Hello, my Adobe Acrobat Reader is automatically changing the fond in an  of some sentence in a PDF. This happens directly after I opened the pdf in the app.  The  specific fond you can see in the attachment To solve the problem I already reinstalled Reader application but it didnt work out. 

Opening a pdf in Adobe Reader, reader will report "not responding" for the first 20-30seconds then is OK.Opening another pdf, reader will display the pdf for about 2-3seconds then "not responding" will appear for 20-30seconds.I suspect Sophos is causing this isssue but not sure, is there a way I can narrow down why this is happening?

Dear Adobe Community For some weeks nobody in the company can use the Adobe Reader anymore without experiencing constant freezes. We've tried some fixes (e.g.: Menu > Disable new Acrobat Reader, Preferences > Generative AI > Disable generative AI features, completely reinstalling acrobat reader) None of these have helped permantently. All users have complained that it keeps crashing for them despite the actions we have taken to troubleshoot the issue.We've now adviced users so open PDF's with the browser. Please advice how to fix this.

Hello, we use the “Fill and Sign” function to fill out forms. There are logically fields in forms where you have to write some text, Text with more tan one sentence. There is a problem here that everyone should have:1.) Use the Fill and Sign function and add a text field to any PDF2.) Now copy or write text into the text field, e.g. 240 words What's happening now?1.) I can no longer edit the text properly, it lags like hell2.) If you place the cursor in a certain place, it sometimes takes an extremely long time for the cursor to be placed. It works fine for the first few letters/words in the text field, but it gets worse at the end of the text field. Very strange3.) If you open the windows task manager and simply click in the text field, you can see how the RAM requirement increases with each click. 2GB, 3GB, 4GB. Just by clicking on the text field. Tested on 10 different PCs with Windows 10, including private computers and laptops. It affects several Adobe Rea

Reader Update always says it fails, suggests update already done from some other source.Following the guidance from somewhere to just uninstall Reader I did so.Reinstalling from the Adobe website (downloading installer and executing it) always results in an "Installation Complete" message.Reader is never installed. This issue is found in several places in community.adobe.comI have found no useful answer.There is advice to use an Adobe cleaner but the only link (2022) I see is to a 2015 program that also deletes all preferences and settings.It is staggering to realize this problem has not been definitively solved by Adobe.I now have no Reader.There are third-party programs that seem more reliable than Adobe. E.g. some browsers read bigger files when Adobe cannot, etc.Solution for inability to install new Reader?    

HeyaOur security analyst pointed out that Adobe Reader is constantly downloading this file:http://acroipm.adobe.com/10/rdr/ENU/win/nooem/none/message.zipI've already disabled all updates on Adobe Reader through the Adobe Customization Tool.Any idea how to disable this constant file download? Any help appreciated.Thanks.

I have been saving Powerpoint files to PDF using Acrobat. It has been perfect until today. Now the fonts are messed up or very faint. Does anyone know what might have changed. I may have to use an alternative PDF programme and cancel Acrobat Pro. 

Using Windows 11 amnd MS Office 265, Outlook Version 2408, 16 bit, I cannot preview PDF attachments. My Adobe program is Acrobat Pro.I get the error "This file cannot be previewed because of an error with the PDF Preview Handler" in both Outlook and File Explorer. It started when I had to reset my computer for another problem, and after I reinstalled Adobe Pro. HiI use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2023.008.20421, when I want to convert a PDF file to a jpg file with several files in the file, I want to save the file as one jpg.The PDF file has 4 pages, when I convert to a jpg file it saves each page in a separate file. I want to save it as one file, I know it can be done.Thanks

I'm making a graduation assesment form (grades are 1 - 10). The final grade FG is the (weighted) average of several partial grades PG (PG_1, PG_2 etc). The partial grades are simply calculated as the average of the grades for subgoals (field 1.1_grade, 1.2_grade etc; 2.1_grade, 2.2_grade etc). All calculationsin my form work well, but there's 2 (or 3) finetuning issues…  Question 1. The final grade is supposed to be rounded to the nearest half ==> how do I do this?Example: everything up to 6.24 rounds to 6; 6.25 - 6.74 round to 6.5; 6.75 - 7.24 round to 7 etc. (it must be something like the answer given in the post down here - but I don't understand it well enough to use it… https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-sdk-discussions/rounding-down-numbers-using-decimels/m-p/12510565#M88060) Question 2. The partial grade PG is supposed to show only after the subgrades are filled. In the same way, final grade FG doesn't show until all the partial grades are filled

Greetings,There is a problem with correct displaying of the form. Unfortunately, I don't understand why one document has an option to fill out a form, but another one doesn't. The document in which the form opens was created in a different Acrobat, my form, which cannot be filled out for some reason, was created in Acrobat Pro version 2024.001.20604. The fisrt photo is correct, the second one - isn't 😞Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. 

Hi All, There is a PDF form that a government department in my country has created which we need to use instead of emailing through attachements. I can fill it out all OK but when I hit submit nothing happens. It should generate a new email message to the government department with the form attached. This is for work and the deparment will not allow it to be sent any other way.  Our I.T guy fixed it once before, but now we can't remember how he did it. I did two office updates and it's not working again. Something seems to be blocking it. I added my gmail account and it works, but I am not allowed to use it for work. Everyone else at work uses the same programs. It's very frustrating. We use Microsoft Outlook 2017 and Adobe Acrobat Reader version 2024.003.20112  64-bitI appreciate your help! Heather

В итоге вчера у меня списывают 33 доллара, нет ни одного чека нигде, просто списаны деньги с карты. Нельзя нигде написать об этом, связаться с поддержкой тоже нельзя. По логике вещей эти 33 доллара должны списаться автоматически как "продление" подписки, но у меня нет активных подписок на данный момент, как я могу вернуть свои деньги?

Suddenly when I try to use Acrobat reader (on my desktop Mac), a pop-up window requires me to sign into an old Microsoft account which is no longer active.  When I try to sign in with my current Microsoft account, I get an error message and I can't go any further.  However, I can't close out the error message.  I have to Force Quit Acrobat.  So now I can't open PDFs.  Why do I now need a Microsoft sign-in?  And how can I get it to recognize my current account? 

I feel like I should be able to click/open PDF documents to preview them in the Outlook preview pane, and then be able to highlight/select/copy text from the PDF file while still in the preview pane.But right now, I can’t highlight/select/copy text without fully opening the file.is there some type of add-in that I need with adobe? Is it on Outlook's side?

When verifying my Acrobat Pro (Windows) license, I repeatedly get the message Syntax error. Even though I log in to adobe.com, Acrobat Pro 2020 does not launch. Please, does anyone have an idea how to solve this?

Hi, We are having an issue across our business with multiple users opening PDF's and the application is not responding for a couple of minutes. We are on the latest version, this is a mix of Windows 10 and 11 clients. It looks like lots of people are having this issue? Hallo zusammen,ich habe die neuste Adobe Reader-Version herunter geladen und das Upgrade auf die Pro-Version gekauft und auf die Windows 10 Version 22H2 (Build 19045.5011) installiert.Beim öffnen des Programms bleibt das "Upgrade Zentraler Fun..." (es soll wohl Funktionen heißen) bei 90% stehen und ich kann die Pro-Funktionen nicht nutzen.Woran liegt das, was ist zu tun?Vielen Dank im voraus für die Hilfe!Richard K.

How to block a pdf file so that text cannot be copied. There is a pdf file on the issued application.As if it were being discharged in lines.  How can I get something like that?

I was reading a pdf file in my android, did some highlights and comments, and the file is stored in the adobe cloud, but when i open it in the web or desktop app all these modifications just don't appear.

We have a process that relies on the ability to print form fields only.I've installed 32bit and 64bit versions and the 32 bit doesn't have the option but the 64 bit does. Is this a feature that is being pulled from reader?
