Acrobat Reader Mobile

So I'm an idiot and don't remember the password to open my file is there a way to reset it or do I have to go back and re-download it thank you

I have taken a chapter from my textbook and scanned it into my computer in PDF format from a flatbed photo scanner.  The document is in PDF format, not JPEG.  When I open the document in Acrobat Reader Pro on my iPad Pro I am not able to highlight with my Apple Pencil.  Trying to highlight with my finger does not work either.  I can tap on the pencil icon and draw lines.  I can tap on the comment icon and leave comments, but highlighting does not work at all.  Has anyone had a similar experience and have any ideas as to how this can be corrected?  Thank you.

3/15/2024:  Over the past 5-6 weeks or so on Acrobat reader for iPad, the interface changed (update?) the std markup features changed several times...? Typically I grab a .pdf file and use the std text, highlight, and underline (different colors) but that capability disappeared. Then 2 weeks ago the interface reverted back randomly (no updates done on my part) and things were good again...Now, the new interface reappeared & no underline...?   Anyone doing similar markup and noticed these changes?   I really line the underline text feature & I use blue for showing build intensity on my music charts & red underline to show out that section...   Please advise 🙂   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

While editing a PDF,  Adobe reverts the file eliminating all updates. 3 hours of work just disappeared. I'm paying $70 a year for this?

I use this program to create contracts for customers. I just prepared one and saved it. When I went to open it back up, there was no name on the file and I received the message, "unable to open document " . I have never seen this before so I tried again and the same this happened. Any thoughts on how I can fix this? My team and I depend on this app to prepare all documents for our clients.

Adobe help sucks the big one

Reader mode, end-of-page jumps way back, if I backspace to read something. This is obviously very annoying to everyone trying to use Reader Mode. It is a deal breaker for me subscribing. Fix this and I will pay for a subscription.

I have cancelled my plan from Google play store but app is still showing me as a premium userAnd i was charged 340 rupees during free trial i have cancelled the subscription whithin free trial time so how will I get refund

After I downloaded the iCloud backup from my old iPhone to the new, all my files saved over the years disappeared from my Acrobat app (free). I am having difficulty converting a file form Word to PDF. I use this service for my small business and I pay a heavy premium for all my services, I am unable to convert which means I cannot utilise the e-sign feature which is so much safer for us for our agreements to our customers, I have deleted the app and reinstalled but still the same. It used to work perfectly but literally stopped the other day, not changed anything. Please help!

Hi, I have a pdf book saved in adobe acrobat cloud storage. When I read it on my iPad, I left it on page 104, but when I open the book on my iPhone after that, I'd doesn't automatically open to the last location I.e. page 104, it opens on a previous page that I had last left in on the iPhone. What is the use of acrobat cloud if the files don't automatically update to the last location accessed?

I can't open PDFs I usually opened in the past. It just hooks or sometimes loads but isn't clear

I cannot access my acrobat account for which I pay $69 a year. It logged me in under two different emails but it will not accept either verification codes. It says they are incorrect each time. I know I input what I was sent. This does not make any sense.
