I clicked on adobe free trail membership which was for 7 days. Than google tookover when it came to payment processing.The money got debited from account immediately, so I thought they will refund it once the trail period get over.  Now I want my full refund but adobe is saying they can not give because the purchase was through google play.  Google play support is saying that they can't provide a refund for this purchase because it doesn't meet their policy. As a customer do I need to read 2000 words terms and conditions to understand that even free trails are non refundable? What is this sorcery adobe? Please clarify how to rectify the situation. I am frustrated.

Date appears in every document as January 01, 1980 00:00 hours instead of the actual date. Why is it so? Can anyone kindly help me rectify this issue?

Hi, Previously I used to open any Pdf file in Adobe acrobat reader easily, But since last update I unable to open some files in Adobe acrobat reader, and it's Showing error " This file could not be accessed, check your internet connection or make filename shorter "  Even I do have very good internet connection, and file name also very short then also I'm getting above mentioned error,I have cleared Catches and even reinstalled app, but same issue I'm getting continues and unable to open any pdf documents now.  I've attached documents for your reference, Kindly provide feedback with solution.  Thanks and regards,

Can i not use the poster function on the mobile app? Thats the only thing i need from acrobat but i cant figure it out on android mobile

I have a file from my employer when I try to open it it tells me I need a password to open it

Just like on the computer it gives you a option to print only the feilds I have filled out ( just the text I entered )  I want to print just the text I entered on a forum on iPad   

I purchased mobile Acrobat Reader Premium. However the app didn't upgrade and still advanced features not available. 

When I try to download the application form its keeps giving me error messages informing me  I need Adobe reader version 8 or higher , well that I do have im almost positive . Can someone maybe shed some light on this problem im having for me ?

Some of my documents says password protected documents but I never put any password how can I solve this problem thank you

Hello alli recently updated my iPhone 8plus to iOS 14.6 and since then I am unable to open To PDF. I have close to 100 files in this app and updating Adobe Acrobat didn't help

Is there anyway to have all documents automatically saved to Document Cloud? I may just be overlooking the option somewhere.

hi! I signed up for acrobat premium to convert the document to pdf. it was said that the subscription is issued free of charge for 7 days. a week passed and I forgot about her. today, money was debited from my card. I do not plan to use acrobat premium in the future. how do I get my money back?

The form I have attached works fine on a pc, however on an iphone or mobile device the drop down items are not visible though if you try they are selectable. For example, if you select one of the many clock in drop down menu's, the items are all there however the background of the box is black and the text is black.  I've tried multiple ways to fix the issue with no luck.  I've attached the form for your review.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Unable to re-install Adobe acrobat reader on android tablet after factory reset. I have a Viking pro RCA android tablet, I was having problems with it so I did a factory reset. I lost my Adobe acrobat reader that I had on there. Now, adobe acrobat reader does not even show up in the Google play store on my tablet. I found a download link for android at the Digital trends website, but when I click on it, Google play opens and says this version it's not suitable for your device. Could someone please offer a solution. I have ample space on the tablet so that's not a problem. Thanks and advance

Hello I had 1 month free trial period. I has been charged 15£/month. I'm trying to cancel my subscription. I follow step on the app and the website it I don't have any subscription. It's the second month I has been charged for nothing.

This has been horrible experience trying to get support on for the app on my iPhone. Plus was trying to get support on my laptop and wouldn't let me post correctly.... I try to restore my purchase but gives me an error which you can seen on my screenshot. There should be an email for support instead of just posting here. I can't believe how hard it is to get support for abode products.....
