Acrobat Reader Mobile

Hi all, I've reached out to Adobe Support who have told me they cannot currently aid with mobile queries... So, my query is - has anyone had experience with an iPhone trying to download a URL rather than opening it? I am trying to create some documents for work, but some of the hyperlinks are causing me issues (whilst others are not). I have added a link to the URL: anvilarts.org.uk/terms-of-sale, but iPhone is giving me the pop-up "Do you want to download "terms-of-sale"?"The option I have selected in Adobe Link is 'Open a web link' Any advice would be excellent as honestly I'm feeling a bit lost on this one. Thanks,Erin

Los pdf interactivos de un momento a otro dejaron de servir, abren como un pdf normal pero ya no sirven los botones que tenía el documento. Revisé con otra aplicación y si sirvieron, es decir, el error lo presenta la aplicación (Android) ¿hay alguna configuración que solucione esto?

Hi, I can't open the reader app and reach to my saved files on my iPhone after installing the latest update of iosas they say that the developers didn't update the Adobe acrobat application.please note that I have two Adobe acrobat apps on my iphone , the problem is in the second one in the attached photo.  Please help me as soon as possible to reach my saved files.  Thanks  

I annotated a pdf on my iPad, and all the comments are marked with my name. Is it possible to change the name of the commenter? I tried wirh Acrobat Pro on my Windows machine, but it will not allow me to change the name. I can't find an equivalent option on iOS. Fernando

how can I duplicate a PDF file?

Am needing to recover Fill & Sign documents on Android devices. Only way is apparently one at a time by accessing the cached documents in F&S (Fill and Sign). (The documents do not appear in any directory I can find by navigating the devices' file systems.) These are F&S docs I previously "shared" via email, Box/Cloud upload, etc. They appear in F&S (cached) but I cannot find the files. When the cached files are "shared" they are 1st converted into PDF. It looks as tho' I don't have the files themselves rather only a cache. I hope I'm wrong.I would be most grateful for any feedback/suggestions.TYIA

If I have and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC license. Do I require a separate license to use full functionality of Adobe Reader app on my iPad Pro?

I have an iPhone and I am trying to get messages from my unemployment for a couple months now! It says I need an Adobe 8 reader or higher! I called adobe and the guy a talked to was super nice and helpful but couldn't fix my problem! He told me to post on here and you would send me the link that I needed! So frustrated 🙎 when trying to open pdf documents on my ipad i got am error message "this form requires Adobe Acrobat reader dc fir mac or windows". When you go to the app store to update, the only available Adobe acrobat still gives out  the same stupid error, even when you go to Adobe download page whtaever is there also has the same issue, what a waste of data🙎🙎🙎, its the same version that cant open those pdf, how do we get the stupid so called dc reader for mac

I have taken one month subscription by paid Rs.340 but not geting edit tools. What to do now 

I can't edit on my PDF files after I applied for a new subscription. Although it still lets me sign signatures and add in text boxes, I'm unable to 'edit PDF' even when I click on the content. I've never had issues in the past to type in my information and I'm just wondering if it's a fault on your end and it's due to a new upgrade? 

Hi,I have active subscription for long time but my application always appears as a free user and asked me to subscribe again. Subscription fees are deducted monthly without been able to use any premium features. I am frustrated. When I press subscribe now, a message appears as I already subscribed and it direct me to manage subscription, with a message "An unknown error occurred"  without any solution.Please help me to resolve this problem.Regards.

Заплатил, получается, 900 рублей, триальную неделю не получил, премиум функции тоже так и не включились. Отменил подписку, деньги не вернулись. Что я могу сказать, спасибо ни за что 😂👍

Typical use: in the pdf, there is a link. Clicking that link, I can jump to a different page. Then "go back to previous page" button help me to nativgate back to the prevous page. Some one claims iphone version has such button. However, I cannot find the button. If there is such button, may anyone share a screen shot? I am desperately looking for it and I appreciate your help. Thank you.

When changing mobile and installing the application and putting the account, the pdf and data are still in the account? Because in mine they are not 

I downloaded the latest adobe for android.  Using the app, I am attempting to edit a PDF, but the app is blocking me from doing so.  It is giving me the "subscribe to edit text and images" message.  I signed up for a subscription and I am still getting that message.  When I click the subscibe icon, it gives me an error message saying im already subscribed.

Adobe for iPad, i was using the handwriting with the Apple Pencil 2, kept my work as it was unfinished, came back to Adobe after a while, I was seeing my work, but splash logo came on top and killed all of my work, I have to start over. all of my annotations were erased, not able to recover.
