Bonjour  j'ai été prélevé de 35,99€ alors que j'avais annulé mon abonnement il y a bien longtemps . Comment me faire rembourser ? 

I have the premium package with Adobe which means I can convert word documents into PDF but everytime I've gone to create the pdf it tells me to upgrade to the premium package but I am already paying for that! I'm not sure what to do

Hello, is there a way to set up an auto save? I just ran through an entire document and it glitched and removed hours of editing. I realize I should have saved it along the way somehow. Can you Auto Save and can you recover glitched documents?

Adobe reader in iPad Pro is running utterly slow, got hanged frequently. I am using latest iPad OS 17 .  Not able to annotate using pencil as there is much delay in the annotation and finally got hanged . Adobe please help

Tells me i can convert a file to pdf if i sign up to their website. So i do. Then i am prompted to now subscribe for 9.99 a month if i want to convert a file. What a damn joke. What a waste of my time. Will never ever use this website/app.

Hi, I realized that the conversion of Excel to pdf in the mobile app changes Day and month.It gets English format instead of keeping in my case the German. Germany: DD/MM, after conversion: MM/DD. I searched the internet and found settings for ghe normal version of Acrobat bug nothing for the mobile app. Does anyone has a clue how to change in the mobile version? GreetingsAndreas

I would like a refund and an end to my subscription. I was debit twice just now and still can not edit my photos. Each time I try, I am being asked to subscribe. July 4/10/23 @ 10:16pm & 10:17pm. $0.20 each time.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change my default highlight colors on adobe acrobat on my iPad. I'm updated to the newest version of the app. But the color selection tool is completely different then it is on my iPhone or MacBook. There is no drop down menu or properties button to be seen. I do not need a white or black highlighter color. I remember changing the colors before but that feature seems to have vanished. 

I want any form user to be able to add their photo as well as text to my pdf

Hello! How can we do 2-way authentication or any other authentication?

As any other Adobe application, this app is amazing. I've already spent £400 though on purchasing the desktop application. If you have the most current desktop professional version, fully licensed, you should get the mobile editing version for free without having to pay again for using the service on a mobile device. I will just have to leave all of the editing until I get home every evening, so I can still accomplish what I need to, but it's just a waste of my time. I'm not paying for a mobile subscription too. Do you think Adobe may consider this going forward or will they just make owners pay for using the same application only on different devices?

Can i hade google drive pdf from recent pdf screen?I need to see only the pdf i opened from Adobe acrobat not google drive

Al descargar un pdf desde el email (adjuntos) o la web (enlaces de descarga), una vez descargado, no me permite guardarlo ni compartirlo. Creo que dí por error a la opción de descargarlo como archivo de Samsung Notes, y quizás sea eso,  pero no estoy seguro, porque tampoco me dejar descargarlo ni compartirlo como archivo de Samsung Notes. ¿Dónde puedo configurar que se descaegue y comparta como archivo de Acrobat?. Muchas gracias. Pablo

Whenever I am trying to open the acrobat folder in my ipad files. It is showing to authenticate then sign in. After signing in again showing authenticate box. I am stuck. Help me.

Bonjour, je souhaite imprimer mais je n'y arrive plus, ça me mets "pdf" dans un rond orange alors qu'avant à cette place c'était une imprimante. Comment faire ? Merci par avance
