Hallo zusammen! Ich habe mir ein Formular auf dem Desktop erstellt mir meheren Häkchen, Auwahlfeldern und einem Unterschriftenfeld. Auf dem Desktop ist alles ganz einfach. Das Formular lässt sich, wenn zuvor so eingestellt, nach der digitalen Unterschrift sperren.Diese Funktion fehlt mir in der APP für ios komplett.Ziel ist es, ein Formular als "Rapportzettel / Prüfbericht" immer aufs neue auszufüllen und dann nach Unterschrift, gesperrt auf dem Server zu hinterlegen.Wie gesagt, es funktioniert alles, bis auf die Sperrfunktion nach Unterschrift. Mit der App PDF-Expert funktioniert das ohne Probleme... Vielen Dank im Voraus

The latest acrobat mobile reader version 22.11.01 (20221209.171126) on iPad Pro running iOS 16.2 doesn't autosave comments on PDF. If I close the app the pdf I just worked on will lose all comments made when I reopen the pdf. I never had this issue with older versions of the reader. For my comments to be save I have to press "Done" button then navigate back to pdf directory list. What gives? Is there something I am missing?

In my adobe acrobat pro that I am using on my IPad, the pen tool for the comment function is no longer available. How can I make it work again?

What version of Adobe Acrobat do I need to get to be able to put the same e-signatures on different pages of the same file with just one click?

After many, many attempts to update Acrobat on iOS mobile, there has been no success. This has been going on for over a year, but I'm only now choosing to alert Adobe to the issue. please advise on how to remedy the situation. 

Adobe Reader  version 22.11.01  ipad 10    no longer lists files and folders alphabetically. Folders not accessible

I am getting  error "The Shared Folder Location Provided is not valid" when trying to connect for shared review. Recently upgraded from apache 2.2 to 2.4. . Are there any settings/directive specific to apache and Adobe acrobat that we need to update on httpd.conf? 

It tells you that you have a seven day free trial to start off with, and then when you click, which one you want monthly or yearly, then obviously take your money straight away which just happened to me and I haven't even finished my first day trial as I've only just signed up now and assumed I've got the seven days for free before I had to pay anything but it took the money straight away so now I'm not happy about that and I cancelled my subscription already because they shouldn't say you get a seven day free trial and then take your money when you haven't even had it for seven days yet to make up your mind if you wanna pay monthly or yearly. unimpressed isn't even the word

I'm trying to open a file bur it's asking me to enter a password but apparently the password I enter isn't the one. Is there a way to find or enter a new one?

I use the adobe reader app on my Samsung galaxy tab S8 (android). Why can't I zoom in or out when using continuous pages view setting? Each time I enter the continuous pages view, the zoom automatically gets set to full screen (fit to screen width) and I can't change it manually by pinching on the screen. This is possible to do in the page-by-page view but not in the continuous pages view.  I don't understand why.. Also, in the page-by-page view, when I go the next page, it opens in a default "page fit" zoom. How do I disable this and retain the zoom that I was using on the previous page? Please suggest a fix for these problems , as it is ruining my reading experience. And please don't suggest the liquid mode, because I like to read the document in its original layout. Thank you!

I switched from android to Apple. Now not able to sign into Adobe account. It's a paid account

I have a samsung galaxy note 9 and i deleted some pdf files on the adobe acrobat thinking that i was just deleting them from the app, however i realised that they were deleted from the cell phone!!How can i recover them?Is there that possibility??I just wanted to delete them from the app, not on the cell phone!I already went on my cell phone garbage but they are not in there!I appreciate a quick answer.Thanks

I tried to play a pdf article with Read Aloud option. The article was in 2 column format. What read aloud option did is read the same line, one from left column and one from the right column instead of reading one column and then the next.  I am using an android smartphone, version 9. Tha app version is 22.11.0. 24919.

I have an active subscription to acrobat, but I am unable to access it. Every time I try to edit a document it tells me I have to subscribe. I have an active subscription!!!! I do not understand. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have tried to start a new subscription and it will not let me. It tells me to sign in, but when I try nothing happens. I am including a screenshot of my active subscription. On my profile it says I am a free user, but that have been charging me 9.99 for a year now for something I can't access!  

...but when I import a doc and hit edit doc I have no tools there to edit the document. I'm specifically looking for a pen or stylus where I can make check marks on a form. I'm using my iPhone, is this the issue? I can't figure it out..thanks

I opted for trial and mentioned my card information for payments. I tried cancelling before the trial finishes, however I don't see any subscription cancellation option in the app and on my iPhone subscription column. It says I have no active subscriptions. But I am getting charged on my card.  please Help!

I found the markup screen and can highlight text, but I can't select it.  I wanted to copy the text to a Word doc, but I can't even figure out how to select it.

hello.....please help me with a suggestiona few days ago I opened adobe acrobat reader on my ipad. I receive a request to update my profile information. I decided to do this by google account. I think something went wrong because at some point adobe blocked. I try to open it again but message was blocked. I reinstall it, but all my documents are lost. Is there a possibility to recover them?Thanks a lot

Unable to get the signature option anymore; only the initials option. I never had this problem before. I completely closed the app, reopened it; issue still remained.
