Acrobat Reader

If I open the Adobe reader program and press the Print key, the program writes me "Adobe Reader does not respond" and it is not possible to continue printing - I have a Samsung SCX-4200 printer that does not work with a PC even if copying works without problems.

One person is using the same document saved as a pdf as the rest of our class but cannot search successfully on that docment. He is using Adobe to open the pdf, and so are we - other persons at his location have the same computer systen and set up with no problems, and he can open all other pdf documents and search them just fine using his same computer. He purged the cache via preferences/search/purge cache with no luck (received an error messaging sayiing some files could not be deleted). He has rebooted and reopened the document, even opened it again when provided by a coworker who has no issues, without success. Any suggestions?Thank you! 

I used to be able to download a PDF, look at it and decide if I wanted to save it. Now when I try to download a PDF it makes me save it before I can download it and see it.

I was sharing a PDF form with someone, but a part of the form I filled out is just not showing. We're both using Adobe Acrobat Reader, and I can see everything on my end. Most of the things I filled out can be seen from the other person's end, but after we tried many times, a small part just doesn't show up on their end. We've used email and even USB, but neither worked. What could be the problem and how to fix it? 

My file was exported from a Microsoft Word document to a PDF with a few hyperlinks (that work in MS Word). When opening the file with Adobe Acrobat Reader the link shows up as "{ HYPERLINK "https://www.dropbox./sh/oxilpr536xrko7q/AAByZYb_O9508FELyBeIuxzBa?dl=0" }" instead of the name it was saved as. I've tried setting up a new document and inputting all hyperlinks again with the same result.I also contacted MS and made sure the error was not on their side. Any suggestions?

I am trying to update my adobe reader but getting error - "please close all the instances ........" Even though there is nothing running. Also after restarting and immediately updating - same error message is flashed. I am using windows-10, 64-bit Dell Laptop, Mcafee antivirus. the error comes at the time of installation. Downloading is ok.

We're using Acropdf.dll and the ActiveX components.We create a Window in our unmanaged code by ID m_axWnd.Create(hParent, rect, _T("{CA8A9780-280D-11CF-A24D-444553540000}"), WS_VISIBLE | WS_CHILD | WS_GROUP | WS_TABSTOP); At some systems, our applications crashes after the Adobe Window is closed.We used the Application Verfier tool from Microsoft to analys the crashes and we found out, that the loaded adobe dll produces a Heap corruption of the calling process. In some cases, I get an error-message from adobe (see screenshot)

Good morning all.I am using Acrobat Pro DC to create a "smart" form. One of the form features is the option to email form field data as FDF at the press of a button.My problem is that although this works in Acrobat, it does not work in Acrobat Reader DC. According to the Acrobat Javascript Scripting Reference #5431 however, it seems that this feature is available in Adobe 5.1 Reader, but requires Advanced Forms Features Rights.So, After completing the development of the form, I save it as Save As Other > Reader Extended PDF > Enable More Tools...Unfortunately, it does not work. Am I missing something here? Is Acrobat Reader DC a version that does not support this feature? How/where can I find Adobe 5.1 Reader?You see this feature is critical for the distribution of the form and if a workaround cannot be found, I will most probably lose the assignment....Any help appreciated!

Adobe Reader prompts to install a font package in order to view the document I have been working on without problems for the past week.  I need to click OK to be redirected to the download area, but when I click OK nothing happens.     

HelloI don't use Adobe a lot, so please excuse ignorance. If I try to initiate auto scroll it won't let me. I can't click on the mouse wheel, Ctrl+Shift+H doesn't work, and View-Page Display-Automatically scroll is greyed out. I can auto scroll in every other application, so what am I missing? I'm using a four month old pc, Reader was downloaded in the last two months. The pdfs are sent to me from book publishers for me to comment on. Any pointers, please? Thanks very much.

Hi.I can't install adobe reader DC. When I try to do it with the online installer, it takes several minutes at the 90% and then fails. I can't install adobe reader DC. When I try to do it with the online installer, it takes several minutes at the 90% and then fails.  If I try the offline installer it crashes prompting "Error 2753 'rdrservicesupdater.exe' is not marked for instalation". Theres no other adobe reader version installed. I also tried the acrocleaner with no diference. Does anyone now what could be wrong?Thanks.

Bonjour contrairement à ce qui est indiquer par Adobe, il est impossible de supprimer des pages avec Acrobat Reader DC. En cliquant sur "Organiser les pages", on est tout de suite diriger vers une page pour acheter l'application... Avez-vous une solution ?

No mês de fevereiro eu tive um projeto de faculdade e acabei optando por realizar a assinatura de um dos planos do aplicativo Rush da Adobe, no entanto o aplicativo não roda em android e não me serviu de nada, tentei cancelar por várias e várias vezes, mas a empresa me cobrou 3 meses, mesmo sem uso. Novamente em uma atividade academica eu solicitei uma avaliação do aplicativo adobe, que duravam 7 dias, tentei cancelar pq a cobrança se iniciava após o sétimo dia, novamente tive problemas em realizar o cancelamento, já enviei e-mail tentei contato pelo chat de vocês (que por sinal só possui atendimento em inglês), e estou imensamente descontente com esse serviço. Não é nada justo que eu pague novamente, por algo que não usei, nem mesmo cheguei a baixar o aplicativo mencionado para teste.Gostaria muito de saber como solucionar esse problema.

Hello, I tried to find the registry keys to change the tools menu (at the right, when you open a document).With registry, it seems possible with acrobat pro but when I try to do the same things with the reader HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Adobe \ Acrobat reader \ DC \ AcroApp \ cFavorites will there be a key that would block the possible customizations for the reader?Have you got an idea ?Regards,

Good afternoon folks, We're having a rather odd issue where if the path to a PDF is linked within a Word or Excel document for example. It will open up the document in Reader DC and then close immediately. Now if you have Reader open already, it will open the document just fine. Adobe Reader DC is set as the default, but it still attempts to open the files within Adobe even if another program is set as default. Any ideas? 

Good afternoon, after I open a PDF, if I click on the document the text becomes pixilated and unreadable, therefore I cant use the 'fill and sign' application within Reader. This occurs for every document I open using the Adobe Reader app. I can open the docs using a browser but of course cant use fill and sign. I have uninstalled and re-installed to no effect. I am using WIN10 Home ver 1909 and Adobe Acrobat Reader ver 2020.009.20063. I have checked smooth text and resolution under preferences and this has not helped. I have included a screen shot. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.  

Hello, In acrobat reader it is possible to show or hide the menu for quick tools. But there are no possibilities in the interface to choose different tools in the menu. Will there be a way to unlock this point with a registry key ? > to configure one tool instead of another. I would like to replace the signature tool with the signature with a certificate. I emailed a pdf and I was able to see the images in chromebook browser navigation. I can also see the images on the pdf from my phone, but when I download the pdf and open with adobe acrobat the images appear for a split second and then dissappear.  I am trying to figure out how I can see those images on adobe.I have already checked the show large images but nothing changed.  I have also logged out and logged back into adobe. I have rebooted the laptop. I have the most up to date version.

Contact support with reference ID 'BLK-002518' for assistance." I am on macOS 10.14.6.Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version 2021.001.20155.I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat hoping it would work. I have been blocked from printing and I'm really hoping someone seeing this community post has the answer as the internet so far doesn't. For reference, I'm mainly using it to print coupons that are not to be replicated so once they're printed the file cannot be opened a second time. Also if it helps, I have noticed that when printing in the last month, a good amount of the time after confirming to print, it will not send through to my printer and I would have to print it again. Hope someone here know's the solution to this. Thank you in advance 🙂

I have a big problem with Acrobat Reader DC.I have a file which is signed with an Austrian Official Signature (PadES).Visually there is a table embedded in the file, but the table isn’t shown by Acrobat Reader DC.In other viewers (e.g. MS edge, google chrome) the table is visible. If you close the file, Acrobat Reader asks whether you want to save the file. Why? I didn’t change anything. Is there a bug in Acrobat Reader DC?

Please help. On opening Acrobat Reader DC, it says "Invalid plugin detected. Adobe Reader will quit". How to fix this?
