Acrobat Reader Mobile

Hi,when I open the Adobe app it appears blue instead of red and tells me to subscribe to access features (I am already subscribed) when I press subscribe it tells me I am already subscribed. I am paying £9.99 a month for an app that doesn't work!!! please help.

HI All, does anyone else have this issue?I am making interactive pdfs from InDesign, exporting as interactive pdf, I have my buttons on layers and linked. When I check them on my mac before sending to client the links all work. Once they are sent out over an email system the links do not work for ipads and iphones. Android is OK :)!! Any ideas.... I am using indesign v16 2021Adobe Acrobat pro version 2020.013.20064

I downloaded the mobile up and after one use it ask me to sign up and subscribe for a free 7 day trial and after a 47.99 or so charge would be made. Or to subscribe for a month for 12.99 but when I tried using the 7 day free trial it kept denying the subscription come to find out my debit cards were being charge when trying to subscribe and not 7 days after.....

Hello, I was doing a project in adobe, my younger brother grabbed the phone, as a result, I accidentally bought a one-year subscription. I don't need this subscription and it's a lot of money for me. I have a pdf file that is password protected.  The file was received from a third party.  I know the password but I want to circulate it without the password.

I use Adobe Acrobat on my iPad. The issue I came across is that the comments I wrote with my Apple Pencil in the PDFs often become unintelligible after I save the PDF by clicking 'Done'. An example can be seen below (Left: before; Right: after). How do I solve this problem? Thank you!

Hallo Leute, ich habe für die Schule mir die Adobe Acrobat Pro Lizenz gekauft und aktiviert. Jetzt wollte ich diese auch auf dem Ipad verwenden. Das funktioniert aber nicht. Es wird nur das Abo angeboten. Käufe wiederherstellen wird der Fehler 11 angezeigt. Kann mir jemand helfen.

This has happened a couple times before, all from the same company, but I get a pdf emailed to me and I save it to acrobat it shows a picture of the pdf (the way it's supposed to look) just to the left of the name. When I click on it to open it's just blank lines.

I have a PDF file that I originally saved to the Document Cloud from Acrobat Reader DC on Windows 10. I have now accessed that PDF from my Android Tablet and highlighted several sections. I wish to see these highlights on my Windows PC but nothing I have tried will save those highlights to the Document Cloud. I know they're saved on the tablet, because even after rebooting the highlights are still there, but I can't find any way to sync the file to the server.

Hello, so for about 3 months my subscription has been renewed and I have been charged for the subscription. Yet, when I open the app I am unable to use any of the subscribed features. I need assistance.

I do have already subscription but it still showing you have to subscribe. IDK why.. when I try to subscribe again then it shows you already subscribed.. I could not able to edit or write.. 

Support for searching a linked dropbox account existed in the older version (with old UI). Ever since, I cannot search my dropbox account. This is critical in my use case. 

Screen flickers when you tap on the screen to remove the above bar. The transition is not smooth as it should be. 

Hello, I purchased a premium version to allow the max compression of the file. Apparently while many other online tools are suggesting it can at least reduce the size from 14Mb to 8Mb, Adobe acrobat premium version says that's the max it could do. Please refund me back the money. I really have the tools to use in basic adobe acrobat and I don't need the premium version as it's not very useful for me. Thanks,Shreya
