Acrobat Reader Mobile

The adobe acrobat reader app in my mobile phone displays blank pdf file.  The contents are 100% missing.  How do I rectify this problem of blank content?  Pls help. 

Adobe offered a “free trial” for 7 days but they immediately took the money for a whole year from my Pay Pal. A lot of people fell for this kind of betray. The actual price was 0 €/RUB. Please, give me an advice. Can I copy text with one of the professional extension tools when the PDF is saved as an image and individual sentences can't be tagged? Thanks a lot.

I am trying to open a PDF file on my iPad Pro, and cannot open it. I am sent a message "download adobe acrobat DC" and when I search, I can only locate a link to download a desktop version. Please advise.

How do I change my email address. DO NOT say "click right corner > my information > blah, blah, blah! It has taken me somewhere around 20 to 25 minutes just to get to this point and I'm nothing short of pissed. I had to do a password reset as well and for what reason? There was nothing wrong with the password I had. It was not a duplicate & met password requirements, obviously or it wouldn't have been there in the first place. Then several more stops to "enter email & password" just so I could ask a question. This is absolutely ridiculous. So because adobe you have wasted so much of my precious time you can go F*******self and keep your answer. I will never use you again no matter the situation! 

I have several files trying to convert or combine and they will not finish. I have updated the app shut off and turned back on my iPad. I even left the app open for ten minutes and still nothing. Please help.

Hi, Believing that there is free one week trial period I downloaded the PDF Convertor but immediately I was charged 389 INR.I do not know why I was charged .Can anyone share thoughts?

I've signed out and back in but my app will not link to my adobe account. It lets me sign in but shows me as a free user and doesn't show any of my files? 

Hello I've the problem that when I write or draw something on a PDF file and then close it, the next time I open it, the comments disappear. (Even if I open it immediately after closing it)I tried to comment on the Welcome Document and it works; the difference is that here Adobe saves the document when I close it. (A small message box appears at the bottom of the screen) how can I save the other documents to? I use the german version on Galaxy Note 3 and open files from the device

Hello, I am making Adobe reader available to BYOD EMM users (Intune) as well as managing Office 365. When a PDF is opened from the Outlook Mobile app, Adobe cloud features / Liquid view return an error " Feature Unavailable, this feature is disabled by your organization.". Acrobat is included in the app protection policy, and I created an app config policy to explicitly allow adobe cloud features, but still we get the error. Anyone know what I may be missing? Thanks

Hi I paid for Adobe export Pdf on my Samsung Mobile and the payment was processed. When I went back from checkout I still can't access this feature. And when I am trying to access it is asking me to pay again?? 

I'm working on an MDM Chromebook, so the Acrobat extension is my PDF viewer of choice. I can open and view PDFs just fine at their original size. However, when I zoom in, the PDF does not rescale, meaning every time I'm zoomed in to a part of a PDF I'm looking at a fuzzy, rasterized looking document instead of a crisp, resampled one. Is this just a "me problem" or is it a known issue? If so, does anyone know if this can and will be fixed?  Thanks, -Christian

Hi.  I want to clear space on my phone and thought I would be able to delete the scans I've created there but keep them on the document cloud.  I did a test, and it seems that when I delete the test scan from my phone, it also deletes it from the cloud.  Can anyone help? Many thanks
