I reported to Adobe that there was an agreements I didn't sign and they denied deleting those files from my cloud account, which made me feel anxious.
Hola Acabo de solicitar la cancelacion de un plan de adobe acrobat reader pro pero de lo que no estoy seguro es si me reembolsaran mi dinero, cabe resaltar que realiza la cancelacion de dicho plan el dia que se realizo el cobro es decir hpy a las 4 pm, quisiera saber si hay un apartado en el que pueda saber si me van a reembolsar el dinero o una casilla en la que pueda verificar el estado del mismo, o si defintivamente perdi mi dineroquisiera escuchar a alquien que tenga experiencias similares si me pueden ayudar con este problema

I saved my edits to the cloud on the 14th and I opened it today and all the edits are gone save the ones from the 10th, Ijust lost 5 days of hard work and almost 150 pages of edits i made, please help.
May I please know why are you bombarding me with way over 100 emails in less than 24 hours, with no option to stop this in any way? Just deleted almost 100 a few hours ago and now I'm halfway back to where I left off, another 50 emails to delete again, all from you again, containing the same stupid thing, " Get Started with" - not interesting at all. Hope you do realise that I don't have the time to delete hundreds of your stupid marketing emails and "Get Started with Acrobat Pro, Adobe Stock, Creative Cloud All Apps", etc, etc. Also, time to stop lying to customers about your so-called technical issues every time we try to get in touch. How come you are still in business and a big one I dare to say, if you have all these issues 80% of the time when people try to reach out to you? It looks like you are that type of company getting big enough and to the point where you couldn't care less about your customers. I'd be ashamed to behave the way you do.&n
Hi All, So I've been poster printing with Reader for a while now and it has always worked fine; however, recently it has stopped working. At first it was greyed out and I read from some other people on here that you have to turn off "Print As Image". However, when I do that and select poster printing, it will only print my PDF on one page and normally instead of like a poster. This was working fine last week and suddenly it's not anymore. I have double checked that my adobe does need to be updated, and I have tried poster printing on some of the file that woere working last week and got the same issues. I'm on a Mac Running Ventura 13.0 if that helps. Any suggestions on how to get poster printing working again? Thanks!
Helo, I have Adobe on a Microsoft terminal Server 2016. When I click on Fill & Sign the screen locks up for a minute with some minor flashing of parts of the screen until it starts working again and then it's fine. Any way I can get that fixed? Thanks, Jonathan
Bonjour, J'ai un problème d'affichage dans Reader lorsque j'ouvre simultanément plusieurs pdf.Je m'explique:Dans un dossier, je vais avoir plusieurs pdf que je voudrais ouvrir dans Reader. Alors je vais les sélectionner Je vais les ouvrir simultanément dans Reader et l'ordre des onglets ne va pas, tout est mélangé.Ce qui m'embête beaucoup car sur les onglets, le nom du pdf n'apparait pas en entier et le plus souvent, ce sont juste les derniers caractères du nom qui changent. Je perds du temps à vérifier le nom onglet par onglet et à remettre ensuite tous les onglets dans l'ordre. J'ai essayé de comprendre la logique de Reader (par taille, date, etc.) mais il n'y en a pas, pas d'évidente pour moi en tout cas.Exite-t-il dans Reader la possibilité de paramétrer l'ordre d'ouverture des onglets ? Idéalement par ordre alphabétique du nom, comme dans l'affichage des fichiers dans le dossier?En vous remerciant d'avance pour votre aide.Julie
Adobe Acrobat Reader envelope icon now opens and attaches the PDF to a new email in Outlook, which is fine but then also puts an ad signature text the email body, this is not fine and very annoying! How can this be removed/disabled? There does not seem to be an option in the settings for this? Below is an example on the ad. Please find the PDF attached. I recently upgraded to Windows 11 & downloaded & installed Acrobat Reader version 2024.003.20112 64 bit. I've been searching for hours how to display the page navigation toolbar, but all the online instrucdtions must be outdated, because none of them work. I've seen the tips about pressing F8/F9 or going into Preferences/Full screen, etc. but none of the solutions solved the problem.

Hello.Everytime I attempt to use Fill and Sign, the Error Report box appear. And after the report is sent (or don't sent), the adobe acrobat windows is closed automatically. I've tried uninstall and reinstall Adobe Acrobat, but the problem still remain.
Opening any PDF > Click "Fill and sign" tool from the menu > The app crashes.I've read all possible solutions in this site and none of them worked, including reseting my preferences and creating a new Windows user.
Adobe Reader: I do not need Verification of the signatures when a pdf document is opened. I switch off the "bValidateOnOpen" registry key with a policy. (HKCU/Software/Acrobat Reader/DC/Security/cDigSig) But it seems, that few days ago it does not work! I checked in the registry.If I switch the key manually in the program GUI (Edit/Preferences/Signatures/Verification/VerifySignaturesWhenTheDocumentIsOpened) it does not switches the registry key from 1 to 0 or back. If I do it the other way around and change it from 0 to 1 in the registry, the check mark does not appear in the GUI.t seems as if the connection between the GUI and the registry is broken. Are you experiencing this too, or is it just bad on my machines?

I have an HP 6520 Photosmart Printer and recently my printer has stopped printing anything black on a PDF---which is most of the text. I am working on Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.5I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2015 Release (which I just upgraded to today 4/20/16) My printer will print word documents with black text perfectly, but will not print PDF's correctly. The black text appears to be grayed back when it prints, it's very very light and un readable, and I just installed new printer cartridges today and my ink supplies are full. Text that is a different color than black, or any colored logos print perfectly. I do not know at this point if this is a bug with Adobe or with my printer--or a bad ink cartridge---but I am now on my third black ink cartridge, and it still is not working. But if anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi, I have a problem displaying a pdf file. The fonts blend together and are illegible. I tried reinstalling and it didn't help. In older versions (ver. 9) the file displays correctly. It's also fine in Firefox. Has anyone had a similar situation and solved it? Below is a screenshot of the file:
For the last couple of weeks I've consistently had a problem with Adobe Acrobat when I open a file that has a background layer or a solid colour shape placed somewhere in the file. I'm exporting pdfs from InDesign using regular settings. Then when I go to view the files in Acrobat to review them the background or any solid shapes seem to completely disappear. This means I either can't review the document, as I can't see the white text that was on top of it. Or I'm getting an incomplete image as a shape that is at the back of the content is missing. Example attached. There should be a solid shape behind this photo and other white text that isn't visible due to the issue. I've restarted my computer several times. I've also just checked for updates and it did the most recent update. I also switched back to 'new Acrobat' view, as wasn't sure if this was a glitch with viewing in old acrobat. But the problem still occurs. Any suggestions for what I can do to rectif
I have a user who is trying to batch print pdf files from the Windows Explorer context menu. They select all the files in a folder right click and print. The files then open if Acrobat Reader and are sent to print. However they are finding not all files print. For example if there's 8 files in a folder you might get 5 that print and 3 that don't. There's no errors coming up and no pattern to what prints and what doesn't. You can go back into a file that hasn't printed and it will print fine on the second attempt. Anyone come across this before?

Der Fehler trat erstmals nach einem Update von Acrobat Reader 64 Bit (Freeversion) auf. Die Konfiguration des Win 11 - PC wurde nicht geändert.
