Acrobat Reader Mobile

I have been trying to cancel this account and it's almost impossible. It does not appear in the "manage subscriptions" section and I have tried to have contact in several times with customer service without succes. It is against my rights as a consumer being unable to cancel my account and stop the renewal.

Hii! I have been your free user for years now and I have always used the app to highlight and annotate pdfs while studying. Today, after a recently updating the app as well as the system, I am facing issues. The pdfs that I previously had annotated and added comments have lost all that and now whenever I try to , it says it's read only file. How could a file suddenly turn read only? Moreover isn't annotation supposed to be free?

I was reading an article on my 9th gen iPad and the app froze when I was scrolling. I've noticed that Figure 3 in the 6th page and Figure 5 in the 8th page were the problems because these images needed a very long rendering time. Is there any way that I can avoid this problem? I've attached the article that I was reading.

Is it possible to import/export form data using the Acrobat mobile app or web browser?  I need to be able to fill out a fillable PDF form and then export and save the data as an FDF file so that I can then import that data into other fillable forms-- I need to be able to do this all on my iPhone. The fillable forms have already been created, so that's not an issue.  I don't need to save the form data as a spreadsheet, or submit to a database and the forms won't be sent out for signatures or anything like that- this is purely to help reduce the number of times I have to retype the same information(note: The fields on each form require different custom formatting scripts than the same fields on the other forms, so I can't just combine into one PDF to get filled at the same time)

Since some time ago this app has become unusable on externally connected monitors on android devices.The taskbar starts off hidden when you launch the app (as it should) but shows itself once a document is selected for some reason.

My name is Marcos Lago, I need some help.I have an iPad Air 4th Generation, Software version 15.6.1 with adobe acrobat reader installed, I need to sign documents with the BIRD ID cloud digital certificate. The version doesn't give me the option to sign with a digital certificate. Would there be any way or version that has this feature?

While highlighting some text, a small pop up window which shows zoomed text helps to select text. But this window goes outside pdf screen while selecting uppermost text.I am attaching video for clarification. Hope it helps.

Hi. I have Samsung S20 Fe.When I open specific pdf documents there are 4 different fonts in document (but it should be one). I'm from Poland So also some special polish chars are not visible.The most weird thing is that at my wifes Phone or at my PC document is displayed properly. I already uninstalled all posibble pdf readers from my Phone and installed only Acrobat Reader from Play store. I also done the same from Samsung store but there is always the same problem.How to fix that? Are there in android or Acrobat some kind of fonts configuration?

Hello, I've created a form in Acrobat Pro which uses a button with a "mailto" link to submit the form. I'm running into trouble with this form on iOS devices. I've tested this on a few different iOS devices with the default mail app set to Outlook. When using the Acrobat app, the mailto link will always try to open using the native Mail app (even if it isn't installed). If I'm using another app (e.g. Office) and tap on a mailto link then Outlook will open. Is Acrobat just programmed to use the native Mail app only?

After the most recent Adobe for iPad (as of 19Nov2019) the app is no longer available on the Files app as an option to interact with, nor available from Safari to save PDF files to. Please assist! Thanks.

,i've been trying to cancel this subscription but it is impossible and i can't find anyone to contact , i searched my acrobat account and when i choose cancel plan , it doesn't cancel and it redirects my to samsung, when i log my samsung account and i can't find an adobe subscription, all screenshots attached I need ur feedback to cancel this and refund the amount pls as i refereed to samsung and said the issue is not from their side
