The final completed notification of signed document is showing my old company name how do I remove it and replace it with my name? I check all my profile setting and all have been updated with my current info. This only happen on the completed signature routing email notice.

someone with the Gmail neverbrokebigwin@gmail.com has stolen my Gmail and m Facebook and I can't use my Gmail account or my Facebook  what can I do to put a stop to this theft 

While I can download PDF files on my iPhone (Acrobat DC), I can't download the same PDF files to my iPad (Acrobat Pro). Why is that? In the past, I've been able to download the same type of files from the same source, but now I can't do it. Thanks.

I just downloaded the acrobat reader app onto my iPhone I'm trying to look at a PDF in my Gmail account I forwarded it to my Microsoft account which Adobe reader should be able to read but I still can't find it and I need to read it how do I go about doing this

How do I retrieve a password so I can open a PDF file.

So I subscribed for Adobe Acrobat Reader premium on 8 May 2021 because I wanted to be able to edit PDF. Luckily for me I noticed it didn't work during the 7 day trial period. Whenever I tried to edit it will take me to the subscription page and when out of frustration I click subscribe it will tell me I already subscribed! And yet I can't edit anything. Very frustrating. I've cancelled my subscription. Very poorly developed in-app purchase system.

Hi there! One week ago I began using trial period of Adope Acrobat program and yesterday forgot to cancel it. So, today from my account has gone 10$, but I don't want to use this programm with subscription and I want to cancel the subscription and  return my money. How can I do these things? Thanks.

Submitting a PDF form designed using Adobe DC pro is working fine in Desktop version but its not working in the Adobe reader mobile. So is this feature is not supported by the mobile app. 

I am trying to open files on my phone but the keep connecting to my Garmin app and then I get an error. I tried deleting and reloading app but that didn't help.

I have been charged by Adobe 2 times on 21 April and twice on 23 April without my authorisation. How could you charge me without my authorisation?? I have not been using any of your service. Why did you do that transaction?

Hi all,I started using Adobe Acrobate for Android (Samsung Galaxy Tab S7). I opened a pdf from the cloud which was obviously downloaded. I added comments and the pdf is shown "on devise" (along with the "Willkommen" file). However, I cannot find the file on my system using a file explorer. Where exactly is the file saved?As a note: I could safe a copy in my download folder and this worked well. It is shown in addition to the original file now.thanks a lot and best wishes,Nico

I am trying to find a good app for iPads that would work well for my fillable form. The form contains text boxes and buttons for clearing the form, emailing the form, and also adding and deleting pages from the form. What PDF app would work best to support all of the features & javascript I have in my fillable form?

Form was working fine in the previous Adobe reader version, now some data are inverted when entered into the form.  Is this a bug in release 21.02 version?

I downloaded the adobe Acrobat app from the play store to fill out an employment application. I didn't open the app initially. Later I tried to download an online PDF and adobe kicked on without being opened or given any permissions. I wasn't able to move the PDF to a cloud based drive either that a normally use. My screen functions were disabled(no touchscreen buttons worked) and only my hard buttons(device specific) worked. When I opened up my phone a few moments later I had access to my screen buttons ONLY if I didn't use adobe. I uninstalled the app, downloaded the PDF again with no hassles. I have used adobe Acrobat apps in the past with some issues on other devices. Nothing like this. Any ideas for the problem?

Dear Team,After 11days Adobe chat support team redirect to google play store for my refund as reported 1st May 2600deducted for Adobe premium Subscription and I have requested you all then and there to cancel and initiate the refund? Does it initiated ? When i will get the refund?  Please refer below screenshot. Because of COVID there is financial crisis with me please refund asap. I can see the subscription cancelled but no refund yet.Today when I was checking the bank statement I found as in 4th May again 2600 deducted for ADOBE subscription which I already requested to cancel and refund. How it is possible that money got deducted even after I raised cancelation request and without my consent and further initiation? In 5th May 2600 deposited my account from Adobe .My question to you: Why two times deducted of Money done without any consent from Me? I can see one refund. Is it 4th Mays refund or 1st Mays Refund? When the another 2600 will be refunded

I have an interactive PDF form recently designed/developed in Acrobat Pro 2017. While the form has password protection to essentially prevent access/viewing form fields and other scripts, the PDF works flawlessly running Adobe Reader Version X or higher on a computer running Windows 10 in which event one is able to fill in form fields, add a digital signature, etc. in Adobe Reader version X or higher on a desktop/laptop computer running Windows 10. The issue I am having is that the PDF is unable to be open/used on an IPAD whereby it's asking the individual for a temporary password to open. Why this doesn't occur on a Windows 10 PC running the latest version of Adobe Reader, I don't know. This noted, do I need to remove password security to open/use the interactive PDF form on an IPAD running the latest version of Adobe Reader? In reality, I'd rather not for security reasons to prevent access to the scripts the form relies on.

I had to reboot erase put in default factory setting cause the Apps don't function on my iPhone. I downloaded the Adobe and signed in and all my files are gone. What do I do? Help me! Directions?
