  was gone from the saved doc can anyone please help me find it or perhaps lead me to anouther app i can use to finish filling out the doc without feer of saving nothing? or just maybee help me understand what the point of saving the work and it not being saved anything to help explain the maddness would be great and i downloaded adobe just for this purpious and am running 23.9.1 and chromebook os Version 118.0.5993.86 (Official Build) (64-bit)

During the past 10 years, I have used 4 laptops to save files (pdf) to USB. Now on my current 4th laptop, I am unable to open, copy or attach files saved in USB through earlier laptops. Getting message>Error 0x8071771. I also tried>Select File > Properties > Advanced > remove the check mark from Encrypt contents to secure data > got the message "Error occurred applying attributes to the file". How do I open files & how do I avoid this issue in the future?

I created a form in Acrobat for a client. He's been able to see past revisions just fine. However all of a sudden he can no longer see the fields on the lastest verison of edits. He's on a windows machine I'm on a mac.  

Small shop, ~75 machines, Acrobat and Reader installed on all of them so any user can use any machine and have the tools they need. On about 30% of my machines a new option ("Always open PDFs in Adobe Acrobat DC") appeared in Reader DC's General preferences over the weekend, and enabled itself.  This pushed everyone into Acrobat, and with no license they could not open PDFs.  We ended up manually changing the file association to something other than Adobe Reader (typically Chrome) so our users could work.  All machines are on the identical version of Reader DC (2019.021.20049), and updates are disabled, for compatibility with a 3rd party application. After hours of searching including an unhelpful 2+ hour chat with support, I finally stumbled upon the option.  It exists on only the users' machines that reported the problem.  The setting is not even available on the unaffected machines. Where did this option come from?  How was it enabled wit

I've never been more stress out and frustrated than I am when I'm simply trying to edit documents on Acrobat. Is there any other app that allows you to edit and sign pdf files?

I'm looking to suppress/disable "Start Free Trial" message in Adobe reader. I have set bToggleSophiaWebInfra to 0 in the registry SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Policies\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\FeatureLockDown. This only seems to suppress the message on the home screen, when you open a pdf you still get the message in the bottom right-hand corner. Is there another key I need to set or another registry location I need to apply the same key

I always like to view documents one full page at a time.  Is it possible to set  "fit one full page to window" as the default view?

Kann seit ca. 2 Wochen keine PDF mehr drucken. Weiter noch, der ganze Drucker hängt sich dann auf und muss neu gestartet werden. Alle anderen Dokumente gehen. Hat jemand ein Tipp?Danke Peter

The latest version 23.0 is installed on my updated computer. I can open a file but then a screen pops up which keeps loading. So I can't do anything.. I have removed it and installed it again. But the same thing keeps happening.It is a windows computer, windows 11 if I'm not wrong. Can anyone help me with this? 

 I have visual impairment and I use ZoomText 2023. All the PC works perfectly, but Adobe. Please, I beg you, add an option to leave the current cursor size intact.I cannot work with this big arrow in the screen and disabling ZoomText makes me force my eyes too much to work.

how do i highlight test in PDF document?

I bought an MAC with an M2 chip this month. After downloading the new edition, 23.006.20360, to it, every time I try to use the "find text" (com+f) function, Acrobat is frozen. I can't use it anymore and have to force it to quit. I also use the 23.006.20320 edition on my MacBook Pro with an inter-chip. It doesn't have any problem with this device. Please help me to figure it out. It is really an annoying issue. Thank you so much! 

Until recently, I have had no issues adding text comment to pdf's and seeing the text. However, now I post text as below and it is visible at all times (including side comment bar) but when I click away, the text is no longer visible. I have uninstalled the application and installed to restore all default settings and it won't work. I have included the software that I have. I am running this on a Macbook Air High Sierra OS. Please help
