I downloaded and signed up for the free 7 day trial, however was immediately charged for the subscription of $12.99 plus tax. I've since cancelled the subscription because I don't appreciate being lied to. I did leave a review on google pay, and was encouraged to post here. I'm hoping something can be done about this. 

I have a document that is able to be filled and signed on the desktop version of Adobe but when downloaded on the iPad version it says it is "read Only"?

i have yearly subscription and has been suspended after 3 months only after iv paid send more then email also i've put comments on ios cloud didn't get help what a scam service 

Since the latest APP update, the Acrobat Reader for iPad started asking for sign-in before I could use. I have an Adobe ID but didn’t remember the password so I went through “forgot password” to reset the password and now, obviously my Adobe ID is back in use and I have no issue in login to make a post on this forum. BUT, I seem to never be able to sign in Acrobat Reader for iPad and I keep receiving an error message upon login attempt that says “Access Denied”. I’m trying to attach a screenshot of this. Anyone please could advise? Very much appreciated.

I can’t update or download any apps due to pending payment 269 AED against adobe acrobat reader edit pdf  although I didn’t purchased it , I didn’t mean to buy it , it was free and not given any option for activation with payment, please cancel my payment to update my appswhen I download this app not showing any fees required , but I surprised it add 269 AED pending payment for it without any confirmation or acceptance from my side please remove this fees and cancel my purchases toregards 

Okay okay, it might not have been Acrobat related cause I was already having a pretty bad day. But I do need help with this app. I use Adobe Acrobat on my iPad that I have been using for almost 2 years. And ever since I started using it by taking notes from my classes, sometimes (rarely), it happens that when I exit the PDF and re-enter it sometime later, some notes will be missing. Today, ALL OF MY NOTES went missing from a two hour lecture. I just...I can't take it anymore. Please help. Is it my fault? Am I using this app incorrectly? After I finish writing my notes on my iPad, I simply click the exit arrow on the top left corner to exit the PDF, is there maybe a save option that I am not aware of? ugh...just...help, please. Note: I have an iPad Pro (10.5 in) running IOS 16.5.1 with Acrobat running the latest version cause I always check for updates on a daily basis. The current version I have is 23.05.01.

hi! Has anyone encountered a similar issue? I have been trying to convert a word doc to pdf on my acrobat on iphone and it has taken the whole day but the status is stuck at "conversion in progress". I am unable to cancel or delete it while conversion is in progress. Any solution to this? Thanks

SirWhen pdf files are accessed from western digital hard drives, accessed from the FILES app in iPadOS, you can notice that at the top  right corner there is an icon that when pressed, a selection of pens and rubbers come up on bottom of screen. This enables handwriting with stylus. Also, on the left hand side of the pdf screen, one finds a column of the pdf pages listed orderly one on top of another. When pressing on a page in this mentioned column, the option to insert a blank page comes up in the selection.All this can be seen clearly from the attached screenshot.Can you please insert handwritting lines in order so that I can align my work neatly.'Certainly you would be giving us a complete service.Thanks very much Mario Filletti.'Malta.

Dear Sir/Madam,On 23 june I started a 7 days free trial of adobe subscription and instantly an amount 6000 got deducted from my account (yearly subscription), after using subscription services for a while I didn't find it handy. So I mailed Google regarding cancelation of the premium subscription in which they replied they had cancelled the subscription on my behalf unfortunately refund part isn't where they can do much.With this mail I would like to request you to initiate the refund process of 6000(six thousand only). Je veux ouvrir un contrat qu'on m'a envoyé par mail en pdf mais quand adob s'ouvre, ils me demandent un mdp car c'est un document confidentiel sauf que je ne connais pas le mdp. Comment faire ? Car je ne peux même pas faire mdp oublié 

Me gustaría me devolvieran mi dinero ya que no me interesa la subscripcion de manera anual, se vence el día de hoy y hoy me llego el cobro por lo que cancele y me dice que estará activa hasta el próximo año, dando a entender que se cancelará hasta que termine el año que ya pague, la cuestión es que no me interésa estar suscrito, veo muchos comentarios de este tipo, y no veo soluciones, quisiera pudieran esta vez solucionar mi problema ya que creo que una empresa sería como ustedes debería de tener una ATENCION personaliza para cada uno de sus clientes o posibles clientes y no solo un foro de comentarios que creo que es obsoleto hoy en día

I have a file that when I opened in adobe pdf it should be able to read but it does not. I need help here in figuring out how to decipher this file or where to go to understand this file. Recebi um documento com uma assinatura digital, mas não consigo vê-la se abro o arquivo no smartphone, se abro o mesmo arquivo no PC a assinatura aparece no documento. Qual o fenômeno e como posso resolver?

Hi everyone, I just started using Adobe Acrobat. I want to link it with my Onedrive from school but I was unable to do so. I have tried several times and it always showed the message "Unable to connect to that location". When I tried to connect to my personal Onedrive it works normally, but with the one from school it doesn't. Mine is IpadOS 16, Ipad pro 11 and with the newest version from Acrobat, which is 23.05.01. Thanks for your help.  

Print from the app worked well for a few weeks after downloading the acrobat for damsung app. However, continuous issues since a few months.  I constantly get error that the printer is not available or ready while the printer is connected,  ready and can print from other apps.  It's highly inconvenient as most of my email attachments are in PDF and I use acrobat for samsung to open read and print them.  Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app,  reset and reconnected the printer . Nothing works.  Please help.

Intento abrir documento pdf modificable pero no me deja editarlo, me indica que tiene que ser u sistema Max o windows. Lo estoy intentado abrir desde iPad Pro.ruego me den una solución para poder abrir esos documentos.

Bonjour, j’utilise Adobe Acrobat Pro depuis un petit moment, mais ma deception est tres grande, d’autant plus que l’abonnement est cher.En effet, travaillant beaucoup avec ma Samsung tab s6, voilà les bugs récurrents,  pénibles et agaçants : 1- Les notes ou commentaires mettent un temps fou à se télécharger ou s’ouvrir!!!2- En pleine lecture, le document, surtout ceux ouverts sur Adobe Cloud, s’enregistre tout seul, change de page et détruit par exemple la note que tu rédigeais. Si tu travailles 1heure, tu peux le subir 5, 6 fois!!!Cest horrible! Du coup, ta productivité est divisée par 2 ou par 3. J’aimerais avoir des solutions svp,sinon je résilierai l’abonnement.
