Acrobat Reader Mobile

Hi, everytime i try to login into adobe cloud, it asks my mobile number's last digits and sends me sms code before asking for password. I want to disable mobile number based authentication. I only want to use password. But I am not able to find any settings where I can disable the sms authentication. This is so annoying. Please help.

I've searched on here for this and everyone says go to Tools and choose Prepare Form. I don't have either of those options. I have Adobe Premium. Do I need something else?

Hello,I am using an iPhone 11; recently hosted to latest iOS.I subscribe and pay for the Premium service.2 issues:1. My menu bar and options have disappeared.2. Signature option has also disappeared! I only have an option to edit the text. Before, I had alrww Wendy saved my signatureI need to sign a PDF document urgently.Any help is much appreciated

I just upgraded to the premium version because it said you can edit PDFs with the subscription. It says you can double click the text in a PDF and it'll pull it up and let you edit it, but it really just treats the entire pdf as a single image and doesn't really have any options except "delete" the whole page. The "add text" option works I guess, but it just puts a line of text over something else, so apart from being unreadable that way, it's still not really editing a PDF.   

Recently Adobe updated software and now I cannot view portfolios using iPhone 8 running iOS 13.5.1. Help!!!

HiI am no longer able to use Adobe Acrobat on my iPad. I previous had InTune/Company Portal with a company I used to work for, and it looks like they took control of Acrobat at the time, and I am now still being impacted by this control. I have since left the company, removed the MDM profile and also removed Company Portal. However, Adobe Acrobat is still forcing me to login via a web frame to my old company’s InTune portal. I am long gone from the company, so no chance of my login details working anymore. Uninstall and re-install of Adobe Acrobat makes no difference - still forces me to the web frame to log into a place where I no longer have an account. Is there a way to force delete all traces of InTune? Adobe Support has been hopeless and unable to comprehend this issue. To recap - I have 1) Remove all Device Management profiles (upon leaving company)2) Uninstalled Company Portal (upon leaving company)3) Uninstalled Adobe Acrobat and re-installed

Hi I have a PDF that has vector drawing about an engineering project. It's about 2 MB. When it's opening on Acrobat mobile I see it step by step. It's opening about for 5 minute. 

I'm assuming the Adobe application did some sort of update and all my files and folders are gone. Many files I use for work have disappeared. Please help. 

I want to cancel my subscription I was trying trial version but you debited money from my account which was 820 I want to cancel it and get my money back how can I do that.Please help me with this it has told that after 7 days trial it will charge but it suddenly charged and that what shocking please help me.

I made a subscription to Adobe Acrobat Reader by mistake. I thought that it could be canceled at anytime.However, I have been trying to cancel it but I have not succeeded.The fee has been charged in my credit card account and the bank told me that I have to get in touch with you so as to have it cancelled.I have sent messages and e-mails but have not heard from you Please, cancel my subscription to Adobe Acrobat Reader because I do not use it.  

Hi, i  encountered a problem of save document to document cloud. I was not able to save the document to document cloud. It will appear as error and subsequently the file appeared as another file with(recovered). Kindly guide me on solving this problem. Thanks 

After latest Adobe app Update 27 october 2020 our users on iPads are no longer able to import PDF files from Microsoft Outlook app to Adobe acrobat Reader when apps are in Intune?Adobe app are joined to Intune.

Earlier and latest Pdf files are not stored in this app and nit opening in this apo.

Hello,After the recent ipad update version 20.10.00 the find in document feature is no longer highlighting words when i make searches, it takes me to the relevant page but now i have to read the whole page to find the word i am looking for which wastes alot of time. This is a feature i always use that is extremely important.Please fix this.  Kind regardsIan 

I'm on a pixel 3 and running adobe 20.9.1.15848. All pdf files open with this error on my phone. But are fine using other devices.  Didn't used to have the issue. And one day it just started. Any help is appreciated!

Hi I am using IPad to take notes while I attend a class, but sometimes the auto smoothing function of Adobe Reader corrects my writing too much so that it ruins my notes. Anyone who knows how to turn this function off?  

I've created a number of PDF Portfolios for viewing via Apple iOS devices, which have all worked fine up until recently. Now, when I attempt to open any of these Portfolios - on iOS devices - the Adobe Acrobat Reader app just brings up a blank screen (with the name of the file at top); the only option given is "Done". I can no longer see or access any of the PDF files that comprise the Portfolio. I have reinstalled the app, but the problem persists. It all works fine on the Mac desktop apps. As the ability to easily use this particular functionality on mobile devices is a core use requirement for me, unless I can get this sorted I'll just have to cancel my subscription to what was otherwise an excellent product. Any help would be very much appreciated.

When trying to use a fillable form via iPhone, drop down options are only appearing as a black box until the user selects an option making the responses impossible to read without touching each individual block.  

 Hi , I’m unable to open and read pdf files on a site that I’ve used before without any problem , and there are a number of them to be viewed . I’m using an iPad tablet and the Software version is 14.2  I’m using safari browser  and the Acrobat Reader version is 20.10.00  all seemed to be well until I recently upgraded to this version . Is there an issue with apple , safari ,and this version  ?  When I phoned the relevant company and told them my issue , I was told to download Google chrome , which I did ,but stilI could not open documents , when I clicked on view I was given an option to download and (open in ) to which I chose file , but when I go to file,  the documents there are blank . I can view these on Google chrome on my laptop , which is windows 10 and can save them  to file no problem , however I would rather be  able to read them on my iPad as I’ve done before , any help would be much appreciated .  

I used the trial version for 1 week, but I was not satisfied, there was a fee cut, but no fee came to my account.

Hello I am having problems with auto-suggestions after updating to Android 10. So that is already for about a year.When I am typing a text auto-suggest bar just blinks with every typed letter. So I type, it blinks and dissapears. I can't choose anything, and only when I am done with typing (whole phrase is typed) then I see same in auto-suggestions bar.This happens almost always with numerical inputs, and very often with words.Please help me!

Please remove all devices list I never put list in my personal information .  I am angry for no one let me know who can accrssing without my approve or know .. I have right to deleted all list I'd devices. Expect iPhone 7 Plus and  IPad (7 generation) and Mac Catalina that is all I have now.  None another they must be fraud ..   thandjs 

Why can't i rotate the view of a page?I have PDFs that open full screen but the page is sideways and when i turn my phone to view it landscape it stays at 90 degrees again. I want to have page view / rotation control just like the PC version.
