Hallo,ich möchte ein PDF von mehreren Personen, die jeder über ein Zertifikat verfügen, signieren lassen, also "verifizierte Signatur". Mit dem Verteiler von Emails bekomme ich anscheinend nur die standart Signaturen hin. Wenn ich das Domument klassisch selbst signiere (verifiziert) und weiter schicke per Email für die nächste verifzierte Unterschrift, kann die zweite Person anscheinen nicht mehr verzifiziert signieren, wer kann helfen? VG,ARI

I have a PDF of a scientific paper. I can usually easily mark and copy content from a PDF and then paste it into a ppt slide. But with this document, it won't work. I can mark a section but then only the top bit of the marked section is highlighted and can be copied. Also, I don't see the snapshot tool in any of the menus. 

Hello, recently I was forced to change to Adobe DC at work.  We create PDF forms via Word that require digital signatures from various people within the company on a daily basis.  I used to be able to sign them without issue and even when I first installed DC, I could sign them.  Not today however.  And by sign, I am not referring to adding a scanned jpg of my actual signature or scribbling an X with my mouse.  I'm talking about digital ID files.  I can create a new file any time I want, but I just cannot use it.  When I click on the "Fill & Sign" button, the "Request Signatures" button is active, but the "Sign Yourself" button is greyed out.  Other people can sign the exact same PDF file.  I can't.  Any ideas?

Apostrophes on an eForm are being converted into trademark symbols when viewing in the Adobe Acrobat Reader however it is fine when viewing in chrome

I try to open the pdf files from Adobe here:https://www.adobe.com/investor-relations/financial-documents.html# But on every file it opens a blank page with the error message saying "ViewSDK did not load properly". I tried different browsers, but get the same error on all of them. I don't get this error on other sites and pdf files I try to open. And it doesn't work to download the file and then open it, it doesn't download the file, just a shortcut. Is there a setting or something I can change to open or download the pdf files?

Having issues getting acrobat reader printing on a client's Windows 10 PC.They can click print and the print box comes up. Then when they click print, it disappears with no sign of the document appearing in the print queue.I am able to print the exact PDF documents fine with Windows Edge Browser, or using Quick Print from file explorer. All other programmes on the computer are printing fine. It is just Acrobat Reader DC that has the issue.The Reader is up to date according to the Check for Updates.Adobe Version 2019.008.20081I have tried repairing the Acrobat install and that still does not fix it.The printer is attached to the computer via a USB cable.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When printing Avery 5160 labels (or any mailing labels for that matter) is there a way to "tell" Adobe to start printing labels from a certain spot on the label sheet? This would come in handy when we have half empty (or less) sheets of labels.

Hello,I create a pdf document just by adding pictures. The result is not good. Indeed, some pages are very small and others are big. How can I create an homogeneous document ? How to get A4 pages format with maximum size for all the pages ? See attached file.Regards

Seit wir im Geschäft Office 2016 installiert bekommen haben, gibt es bei uns einen komischen Effekt. Wenn wir aus Excel heraus eine Datei als pdf abspeichern, dann hat das pdf z.b. den Dateinamen test.pdf. Wenn man dieses pdf dann aber öffnet, sollte man meinen, dass in der Kopfzeile der Name steht, der sich aus dem Dateinamen ergibt.....also test.pdf. Tut es aber seit neuestem nicht mehr. Stattdessen stehen dort ganz andere von uns gar nicht eingegebene Namen und wir wissen nicht wo das herkommt.........und vor allem wie man das wieder so abändert, dass dort eben der Dateiname steht. Weiß jemand den Grund und wie man das wieder so hinbekommt ?viele GrüßeJens

Acrobat Reader 2023 changed menu layouts and snapshot tool cannot be found. Find tool in top right says "Find text or tools" but it cannot find snapshot tool. Any ideas how to take snapshot in Acrobat Reader 2023?

I have users with Adobe DC and Adobe Pro using Windows 10 and 11 that will not allow them to print a PDF unless they save the file first.  These files are normally from email attachments.  When the file is opened, they choose 'open in default app' which opens them in Adobe, but when the user chooses 'Print', the drop down box of all available printers lists instead of sending it to the printer.  If the file is saved first, the print process works fine. I have already changed the Enhanced security features to turn off  'Enable Protected mode at startup' and checked Adobe for any updates.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.Mike

We have an electronically stamped document. But when opened in acrobat, the signature is indicated as invalid. The description says that the document was changed after signing. When checked through the DSS (Digital Signature Service), the document and its signature is indicated as valid. What is the solution to this problem? How do we identify where the problem is.

Dzień dobry,proszę o pomoc jak zapisać ustawienia korekty koloru przy drukowaniu.Przykładowo drukując PDF (Adobe Reader) klikam: Drukuj > Właściwości > Więcej opcji > (Korekta koloru) Niestandardowy + Zaawansowane.Po tym wyświetla się okno korekty koloru.Dokonuję odpowiednich ustawień i drukuję w kolorach, jakie są mi potrzebne.Niestety po zamknięciu programu Adobe ustawienia się resetują.W związku z tym mam pytanie jak można zapisać ustawienia korekty koloru/ustawić je na stałe?Bardzo dziękuję za pomoc.

O Adobe Acrobat Reader que era antigamente um leitor de PDF simples e rápido, após tantos recursos adicionais está perdendo sua finalidade principal, pois demora para abrir e ainda depois de aberto o arquivo por mais simples que seja o arquivo de texto ainda mostra uma barra de carregamento "Preparando o arquivo para a leitura". De modo que um arquivo PDF de texto de 50kB demora cerca de 20 segundos para abrir quando deveria abrir instantaneamente. Por favor desenvolvedores lembrem-se que os recursos adicionais devem ser carregados apenas depois de executada a função fundamental do programa que é visualizar arquivos PDF, após o arquivo aberto e navegável, o processamento pode ser direcionado para os recursos adicionais que na maioria das vezes nem serão usados, ou melhor que isso, os recursos adicionais poderiam ser carregados apenas quando forem utilizados.Tentei procurar nas configurações alguma opção para carregamento rápido mas não encontrei, se alguém souber como fazer essa config

I am looking for advice on what format of text is converted by the option to create links from URLs.So far I have discovered that the following forms of text (rendered using Tj and TJ operators) are converted to links: anytext://anytextwww.anytextfred@widget.combut not:widget.com Are there any other formats of text that are recognised as links?In Tj and TJ operators, the content is actually glyph indices into the current font, but at least with hyperlinks, the glyph indices are generally the same as the rendered text, eg: (www.babc.com)TjDoes the recognition of hyperlinks get applied to the un-rendered operand(s) of the text rendering operator, or is the recognition applied to the rendered text, after the glyph indices have been resolved using the current font?Apart from Tj and TJ operators appearing in page content, is there any other context within a PDF document where links are created from text that appears to be a URL? ThanksSteve  

I am wanting to open multiple files in the tab mode. The files don't seem to order with any discernable logic. Is there one?Also, is there a way of setting an order for the files to appear, for example, filename, filesize, date modified etc. I know I can reorder the tabs by dragging the files around, this can be time consuming considering the number of files I need to view. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The Canadian permanent residence application specifies that this form has to be digitally filled in and signed.  It also states you may not print, fill out or sign and scan the document.  However, the only highlighted fields are the ones that can be filled, and the signature box is not highlighted.  Additionally when looking at security settings, under "Signing" it lists "not allowed."  The Application instructions indicate that you may need to "print as PDF" to save as a new PDF file before you can sign, but neither Reader nor Acrobat Pro allows this!  HELP, this is my last step for my application, and I just can't finish this form!  However in my 2022 application I WAS able to do so! 

I have a file that was signed by the company, but when I try to open the PDF file with Adobe Reader, it shows an error message:"There is an error on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to fix the issue."However, when I open the file in other apps, it displays without any problem. Is there a configuration or version I should use to open this file in Adobe Reader? I will attach the file so someone can test it.

The Adobe PDF reader installer I downloaded from the Adobe site went ahead and installed some Mcafee bloatware software on my PC without asking for permission. This is unacceptable from a company of your cadre, and I insist you remove these mandatory bloatware installations along with your products!

I have created a Digital ID / Trusted Certificate in Adobe Reader but can't seem to replace the text of my name with my block signature.Does anyone know how to do this?

Downloaded and installed Adobe Acrobat Reader DC just a few minutes ago. There was absolutely NO option to download without the McAfee Secure Connect and Scanner software bundled - only the option for the Chrome Plugin. Installer started, and it force installed the McAfee software, without my consent. Yes, I could uninstall both McAfee products that were force installed (and I did), however, this is beyond an agregious act by Adobe. How the f%^k do you think you have the right to install additional software without *explicit* consent?  And no, some deeply buried blurb in your T&C's for downloading Adobe Reader don't count.SMH.

All my excel files were converted to pdf. Why would this happen and how do i stop it from doing so?
