Acrobat Reader Mobile

Hello, everyone,My phone is a LG k8 with Android 6.0.When I use the option "HIGHLIGHT", appears the following msg: "this application is read-only, and that's why the changes cannot be saved. Want to create a local copy on your device to continue editing? ".Click on "SAVE" and the editing is enabled.When I go look for the newly saved file directory in the tab "LOCATION", appears the following directory:/data/user/0/com.adobe.reader/files/Downloads, which is non-existent!I can't find this directory in order for the file manager.Any hints on where this file may have been saved and how do I find it via file manager?  Translations by Microsoft® Translator

I just started on the premium and my trial hasn't even ended yet, but now I'm having trouble even opening my textbooks and any highlights or notes o make disappear as soon as I close the textbook. This never happened with the free version. Please fix it ASAP as for a nursing student these notes and highlights are critical

I just purchased premium and now the highlighting text and underlining text features both do not appear to function normally. Any attempts to highlight or underline a text appears blank. I am using an iPhone XS iOS 14 (latest software update) and I have tried rebooting the phone and removing and installing the app with no success. Adobe can you please provide a mobile update for this bug please ASAP please? 

The Adobe reader app is unavailable.but I cannot get it off my Amazon tablet as it's not installed 

good morning, i have 2 devices and pdfs with different pdf on the adobe acrobat reader app. the pdf of one of the 2 devices are on the adobe cloud but not those of the other device. how can i put them on the cloud or backup it on my pc  ?thanks .

i hvae paid in apple store for the acrobat mobile app and payment was done. but service was not activated. still not working and from3 days i am trying to contact with the app developer no one is there. and the customer support just waste your time dont know anything. so my money gone time wasste but problem not solve. there is no emil to write them also  

We had a user recently send in a ticket that when he opens pdf on his phone, they sometimes show up as 'tv static'. I've had this issue in the past with another company but it was on desktop and it turned out grayscale needed to be turned on. This issue persist on all copiers, his phone is up to date and so is his apps. If anyone has any clue what's happening here, any steps would be appreciatated, cannot find anythign online that's related. I attached a picture to show you exactly what I mean.

I made a fillable form in Adobe DC with boxes to type into and radio buttons to make selections for questions that can only have one answer. These fields do not show up in Adobe mobile or Adobe Fill and Sign and I would like these forms to be utilized on an iPad.

Created an account for a trial, but not able to combine the pdf files and asking for creating an account again. Can anyone please help. Regards,Raghavendra

Can I use this subsription for iMac to download the Adobe Acrobat? Must I purchase software or download for another $200?

I have adobe acrobat pro on my iPad, PC and IPhone and just realized that my IPad has been logged into a different user name than my other two devices.  I have files i need under both usernames.  is there a way to combine the files and stop using the account on my IPad and only use 1 username for all 3?

When I write or draw on a pdf document, as soon as I save it or use one of the other draw features like a different colour, the writing or drawing immediately distorts into sharp edged shapes, often making the writing illegible. This means I have to re-do, which basically costs too much time and defeats the reason I purchased the app in the first place. Is this fixable?

I could save to adobe document cloud and load files from it before. When I upgrade my iOS  to 13.2 ,I can't save files to adobe document cloud.By the way,I can still download files from it. 

OK I am fast getting very frustrated I am using adobe on an iPad and having serious issues downloading my paypal reports, previously done on a pc Everytime I open with adobe it tells me its "might" be from an untrusted source and wont open it Help please!!!

Can anybody tell me what to do to get same functionality on my I-pad as my I-phone  already deleted Adobe app on tablet and downloaded again but no success 

I am so frustrated with ADOBE!! I have been paying $9.99 a month for some time now and when I go to create, edit, ANYTHING, etc.  I keep getting referred to the screen to subscribe.  I click on it to see what happens and it tells me I am already prescribed, surprise, surprise... yet it WILL NOT let me do anything in there AND under my name it says I am a "free user".  So not true.

Hello Adobe,Are there any plans to enable the mobile Acrobat to read documents that have been encrypted with certificates? The Apple Keychain would be perfect for storing and managing the certificates. The mobile version of Acrobat has suffered long enough without this feature! 

Hloo actually i have changed my phone and didn't take back up of my phone this phone and previous phone as well so all pdfs made on this id i really need their backup 

I have received two additional charges this month even though I have an annual subscription through my Apple Device / Subscription. Cant get a refund through Apple as they are saying that they have only taken the Annual Subscription? 

Recently while editing a document the Adobe app will abruptly close and upon reopening my edits have been lost. Has happened several times recently after extended time commenting on a document. Any way to recover?

I have been reading an manual in Acrobat Reader for months and have been inserting text in the manual. Suddenly it is impossible to insert text. Everytime I make a text, I get the above message and Acrobat Reader crashes. I use version 17.0 build 164574I have already tried to reinstall Acrobat Reader. I have also tried to clear data and cache but it did'nt work.Any suggestions?

Can you advise me how to open the PDF file posted in Facebook? recently upgraded from the iPhone 8 to 11. iOS 14.Lot of space in I phone storage.Adobe acrobat reader was reinstalled but can't open. Do not react anything in Facebook.
