Password locked bank statement. 

Hello. I have a problem on an android phone with specific cyrillic document, that does not appear properly and cannot be read. I would think it has something to do with encoding. However, most of the PDF documents seem to appear okay. I have problems only with 1 sender which happens to be my water bill. I can read it properly on my PC though, but when I try to copy something straight from the document it comes as: "0B0 =0 874020=5" etc etc, unlesss I copy it with formatting (idk if this is helpful in any way). I have checked the fonts in the PDF and they seem to be Arial and Courier which both support cyrillic. I did look everywhere for a solve to this issue but I seem to be unable to find what causes it and how to fix it, will appreciate any help, thanks.

I currently study and annotate a 115MB PDF file. The application begins to slow down when the file size goes beyond  118 MB and doesn't even open up above 120 MB file size. (The increase in file size is due to additional annotations). However, other 3rd-party apps (eg PDF expert) are able to open the file without a single hiccup.

I Sent "a copy" of a PDF file, sent it to myself using a totally different email address than the one I registered my Adobe Acrobat account to test the accuracy.Email was received, but was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FILE WITH THE SAME EXACT FILE NUMBER OF THE ONE I MEANT TO SEND.THIS IS EXTREMELY CONCERNING!Because the email that was randomly chosen to be sent (that I DID NOT intend to send) was extremely private information,! I'M TEMPTED TO CANCEL THIS WHOLE APP BECAUSE I CANT EVEN OPEN THE PDF TO DOUBLE CHECK IT JUST BEFORE I HIT "SEND", FROM MY EMAIL. 😔 I even did it again incase I did something wrong (although I was sure I didn't), same outcome!

Hi, The acrobat app contained a lot of pdfs, saved in the app folder  and mistakenly the app was deleted.  ADOBE can you urgently help me to recover those deleted files. Those pdfs were extremely important.  Thanks.

Hi, I was working on my reports on my ipad (combining pdf files) and an error appeared. I am subscribed to premium. Tried to redownload the excel files I am working on, reinstall the app, reset the app but nothing works. Tried it on my iphone but still not working. (**Please see attached pictures for reference**) Tried it on my junk laptop and combining pdf files worked. HOWEVER, I wanted to work on my ipad as it was way easier and I can take it anywhere without the hassle of bringing huge laptop. please help!!! I need it for work.

I am concerned that my Adobe Acrobat reader is being paid with by a no longer available payment tool. As I try to refresh the Adobe Acrobat reader, I cannot find where Adobe Acrobat is on a recurring payment plan. I would like to eliminate this problem and delete the Adobe Acrobat reader. I'll reloaded at another time. Please help... 

I have acrobat reader dc on my mobile as well as desktop. recently i bought the premium subscription of reader dc through my mobile app. i was under the impression that the premium features other than editing pdf, such as organising pages, combine files, set password etc will work on both mobile and desktop. After the purchase the premium features are working on the mobile app but the desktop application still asks me to buy subscription? Do i need to buy the subscription separately for desktop? If not, what am I supposed to do to make it work on the desktop?

Hello,We are using a Power Apps application that the user can download a pdf form and then will be able to fill it and sign it from iPAD or iPhone and then upload the document again. Recently the document is read only. The same document can be opened from the desktop using Adobe Reader and can be filled normally and signed. The issue poped up recently and it is at least noticed with more than 4 users now. The document is password protected and allows signing, filling form and even content editing. Appreciate your assistance and if there are any updates/configuration that might affect the usage or can be updated so the users can resume their work. Thanks!

How do I delete txt in edit pdf so I can change my address 

Hi, I'm using iOS 12.1 and run my business out of Google Drive File Stream. Every day I try open previously saved PDFs for clients, but they won't open. I can right click > open or open with, but it makes no difference. If I view the file online through GDrive then I can open it without issue, however I need use of the Adobe program as I have to run multiple tabs at once.If I make a copy of the file, then I can open that copy immediately. Sometimes that copy might not work in the following days though.I'd really appreciate assistance as this slows down my productivity a lot. Thanks!

Unable to open the mail in pdf via adobe ... As its an error showing " app not working" even in just preview form , however adobe seemed to be crashing if used alone also

Hi, is there a way to export the highlighted text using Adobe acrobat premium on an android tablet or do I need a different version of acrobat?

My Adobe reader crashes now when I try to open pdf attachments I receive in Outlook Mobile (365) on my android S21+.  Is there a fix for this?   It just started happening this week.   However, if I "save" instead of trying to preview the attachment to the device, I can find it in the folder and open.  I just cannot preview in Outlook mobile.   Or if I forward to my gmail address on mobile device, it will allow me to open from the attachment on the forwarded email. Thank you

Hi. I've set up my adobe acrobat pro so that it copies text into a comment when I highlight it. I have tried to setup the android app in the same way, but the highlight tool is not copying the text over to the comment. It is only highlighting the text and adding an empty comment on the comment section. I've tried this with several PDF's and it doesn't seem to work. Does anyone know how to fix this or if this is even possible?   [Title renamed by the moderator]
