Acrobat Reader

Hi, I haven encountered an issue for Adobe Acrobat X Pro while trying to add text in pdf file, it said that  "An error has occurred that may be fixed by installing the latest version of the Korean Language Support package." In fact, I'm just using English and did not want to use Korean language to fill in the pdf.. What can I do to fix this issue? Thanks in advanced.

Hi everyone,I recently was approved for volume distrobution of Adobe Reader DC.  I was promised there was an .MSI 64bit installation file so I can distribute via MS Intune to my company.  No where do I see a .MSI file or full package of the .exe installation file.  If I can get my hands on any full package install file, I can convert it via IntuneWinAppUtil. The previous posts about this say I can extract a msi file from the exe once its installed, but the all the links are expired.  An MSI full install file would be preferred, but ill take whatever I can get at this point as long as its 64 bit.  Thanks

I have an open blank window that is blocking all of my functions.  I cannot close Acrobat or open any additional documents.   I also cannot re-install

Hi thereIs there any setting to switch off the bounding box when drawing with the pencil tool as soon as you draw?The previous versions did not have this issue and it is problematic for the work we do.

Hello, I just received a distribution agreement for Adobe Reader, but the date seems incorrect. "In addition to and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section of the Agreement, the Term of the Agreement and this Exhibit B, solely with respect to Adobe Runtimes, is for one (1) year from the Effective Date or until December 31, 2020 (whichever is sooner) unless terminated earlier pursuant to Section 12 of the Agreement (the "Adobe Runtime Term")."

We have 2 Windows application servers that many people remote into via RDS. On just one of the two Acrobat Reader keeps upgrading automatically to the Pro version, preventing remote users from viewing PDFs in our published applications.Does anyone know how to prevent Reader from upgrading?

This has never happened before; however, when I tried to save the edited adobe file, the "save as" page is blank. I waited for 1 min just in case it's loading, but still, just blank page. Please help!

I am trying to install Adobe Reader, that is supposed to be a free software from Adobe. But Adobe is pushing me to buy Adobe Acrobat including trial version, and another program in French. Hallo liebe Community,ich habe ein Problem mit dem Drucken von schreibgeschützten PDF Unterlagen mit dem FileOpen Plugin. Über Adobe Acrobat Reader DC lassen sich die Dateien zwar mittels eines Passworts öffnen, allerdings lassen sich die Dokumente dann nicht drucken. In den Sicherheitseinstellungen wurde das Drucken von den Autoren genehmigt. Unter Rücksprache mit den berechtigten Autoren, handelt es sich dabei um ein Problem bei Adobe: ,, momentan haben leider alle Personen, die Apple-PCs nutzen und das neueste Update des Betriebssystems gemacht haben, Probleme beim Drucken der Unterlagen. Es steht ein Update von Adobe aus, das auf die Änderungen bei MacOS reagiert ...'' Woran könnte das liegen ?

Hello,I'm troubleshooting for a user at our company.Several times a day, her Windows 10 (version 20H2) resets the default PDF association to Edge.If she changes the association back to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, it sticks for an indeterminate amount of time, then Windows pops up another notification saying an error occurred and the PDF file extension was associated to Edge.I've tried setting the association via the file properties dialog, and also through Default Apps in Settings>Apps>Default Apps. I also tried setting the option in Edge to always open PDF files externally... no luck.When that didn't work (the association reset again after I finished the session on her computer), I later tried re-installing Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.I've read countless forums about this issue, and most posts seem to be from as far back as 2015...2018...even some in 2020, but nobody seems to have nailed a solution for this yet.Does anyone have the slightest idea how to stop Windows from exhibiting thi

Hello, I'm using ADOBE Acrobat Reader DC (32Bits) version 2021.007.20099 on RDS Farm and my users tell me that somestimes they cant print PDF from Adobe. They have a Blank page (CF Screenshot). The problem dissappears when they close their sessions and re-open it.    Do you have any ideas ?

I use my personal Adobe Pro account for my work. I have a Macbook Air that the extension works perfectly on, and I'm able to edit PDFs within the browser; however, on my iMac desktop, which is my primary work computer, I can't get the extension to allow me to edit documents. The only thing I can do on the desktop within Chrome is choose whether an icon is displayed that allows the document to be opened in the Adobe desktop app. Below, I've attached a screenshot of what options are displayed when I click the extension icon on the desktop. Chrome, Adobe apps, and the Adobe extension are all fully updated; the only difference is that the laptop is running the most recent OSX, Monterey, and the desktop is like a month too old to be able to run the new one, so it's still on Big Sur. 

I am on Windows 10 and own an old Acrobat Writer 9 Standard. It appears that due to an update on Acrobat DC, my Writer was removed. So I deleted DC and reinstalled my Writer. Then tried to download DC again, but it now clearly asks to remove all old versions. Now I have to work on the old Writer and cannot run DC in parallel. Is there a way around it? DC is current and preferable, and probably required on some websites, but I don't want to loose my Writer, for which I paid a lot of money years ago. Can I go back to an older DC version? Any other suggestions? Thanks.

First things first I'm running Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version 2021.007.20099 So I've got a User that's trying to look at the comments and when you go to expand, nothing. Just says highlighted comment. I've done the Repair Installation, no joy from that. Is there someone that's resolved this issue before?Regards,Robert  

I'm content with my printer. But now it refuses to print black. I've done a lot. Now I would like to change black text in PDF's in any colour. So I would like to change the colour of all text in a document. I'm not experienced in Acrobat Reader; I tried but didn't succeed. Can anyone help me ?
