Good morning, in the last update every time I want to enter a comment in a highlighted text, I can't because the text box disappears and it comes out as in the image. I have a Xioami redmi note 8.   Will they know how to solve the error?   Thanks.    

I've recently lost a document, I can only assume that the document was closed without being saved. Is there anyway if recovering this document. 

I purchased a trial subscription that does not expire until 11/14/21 however I cannot edit pdfs. Reached out to chat online and was told they do not support this application online and that I needed to reach out to the community for support which is absolutely ridiculous

I was paying for premium service and got an error message while making the payment. However my account Statement shows that the amount has been debited. How can I get a refund? 

Good day I can't able to view any pdf file if i download from any source telegram/ whatsapp/ chrome browser.After downloading the file if I try to open its days check your connection or make shorter name.I transferred that file to pc and tried its opening that's means file is not a problem. I tried with re installation. No use pls help usthankyou

I downloaded the latest updates on my iPad 8. But adobe acrobat stopped opening and showed a message "adobe acrobat" needs to update. The problem is I can't access any of the documents I downloaded and commented on in the app. Please help

For some time, I have been having this problem on my adobe app (iOS 14, Adobe Acrobat Reader for iOS, version 21.06.00). I get a push notification telling me that I have a new notification in the app. I go to the app, and the bell has a red circle flaring that I indeed have a notification. But when I open it, nothing, no notifiations whatsoever. Anyone knows what could be the problem?

I'm trying to read a report on my iPhone, and apparently, the pdf is interactive with lots of pop-up texts and figures. But the pop-ups won't stop disappearing, preventing me from reading the actual texts. Sending help, thanks. 

There are showing a lot of pop-ups while I'm working on my website from mobile. How can I stop these pop-ups? Please help me 

I downloaded Adobe to check my score in step 1 USMLE but I can't open the file when I click the link in OASIS it sends me to the Adobe website to download the program but I already did. 

Earlier the read out loud option was available on my galaxy fold, but recently i rebooted my device and i couldn't find the option anymore, who knows how to activate it? 

I have over 1000 files and folders stored locally on my iPad, however I want to start using Document Cloud for storage and sharing of files between devices.  There does not seem to be a way to get the local documents off of my individual device to the Document Cloud without selecting each one and moving them one by one. Is there a way to bulk move these locally stored files up to Document Cloud (or to OneDrive)? Thank you, Todd Panellatpanella@zivaro.com

Hola muy buenas tardes!!Tengo un problema, acabo de abrir un archivo que anteriormente habia trabajado en el, pero al momento de abrirlo me sale el pfd solo y todo lo que escribi en el desaparecio. Y me sale solo como un archivo compartido, no como pfd, como puedo recuperar mi trabajo?

This particular section seems to be immune to edits.  No sure why.  If you look in the edit screen, the edits are there, and saved.  They do not show in the finished product.  Please advise.

Please add the screen Rotation Features to make it more assistance while in moving vehicle for reading if we use phone screen rotation its irrates auto rotating and disturb also when we read in your app ... I Personally suggest you to add landscape mode for convent in reading for small screen phone also ... i shall highly thankful to you

Hello,My husband is trying to view documents from his unemployment account and we've downloaded the Adobe Reader mobile app and he's still unable to open these important documents. It says we need Adobe 8 or higher. The web address the error box displays is adobe.com/go/pdf_forms_configure.  We've made sure our iPad has the latest updates so we're not sure what is going on, I just know he needs to be able to view these documents. Thank you in advance.

I'm pretty new to filling out forms and signing them digitally. I know you can sign them with your phone's touchscreen but I don't know how to do it on my laptop that does not have a touchscreen. Is there a way to save my signature from my phone to my account so I can use it on my laptop? Thanks!

I bought the one year membership and since then I can't edit anything because it writes I buy a membership! What do I do now? I have already logged out and returned. I reinstalled the app but it still doesn't work
