When I have multiple PDFs open for longer than 30 minutes, all of a sudden I get an alert that I cannot view them any longer. Yes, I can trouble shoot and individually sanitize the documents or reduce each file's size by compressing the PDF, but I should not have to. This would take me alot of time for when I have many documents open. And it doesn't just happen with certain formats, it is whenever I have many documents open in Acrobat. This is a glitch in the software and I was wondering if anyone has experienced this before and can please help me. This is an image of the error alert I recieve. Hi, my name is Hans. I use adobe reader in my MAC OS.Hundreds of files pass through me a day, which I need to make textual notes or comments. However I would like these annotations to become fixed as when I save the file, without me needing to export the pdf, because when I export, I go through another infinity of folders on the network to replace the exported file with the original. Is there any command to make the added text an image or have it fixed after I access the files tab and save my pdf? Thank you for now!
I am trying to install a fresh Acrobat Reader DC on my Win 10 home (x64).I have been through the cycle 3 times, always ending in a 'failed insall', with no particular error message.I downloaded the program from the official page <https://get.adobe.com/reader/> . The download is successfull. When I run the .exe file, progress proceeds normally ...downloading...installing.... Somewhere areounf the 61% mark, the process stops. The message says 'installation complete', however when I click on 'FINISH' button, I am redirected to a page which says the installation was not completed. What should I try next? Background:I had been having problem un-installing the previous version. Uninstallation was being blocked because of ' unable to uninstall patch'. I believe this was due to the corrumption of the original .msi installer. I finally forced uninstall using RevoUninstaller.

Hi all, I am wondering if anyone has experienced the following issue:When I select multiple documents in windows explorer (max 15), rightclick them and then choose Print, Adobe Reader 2020 will start, process the printing of the first document and then close. It will then move on to the next document and so on.... The problem is that during the batch printjob Adobe Reader will crash somewhere along the way. Sometimes after 4 documents, sometimes 6, no real pattern. An entry in eventviewer shows an error that Adobe Reader has crashed. When I start Adobe Reader before I start printing via Explorer, the print jobs are ok. All docs are printed. Some details:W10 Pro 1803, 1903, 20H2 (all have the problem)Adobe Reader 2020 Classic track with latest updates installed. The PDF files that are being printed are all the same (I copied them multiple times). So no difference in the files.I have reproduced it on several computers. Issue occurs while printing to a RICOH mfp but also prin

Hi.I have a Filemaker db built on 2019, since then we have been using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, even though we had another problem with Acrobat Reader DC on the MAC, it was something related to a format that Acrobat Reader was demanding to Filemaker to use, then we disabled that condition, then Filemaker was using his own format, now the issue I have today, is again related to the MAC devices trayin to display thefile saved on the Filemaker container, when the user tries to do that it makes FM crash, and that is happenning with the user in production and only using MAC and FM PRO 18 (32 bit), I tried on my MAC, using FM PRO 18 (64 bit), and also with FM PRO 19 ( which is 64 bit)., and it is happening something else different, still is not displaying the file, but also is not crashing, as a different it is asking me to use a different AdobePDF Viewer, because is not able to find a compatible Adobe Reader to view the file, check out the file I attached to this message. Then investigating o

Hello, I am using Adobe Reader XI on a Windows 10 operating system. My "Save As" function used to work completely normally until a few hours ago, but all of a sudden I find myself being unable to save any changes I make (i.e., annotations) to any of my PDF files. Whenever I click on the "Save As" option, the dialog box doesn't even open completely before the entire file closes automatically without saving anything, and I find that all changes have been lost when I reopen the respective file. I have not made any changes to any of the settings so I do not know what triggered this or how to resolve this issue. If I try to close a file after making a few changes to it, the "Do you want to save changes to your file?" prompt still shows up but as soon as I click on the "Save As" option, the file still closes automatically (once again without saving anything). Some of the other posts on this website related to malfunctioning of the "Save As" option have suggested to go to "Edit >
Hello there, I don't understand why I can't login to my account on my desktop. It doesn't let me and always sings in with a different account. Also If I click would like to sign in with a different account.
I have just obtained a digital signature certificate and time stamps and now I am trying to use them for the first time. The certificate works great, but when I try to add a time stamp, I get an error message: "An error occurred during signing. Unsupported transfer protocol." (This is a translation from Czech as my Adobe is in Czech). I have configured the time stamps according to the issuer's instructions and set up the 'Default' server. I don't know why it is not working and I will be greatful for any help - thank you! Ivona

Fillable data is populating on various fields throughout formHi, I have combined several pdfs into once document and some of the pdfs have fillable fields and now the data is populating on various fields throughout the document. Is there a way to clear all the fillables and prepare forms so it does not duplicate (example field name: Text Field 90#0 ). Any help is greatly appreciated.
I have a problem with acrobat reader dc, it has one function "fill and sign" which does not work for me. When I want to add text I fail, when clicked anywhere in the document it just inserts the non-editable text "Enter text" or " Enter t".System mcOS
I was trying to fill out a form using the fill & sign feature, but the alphabet is set to greek, and I can't seem to change it:Is there a way to change it manually?
Yesterday, while using the fill and sign tool, a new bug appeared - the font changed to Greek letters, and I don't know how to fix it. I have tried restoring the program, reinstalling, updates checking, turning on and off the machine and looking for options in preferences—still Greek letters in every pdf.I would appreciate it if someone can help me fix this problem.
After updating to latest version of Reader DC (Czech), tool "Fill and sign" uses Barcode font instead of normal letters. We are unable to change the font any way.Problem occurred on most installations in our company (hundreds of computers).Rolling back previous version fixes the problem. Reinstalling new version 20048 creates problem again.
When I try to highlight a word or phrase on a pdf, I get a pixelated view that blots out most of the page. I'm able to highlight and work in comment box and by clicking around, I can get back to a clean copy but this is annoying and time consuming. Any advice on how to avoid this? I am having this problem on a new Asus VivoBook laptop.
Acrobat Reader DC 2017 Release Version 2017.012.20098For the past couple weeks, all of my pdf's preview in color but once I launch them, they turn to black and white. This works on both my Macbook Pro and iMac. If I open the PDF in Preview, they're back in color. What settings do I have wrong? I've tried adjusting some of the display preferences but can't get it to work. Thanks for any ideas in advance -
