Acrobat Reader

I am saving a fill form.  The spaces that I completed in the form, will not save closed.  My saved document would allow me to go in and change them.  How do I get those fillable areas to close?  I've never had this before and I used this program for years 

I have an 8-page word document. After page 5, none of the hyperlinks work when the document is exported to pdf, using "export to pdf".There are no corresponding section breaks.  I can't imagine it is a settings issue, since most of them work fine unless it's on the last couple of pages.

Query: Im using acrobat reader DC on the company by downloading on adobe.com.then im using the fill&sign for the the documents to sign & fill the form or add text for the form like SSS or any documents that related to company. it's that be okay to use for free? or need to buy license? if there is any violation?  

Hi Adobe Team, I signed a pdf with a self-signed certificate. My question in this regard is, what the validation process is all about.What does "Signature is valid" really mean and under what conditions the signature becomes invalid?Is there any calculation of a delta in the doc revisions? Do you have any good references (technical article at best) for me? Kind regards, Daniel

Hallo liebe Community,wir haben auf einem Terminalserver sowohl den Adobe Reader als auch Adobe Acrobat installiert.Nur ausgewählte User haben Adobe Acrobat mit einem Adobe-Konto angemeldet, die allermeisten nicht. Wir haben eine Excel-Datei, die Hyperlinks zu PDF-Dateien im Dateisystem enthält. Wenn diese Hyperlinks angeklickt werden, wird grundsätzlich die PDF mit Adobe Acrobat geöffnet, obwohl der Reader als Standardprogramm eingestellt ist.Bei allen, die nicht mit einem Konto im Adobe Acrobat angemeldet sind, schließt sich die Datei sofort wieder, weil das Programm eben in dem Moment nicht lizenziert ist.Gibt es eine Möglichkeit Windows 10 bzw. Office 2019 zu zwingen, die PDF aus dem Hyperlink mit Adobe Reader zu öffnen? Egal was wir tun, der Adobe Acrobat drängelt sich an dieser Stelle immer vor. Ich hoffe, jemand hat hierzu eine Idee? Hello there, I got my 14" Macbook Pro with M1 Pro chip recently. When I tried to open any PDF file in my Google Drive with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, it won't respond. I have checked these files on my Google Drive are good, since I can open them with Books app, Chrome or Zotero on my Mac. If I add my Google Drive as a file storage in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, I can open these PDFs from choosing them in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC/Google Drive/. However, when I back to my Finder/Google Drive/ and double click the same files or right click -> open with -> Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (default), the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC cannot open the file. Any suggestion for fixing this problem will be helpful. Best,Tianyi

Have been completing a PDF fillable form fine all day, have been able to use the enter/return key to start new paragraphs. Suddenly am unable to. Nothing happens when I press enter/return. Also when I type the text just runs on and on right through the text box wall so you can't read it. It doesn't automatically create a new line once it reaches the text box perimeter like it should. Any ideas?

We have a Ricoh MP series multi-function printer / scanner that we have been using for a long time.  Starting within the last week, scanned PDFs from this device are generating the above error, A Drawing Error Occurred when we try to print.  The PDF will open in Reader (2022.001.20169), but when we try to print, the print dialog appears, but clicking "Print" causes a hang for a while, and after maybe 90 seconds or so, we get the error message cited above.  We have duplicated this issue on four different computers at two locations, Windows 10 both 32-bit and 64-bit systems.  The same PDF will open and print fine in a 3rd party PDF product (Nitro PDF).

When I use the Tools > Certificates > Digitally Sign method the Digitally Sign Method is greyed out.There are grey boxes in my pdf but when I click them nothing happens too.  

Do I need to have Adobe and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC?

Hi Community,   PC specs: Windows 8.1 and fully updated.  I have installed Adobe Reader DC version 22.001.20169.0. We have a program OpenDental that uses adobe reader to display PDFs inside the program. When opening the PDF we get the following error. One strange thing is that the Windows error does not show up in the event logs, It shows up every time Adobe Reader crashes when trying to view our PDFBelow is a screenshot of Event Viewer where Adobe Reader DC crashesWe have added the program opendental as a trusted source in Adobe reader. Hi I have a user who is launching hyperlinks to pdf's from excel running the latest Office 365 version 16.0. They are also running the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 22.001.20169. When Reader is open already the pdf launches fine. But when it isn't it closes automatically after less than a second.  I have tried disabling protected mode and enhanced security. Checked for windows updates. Set Adobe Reader DC as the default pdf application but the problem persists. I see this has been as issue in previous versions and have seen other posts over the years suggesting the above fixes but it remains an issue. Please advise.

I have a fillable form that will auto fill to some sections (that its supposed to) but when I upload the form to hellosign or just request signature it changes the information in some fields. Why is it doing this and how do I fix it?

What do you suggest to address the issue please?  

I wish to lockdown my latest adobe reader dc continous to make it more secure. This worked fine with versions a few years ago. However all the registry paths to the lockable keys seem to have changed.for example: HKLM/Software/Adobe/Acrobat Reader/DC/Featurelockdown/cServices/bGoogleDriveConnectorEnabledThis path for the key value setting no longer works ..Does somebody have a list of paths to keys in the registry so that I can make adobe reader more secure ?

Bonjour,Depuis peu, lorsque je fais un clic droit sur un pdf et "imprimer", j'ai le pdf qui s'ouvre quelques secondes et se referme (jusqu'ici tout est ok)Mais ensuite j'ai l'accueil d'Adobe reader qui s'ouvre, avant ça ne le faisait pas et c'est gênant de refermer à chaque fois quand on imprime énormément.Si quelqu'un à une idée, merci beaucoup

Hello there! I have an issue while I try to open a pdf file from my smartphone.I currently don't have access to a computer and I am trying to open a pdf file and it's saying "please wait...".I read on internet that there isn't a solution currently but I hope you have one.

Reproduce:1. Fill a form2. Save filled form without signature under the original name3. sign, continue, as protected copy, continueResult: It overwrites the document and does not create a copy. Anyone else with this problem?

When I was using Acrobat to develop a document, after I hit save, random letters will change from the letter to ?. I am using a font that my copy has purchased the right the use and I have installed the font to my laptop at some point. Could this be the reason? What will be the best way to resolve this if I have to use this specific font for the document? Here are couple screenshots to help understand the problem.
