Acrobat Reader

My user does see the option for Two-sided, but it's greyed out.  Know of a way to restore that dropdown to functionality?

Here is an example of what I see when I try to open a pdf with the adobe reader. Files will open ok on an internet browser but NOT with just the reader.

If adobe is cancelled will documents still continue to be password protected afterwards? 

Hello,When I click a "Submit" button on the bottom of a completed form, I keep getting an error message next to an Adobe logo that says " At least one required field was empty. Please fill in the required fields (highlighted) before continuing."There is no highlighting and no empty field. But there is plenty of frustration on my part.I am using the free Adobe reader on a PC. 

I have a secure PDF file and when I load it in to Acrobat and try to print it the print-out comes out with the bottom third of all text lines missing. It ony happens with this file while other PDF files print out Ok. I can also print the file successfully if I load it in to MS Edge or Chrome. It seems to be a specific issue with Acrobat and this file. I spoke to Adobe Support about it but in the end they suggested posting the issue here.Any thoughts anyone?Thanks.

downloaded adobe but the pdf  form I want to print off says I need adobe  8 or higher but I just downloaded it ?

Hello. I have the free Acrobat Reader DC on my PC, so I do not have an account, I am not logged in and it let me use it totally fine. However, when I go to use a stamp, it is linked to a persons name (the previous user that might have had an account?) And I cannot see anywhere I can change to this my name. I have changed the 'user' name but this other name still comes up when the 'identity set up' box pops up when I try to use a stamp. As I do not have an account with log in information I cannot change anything but I must be able to, as there is someones elses name there? She is an old employee, I do not have contact with her and obviously do not have any of her login details for any potention Adobe account. Please help!! 

Hi, I'm trying to open a file stored in SharePoint Online using the Adobe Reader Chrom Extension.  When I click the Adobe icon, I do not see any option to open the file.  Is this possible?  I understand that the extension is supposed to enable opening a file from the web directly in Adobe Reader DC.  Thanks,-Haniel

I am using Adobe PRO DC.   My problems are: 1.  My "magnifying glass" for searching the PDF for a specific word has stopped. I have tried restarting my computer and reloading software from the Adobe website with no success. I am using a iMac 27 inch (2020).  2.  My highlighter stopped working and cannot get it fixed. It does not even mark the text.  I cannot get it to work.  Same computer.  Thanks for any help

I am having a problem printing a pdf file from a customer. I can print a pdf from anybody else but this one customer. Any ideas.... Shane

Hello, if I purchase the annual Adobe Acrobat Pro DC with e-sign for $179,88 how many doucuments I can send for signature? Is there a limit?

Hoping for some assistance with this.   We have a client who's discovered some documents that throw this error once they hit the second page.  These are pdfs created by a different pdf product...   They open in that product without error.  They open in MS Edge, and Google Chrome without error.  And the most strange thing, I accidentally clicked 'combine files from the toolbar on the right side of Adobe Reader DC... and once that has happened, the document is displayed correctly. So... that shows me that Adobe reader is capable of displaying the document correctly.   One solution I've found is to pdf print the pdf files.  This works, but seems like an unnecessary step especially if the program is capable of reading the document if 'combine files' is clicked. There are no updates available for adobe reader.  Is there any kind of font pack I could install to avoid this error? The first attachment sho

I have trouble to get adobe reader to display some nordic charachters specifically (æ,ø,å)But only on specific computers,it does display correctly when opened in chrome on computer where it is a problem in readeron another computer it displays correctly in Reader as well 

Hi,I have a pdf file which is viewed correctly in any browser. But when I am viewing the same file in adobe reader, one section of the document disappears.It seems that the missing text has been hidden as when I find the missing text the cursor goes to the box where text is missing.I have attached the browser view and reader view.Please provide help.Browser ViewReader View

Hi AllIs there any chance on Adobe Acrobat Pro to search for a word and highlight all the coincidences in the PDF at the same time? For example, I need to highlight in the PDF, the words "Contract Number". I don't want to go one by one using the "Find" feature and then press the Highlight button.Thank you! 

I combine multiple PDF files as a single PDF file. Previously when I used to say combine 4 PDF files and be on the 2nd page of the 1st document click on TAB button it would take me to the end of the 1st document. Recently when I've tried doing so, the TAB button doesn't perform any function. Someone please help me. 

We are running into issues where some PDFs don't display properly in Adobe Reader, but they display fine in other apps like Chrome.  They display with strange pink and green hues.  

So I know how to tile print a large PDF, but can I save that tiled version to my desktop? I want to save my large poster as multiple, easily printable letter-sized pages. How do I do this?

Hi All,In the last few days for no reason many of our machines are having issues opening PDF's the error is:Cannot find or create the font'XXXXXXXXXXXXX'. Some characters may not display or print correctly.XXX = various fonts from Arial, MPDFAA, and many more.We are running acrobat reader DC, and i have also tried acrobat XI pro, Both display same error.All that is displayed is dots and in some random characters. I have tried many things mention online like removing all of adobe ins tall and re-installing, change the compatibility to run as win 7, removing use local fonts, removing enhanced security, checking the font is install, removing the font and adding it again. None have worked.Only solution i come with that does the trick is to convert the PDF to word and then save as PDF this solves the issues but i would like to know if there is any solution to this problem?Thank you all in advance.Regards

Hi Everyone,Good day. I have a problem on name my pdf on Google Chrome browser which I used to have a name destination as link to specific pdf page. The problem is e.g. "test.pdf#nameddest=content_title_section" it will go to the bottom section instead of the top where the name destination is located.  It works smoothly on Edge Browser and Firefox but not on Google Chrome.
