Acrobat Reader

I have a large PF fie that has duplicate pages how can I remove them or move them so I have only one copy of each file to look at. I have adobe acrobat DC. Is this even possible? There are 15K + pages in this file.

After Update to version 20.001.20135 can not add comment, when add commect with thai language it's error and close. This PC install Extended Asian Language font pack too.

Hi Folks,When I use 'Microsoft Print to PDF' to create a PDF, I then get another window opening prompting me to save the file again.For example, I may have an email I wish to save so I use 'Microsoft Print to PDF', create a name and save. Acrobat Reader then opens and a 'Save As' dialogue box opens up.If I check the original document, I can see that it has already been saved/How can I stop this? I am using a MSWin 11 machine with all updates applied. This has been happening for quite a while.Any help would be appreicated.

 How to remove "At least one signature is invalid" message from the top of the document? I tried adding to trusted certificates but the option is greyed out. In previous posts, I saw that you could click on it to remove it but that doesn't work for me. I download from my bank here in Canada my statements that are in a PDF format with a zillion security restrictions that do not allow me to fill & sign and annotate.  My bank was acquired by Royal Bank of Canada and previously my former bank, I was able to fill, sign and annote the PDF files.  it seems pretty clear to me that Adobe with their AI Assistant that now shows up on their document that Adobe is on a cash grab and trying to force you to buy a version that would allow me to make some annotations to the PDF files.  I prefer to use the free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader considering the limited use that I use Adobe for. Is there a way around this current problem that I am facing?  N.B. there is a way I found to get around this but it involves another manual step that I teke by printing the actual PDF document and scanning it with Adobe Acrobat reader as a PDF document and this file ends up without very little security restrictions as I had experi

I updated Acrobat Reader a couple weeks ago to V2023.008.20470 and when I tried to print a PDF some time after that, I found that the background on the first 1 or 2 pages is black and the text and any lines are white. The remaining pages print correctly. I just checked and there was another update available so I went ahead and did that. I tried printing again, but still have the same problem. I hope someone can help me with this! Cheryl

Since the update yesterday (new look) nothing is working anymore. When I want to secure my pdf by password, I only get a white screen, same for releasing the pdf. So I cannot send it via email anymore.Anyone having a solution on that please?

Can someone help me figure out how I can access the "Take a snapshot" feature? I used this to help me print shipping labels that were saved and sent to me as PDFs. I would take a snapshot and resized the label to print out as a 4 by 6 label. I use to just right click and I would be able to find it that way. Now when I right click to view all editing options it is completely gone. (Btw, I use the free adobe version and have been able to access the feature I needed for years with no issue until now).

Installed 32 bit Adobe Reader DC and wanted to disable "new acrobat reader." This resulted in a new menu display, like older versions of Reader. Then when selecting "Preferences" Reader crashes. Tried this numerous times. Seems to me that "preferences" just does not work when new acrobat reader is disable. Is this how its supposed to work, by Adobe's design? 

Am trying to print an A3 PDF from my Macbook Air running Sonoma 14.4.1.  Using a HP OfficeJet Pro 7730 printer.  The first page will print out fine  (albiet very slowly) on A3 paper however it will then revert to A4 paper for the 2nd and subsequent pages.  Is there a setting or something I'm missing?  Have trawled through them but once I've selected A3 there isn't any other options for stating all pages or anything .

When i open files on my hard drive it always opens as the reader verison not the full acrobat pro. The default open app on windows settings just says acrobat doesnt give me the option to do either reader or pro. If I right click on the file and go to" open with " and click acrobat pro it works.  But just double clicking on the file it always opens in "reader"

i am facing this issue since i updated my pc to new version of windows 11please resolve the problem.

Hallo, ich habe auf meinen Windows 11 acer Aspire 5 Notebook „Adobe Acrobat 64 Bit Version 24.002.20759“ installiert.Bisher (ca. 1 ½ Jahre) hat alles sehr gut funktioniert, jedoch seit ca. 3 Wochen erscheint im Windows 11 Zuverlässigkeitsverlauf die Meldung: „Adobe Acrobat nicht mehr funktionsfähig“Mir ist aufgefallen, dass in letzter Zeit der vollständige pdf Seitenaufbau (als letztes wird die Glocke und das Adobe Konto oben rechts aufgebaut) 3-4 sec. dauert!Innerhalb der 3-4 sec Seitenaufbau kann ich die Datei nicht schließen und es wird die Fehlermeldung im Zuverlässigkeitsverlauf generiert ==>Screenshot anbei.Habe Update, Reparatur und eine Neuinstallation durchgeführt, aber leider ohne Erfolg.Bitte hierzu um HilfestellungVorab vielen Dank, Werner 

Print from PDF is black background with white text instead of white background with black text. I am using sooooo much black ink because nearly the whole page of the PDF is solid black. Epson printer and support say its Adobe app. Printer prints correctly in preview and word apps. I have deleted previous version of Adobe acrobat and installed the current version with no change. TIA

Here is an issue literally nobody has apparently ever asked. I am trying to setup musics to play once when clicked on while going through the various chapters of my book. The issue is that Acrobat Reader seems to love disabling this content the moment you leave the page. Is there some way to keep the reader from doing that??

Hi, I have different kind of field I would like to hide based on a dropdown selection. There is one image : "Image1"; two buttons : "Button1" and "Button2"; ont text field : "Text8"; two checkboxes on the same name : "CB1". There is three option in the dropdown : 1, 2, 3. I would like to know what is the code to make all the field dissapear if 3 is selected. Thank you.

As Microsoft does not let me create pdfs, I am doing them in Small pdf but when they come back to my documents they are all in Adobe Reader cloud *I suppose. I was able to deliver it once to another email account  with no problems but now I need to share them in drop box and I tried to open them to make a file for this need and  it let me open one but  the other two went to the cloud, they are not in my files and every time it says access denied, there is an error. I did the repair thing that is recommended and it is the same.In old days I remember Adobe reader was a free tool that let you read the pdfs, but I dont remember these atributions. Now, I have to deal with Microsoft because 365 in my case brings and error when doing the pdf, with Small pdf and  also Adobe reader! Is this normal?  What can I do? I need the files to be ready to be opened in dropbox but I need them to open for me before that. Thanks.

Since the new update with AI....when you click "Share" it just shows a white box.  No updates available when checking in the help menu.
