I am unable to put text in the blue boxes. I click on the blue boxes and type- nothing shows up. F*ck you adobe. Sincerely. You charge for such a piece of sh*t pain in the @4640431 product. All I want to do is fill in a f*cking form and sign it. Google chrome's pdf editor works no problem. Why are you special? Why are you so infuriatingly incopetent? Here's my workflow with google: open form > click blue box > type text > save edits :).My workflow with adobe is: open form > click box > nothing happens > try a different "tool" like edit PDF > click blue box > nothing > prepare form > nothing > go to website support > support/contact us puts me in an infinite loop of how to "download and install" :(. Now I'm here, with no help. F*ck you. You are a garbage company that sells bloated ineffective software that cannot accomplish the most simple of tasks. Trying to sign a document using "fill and sign" > "Adobe Acrobat error. Bad parameter". F*
The workaround that I found is to go to Chrome Settings. Click Advanced and go to Privacy and Security. Click Content Settings (near the bottom of that list), then scroll down to PDF documents (fourth listed from the bottom). I turned on 'Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome.' The full xfa-based pdf downloaded and when I opened it, the full document was displayed in acrobat reader.
Besides typical navigation function, I still haven't found a solution that allows users to experience the show/hide buttons when viewing the interactive PDF online. Can anyone help?

On all of my machines, Adobe Reader can suddenly decide to crash, resulting in a "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC has stopped working", all my notes and work becomes lost. After restarting, it requests if I want to recover the lost work, but it always fails doing so. Several of my colleagues have the same problem, making me think this is a common issue with Adobe Reader in general.I'm running the latest build of Windows 10 (Build 14393.222) and Adobe Reader (2015.017.20053). It usually crashes when I switch between windows or turn on my PC after hibernation about once a day with frequent.
I'm an IT professional and lately, some of my users have been unable to right-click on PDFs. Any time they do, their computer freezes, the screen goes blank, then they're back at the desktop. They can open, view, and save PDFs without any issues. But this is the only filetype this happens with. All Office docs, .EXEs, and everything else are fine. So far, the only thing that seems to fix this is reinstalling the OS on their computer. All the users with this issue are on Windows 10 Pro version 10.0.19043.1052 and Adobe Reader DC MUI version 21.005.20054 Has anyone else encountered this, and is there a quicker fix?
I was gmailed a document from CACi and I downloaded abode reader to open the secure pdf.How do I get to see this one document? Thanks 😊
Hiding the Tool Pane in the previous version was relatively easy. Edit - Preferences - Remember current state of Tools Pane. It does not work in the most recent update. Not only does it not work, if I minimize the document and then pull it up again, the Tool Pane has shown back up. I have to hit Ctrl H every time I pull up a PDF. When will this be corrected?
I am using a Pdf file on my Adobe Reader X. It is not giving me the highlight text option.plz help

Searching the forum, i've seen this topic several times and no fixed provided.I've seen the topic as far back as 2015. When I click sign-in, a white dialogue box pops up, goes away in half a second then the error pops up (see images below): I didn't have this problem until sometime in Sept-2019. I was logged in and using it without issue. Then one day, started Adobe Reader, i was logged in, i saw the Adobe Application flash and log me out (meaning, in the top right, it no longer showed my image, just "sign in") and from then, I was not able to sign in. Needless to say - I have Internet and it's working quite fine. I've uninstalled and re-installed Adobe reader (even used the clean uninstall tool).I can login to https://cloud.acrobat.com and that's actually how I Fill & Sign documents now since on my specific machine, it doesn't work.No firewall rules exist to block Adobe. I've disable Windows Firewall and Windows Defender and it still doesn't work.No o

Could you please assist us on clarifying the server side usage of Acrobat Reader? The licensing details aren't clear to us. So the overall goal is to run Adobe Reader on a server, and according to the online available license terms is it correct and safe to assume that it is free to install and distribute adobe reader on servers environments? (by the way, which binary should we use) ? Can you please advise and assist us on clarifying which restrictions we must take into consideration so that we can be compliant on it’s usage from the get go? Many thanks in advance for your reply.

We have a few users that have inadvertantly updated their Acrobat DC reader to 21.005.200048. This is causing a system issue. I'd like to get them back to 2021.001.20140. Is this possible? Regards Andrew
Hello,I have Adobe Reader XI version 11.0.23 installed and have a minor, but strange problem. When the application is open, the icon within the taskbar seems to be broken, instead displaying an 'image' icon in it's place, similar to what Windows 10 will display for a .jpg file. But if I hover my mouse cursor over the icon to show the small preview window, the icon is present and not broken as seen in the left corner of the small preview window.I'm not entirely sure if this is a bug within Windows or with Adobe Reader, if it's with Adobe Reader then I doubt it can be fixed with no updates being issued anymore. I am running Windows 10 build 21h1 with all the latest updates installed.I have tried repairing the Adobe Reader installation, uninstalling and reinstalling and updating the program fully with no such difference. It's not a major problem but it is slightly annoying as I keep missing the program when it's open thinking it's just an image I have opened! If anyone has any solutions to

Can someone advise how to troubleshoot the Certificates menu bar being unavailable 'grayed out'? Some .pdfs will open with the functionality to apply a digital certificate and some will not. We do not see any pattern/relation as to the .pdfs that have certificates available and those that do not. thanks!
I am helping a user on Acrobat Reader that has a document that won't display text properly. For example, The text appears like this However, when she clicks on it once, the text changes to display like this: Finally, when she highlights the text, it displays like this This is how the entire document appears. This does not happen on all documents and other users using Adobe Acrobat DC do not have this issue viewing the same document. How do I fix this?
to put a digital signature in a pdf document, i open the file with Acrobat Reader DC. Then I have a bar on the right with tools andCLICK on "more tools".Then I CLICK on "Certificates".Then a certificate header appears at the top. Then I CLICK on "Digitally sign".I would like to save these 3 CLICs and always add "digitally sign" in the header next to the permanent icons. How can I do this?
I was editing a pdf using Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro DC when as I was scrolling to the top to review the file, all of the text on a majority of the pages has been deleted. None of the pages that I was editing were deleted, except the pictures on a couple of them. Now I'm trying to save the document and it says "The document could not be saved. An unexpected network error occurred." What do I do? Is it possible to get the text back? It was a 37 page document and now 25 pages of text have been deleted.
