Once you enter your card number, or paypal, it checks to see if it can successfully charge that card or service. If it returns false (cannot charge), then the free trial does not work. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to simply highlight text on iOS (latest version of OS and app). Shouldn't it be straight forward? Everything I find on this forum is either outdated or not helpful. Could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Quando tento abrir qualquer documento no Adobe do meu tablet, ele abre por uns 2 segundos e logo encerra sem exibir nenhuma mensagem. Isso ocorre com qualquer arquivo que tento abrir, sendo que estes mesmos arquivos são abertos no Adobe de outros aparelhos normalmente.O curioso é que este problema começou há dois dias e antes disso eu conseguia utilizar normalmente o aplicativo, inclusive abrir o mesmo arquivo sem problemas.Já desinstalei e instalei novamente o aplicativo, também o defini como padrão. Gostaria de uma orientação de como posso resolver este problema. Acrescentei uma gravação exibindo o problema.

App very slow; crashes with file transferAcrobat 22.08.00 (20220819.224230)iPad Air 4th gen ios  15.6.1Increasingly slow to start, to operate, using comment functions, and when saving files.Copying to Adobe cloud storage causes the app to ‘crash’ - blank screen and will not restart until after full iPad reset, then pfd files are titled (Recovered), at times (Recovered) (Recovered) !Cloud storage cleaned and reduced; recent files list reduced.Recent files appears to list files which have not been opened recently !Clear recent files by using select function and side menu; both work OK. 

Hello, On desktop I can view PDF document properties in the Adobe Reader app and additionally see the protection/encryption level and details. Where I can see these on the mobile Adobe Reader app on iOS?Thanks in advance! Kind regards from Germany and keep healthy, Patrick 

Has anybody had an issue with not being able to delete the first letter of a word in a fillable form field when using an iPhone to open the pdf? I added the form fields to some pdfs using Acrobat Pro. I can open and edit without any problems on Mac with Preview and also on the Adobe Acrobat iPhone app. However, when opening it on iPhone using Files or Books etc, I can't delete the first letter in certain fields.As it doesn't happen with every field, is there a chance that an error occured when creating the form field on Acrobat Pro? Is there anything that I can do to fix it? I need to fix this as I will be sending the files to others who would also have this same issue if they open it and try to fill in the fields on their iPhones/iPads. I'm having the issue with all of the pdfs that I have created. Thanks!!

The fix for this issue is now available with the latest Microsoft Outlook 4.2203.2 version. Please update the Outlook application to the newest version.   You may update the application to the latest version (Microsoft Outlook 4.2203.2) from Google Play Store on your respective devices.
