Acrobat Reader

I have one PDF manual that share the issue of scrolling being "locked" at the last page. I can move through the document(s) but once I let go of the mouse, I return to the last page. Page up/down will move to the next page for a fraction of a second. I've tried changing the document settings suggested here and on line with no change. And only with one particular manual consisting of hundreds of pages. Ideas?

Dear Professionals,  Please guide, how can "lock document after signing" be checked by default??   We will have only one signer and once the document will be sent to him/her for Esigning or digital signing, this check box should remain checked for always by default without any manual intervention.  Can we set it by using some properties in acrobat pro dc??

Dear Professionals,  Please guide, how the date and time format could be changed shows with a digital signature in acrobat pro dc?? I tried a lot but still struggling to find an option. 

I've been trying to read several threads understanding this without success. It's like a pandoras box and I can't wrap my head around it. I have somehow not come across this problem before, I hardly believe that I haven't noticed this before. I am working on an illustrator document and I am trying to export it as a PDF. My blacks along other colours are exported completely differently.  I've made my blacks in illustrator to appear accurately and checked different colour settings in illustrator. When I have illustrator emulated it appear as black in illustrator and using the digital colour picker, it too is complete black. If I then export it as a PDF, it appears as RGB 35,35,35, so very grayed out. If I change the colour setting to another one, it appears as gray on the screen in illustrator, but the colour picker says that it is all black.  I simply do not know what to do. I get the same result both in preview on my mac as well as in acrobat reader. I get the

Dear Professionals.  I am using Microsoft surface pro labtop with windows 10 OS. I want to use acrobat dc  or acrobast pro dc. my basic need is to Esign pdf document by using mirrosoft surface pro pen.  As you are aware that Microsoft sufrance has this feature to sign on pdf document by using  surface pro pen. After Esigining, no one could be able to edit or delete that pdf document (mainly sign).   Note: we need this feature without going in document property or by using any additional step after Esigning".   Please giude, how this basic need could be achieved.  Thanks.  

Hi, I am trying to use my Certificates menu to digitaly sign .pdf document and all 3  options are grayed out for me. Could you please help with it? I have set my trust certificate and update it to the newest version. Thank you,Olga.

PDFs used to open in my browser whenever I clicked on them.  For a long time now they go to My Downloads and I have to open them from there.  Is there any setting to change that will make it open into my browser??   I'm using Firefox on Windows 10.   Thanks!

Can someone recommend how to create an editable template form that is also searchable by field name?Example editable field names:NameLocationColor Images (does not need to be searchable)

I have an Adobe DC form in which users can select up to 47 options for self-improvement activities.  On the final page, I would like to provide a list (summary, if you will) of the options they selected. I know how to get a field to duplicate on another page. I also know how to hide a field that has no data in it.  The trouble with this method is that it doesn't make my list conscise.  For example, if they select otions "1", "10" and "25" then I would like to offer them a list that displays those options one after another without a lot of white space in between.  Thanks in advance for any help that is out there.Cindy

Every week from time to time just after opening the program it gets frozen. I have the last version available and already tried reinstalling but the issue doesn't go away.

I am confused. I have both Adobe DC and reader do not which do use to read a PDF file? Do I have to logon to ask a question?

10 June 2017. I have tried everything possible on the ADOBE website to stop ADOBE SYSTEMS SOFTWARE from trying to debit my bank/card account for products I DON'T want.Every attempt to contact ADOBE ends up going around in circles. I can buy. I can update. But I can't cancel. Can someone at Adobe contact me as this issue is affecting my bank account.

 in task  manager when  i  strt up adobe comes up everytime  i have it disabled in both services and task scheduler but it still shows up in the task manager  i get the notification all the time how do  istoo it from starting everytime.

Hello,I use a MacBook Air with 10.13.6 iOS system.Since I installed the last version of Reader DC 2020.013.20074 I can't print any pdf file. In the printing panel of iOS I can see a message like "imposible to open /private/var/spool/cups/tmp/...". The dots change for each file.Does any of you know that problem ?

Hello! I am trying to convert a PDF to a Word doc through the Adobe Acrobat Reader. This PDF contains multiple photos. I am able to successfully export the file from Adobe to Word; however, when doing so, a few of the photos from the original PDF are replicated where they shouldn't be and are greyed out. These photos appear on the Word doc where different photos should be - and it is only three photos out of many more that are giving me the problem. The issue may be related to the PDF itself, but the PDF looks fine before converting it to Word, so I am not sure what to make of this.  I appreciate any help anyone can provide!

Adobe Reader is not compatible with my Mac OS Big Sur. What do I do to get back Adobe Reader?  Please suggest fixes as simply as possible -- I am not real computer literate.  Thanks!

Bonjour, Je dois imprimer un pdf au format livret comme le propose adobe reader. Cependant, chaque page est encadrée, et le format livret d'adobe inclue des marges qui empêchent les pages d'être pliées (il y a une marge à droite systématiquement, qu'on soit sur le recto ou le verso). Est-il possible de centrer le ficher afin d'avoir la même marge à droite qu'à gauche ou bien de les supprimer tout simplement ? Bien cordialement

Hi guys,Sorry, total newbie AND thick.And yes, have browsed the forum extensively but can't seem to find exact match.So:Have followed ALL and various advice on hot to"create and save a signature file"and ended up with saving the whole document (no, no, no) and with the signature field there but BLANK.Now, this was on a pdf that I created and which probably lacked loads of attributes it didn't have.So, can someone send me a link to a NOT locked editable pdf file for that purpose and:Step for step explain how to (latest version Reader DC) to create the field from a jpg. file, save it as SIGNATURE only and finally, how to then retrieve and insert it into an official document.Pretty please? And should you feel particularly charitable (or bored) please:I have to digitally sign documents which require BOTH my AND my wife's signature.How do I save 2 signatures (different name of course) and retrieve BOTH for insertion??? I know, millions haveno probs but I do. Thanks in advance

I have an existing form that was created in Designer (Experience Manager-Forms) that has multiple required fields and then has a digital signature box at the end of the form.  Up until recently, the form has always worked great and would not let the user complete the digital signature until all of the required fields were completed.  Is anyone aware of a rencent change in Adobe Reader/Pro that would allow this to happen?  My form will not let you use the "submit by email" button unless all required fields are completed, but will allow for digital signatures without the required fields all being filled out. Thanks.Caleb
