Acrobat Reader Mobile

I was not able to edit the circles in my PDF to add numbers within the circle. When I downloaded the adobe acrobat reader I was able to edit the circles to add numbers inside. Then today  I tried to do that an I was unable to. The app said I needed to download the acrobat premuim to be able to edit the pdf. So I purchased the app but I am still unable to fill in the circles with numbers. when does the premium app get activated? 

I shared a checklist file to some colleague for a shared review but suddenly I’ve noticed the text option I use to add text directly on the page with comments and colors instead of using the comment function is missing.The issue occurres just with this file which is the only one I’ve shared so far, local files have all the menu options.Any clue? Thanks

I work in IT and we have deployed Intune for mobile device management withe Adobe Acrobat Reader as one of our available apps.  Since around the 20th of March, the functonality allowing users to share documents (Send a copy) has disappeared. This seems to coincide with those documents that are 'Managed by our organisation'. Why has this changed? Why has this changed only for some users? We have a small proportion of users (including C-level) who now cannot share documents from their iPads due to this change. Many thanks in advance for your help.  

I got billed for Adobe Premium. However I am not subscribed to Adobe Premium. I have and iPhone and I can't find Adobe in any purchases in the last 90 days. It's also not in my subscriptions under my Apple ID. I literally got billed for no reason

Dear Members, I have an encrypted PDF file with OTP protection using AES-256 encryption and send to users through email as attachments. These files opens successfully on:WindowsAndroidMacOS (Catalina 10.15.3) - all browsers be it Safari or Chrome These file open as blank on any mobile/ipad iOS as well as MacOS Document Viewer and right now testing is being performed on iPhone 7 running with 13.3.1 iOS. This has been tested in Chrome as well as Safari and even "Open With" option doesn't seem to be working at all:iBooks -> it keeps on prompting password again & again;Adobe Acrobat -> keep saying "Opening" with endless progress bar. Only option working in iOS devices is of saving this file to device and then opening the same with Adobe Acrobat. Any help/pointers towards solving this problem will be highly appreciable. Thanks,Shaurya Jain  

Hi i purchased the edit PDF option on my Apple iPad. It has been more than 5 hours and I have paid $13.98 for the same. I am getting the message Purchase complete Waiting for activation. Regards aditya Bhatt

I have subscribed for one month adobe reader subscription but the features aren't activated. I've paid, I got receipt and it give that I am subscribed but in the app still not working. I tried the restore purchase but didn't work. I deleted the app and downloaded it again but also didn't work? What should I do? the app is on my iPhone 

I'm having trouble with reactivating my acrobat subscription. The payment went through I even deleted the app on my phone and redownload it and I'm still having the same persisting isssue.. I'd appreciate any advice. 

My adobe reader has stopped opening completely on my iPad Pro. It runs on iOS 13.4.1. Help! I've already uninstalled and reinstalled it and it still doesn't work. I don't know what to do! I'm scared that I'll have lost all my document due to this issue as well. Can someone from adobe support please reach out and help me??

I signed up for the free trial because I needed to edit my resume however it didn’t work the way I needed it to so I cancelled and it still charged me

Fix this or cancel me. I did the subscription and it keeps saying unlock now for 9.99 and I already did and it wont go away. And yes I already deleted the app and reinstalled it

Hi. I have downloaded premium adobe acrobat on my iPad Pro. Not getting option of digitally signing document with certificate. Please help

I open the pdf and enter the password which opens the document.    When I try to print the document it asks me to re-enter password which I do but just blank again with the same message.    Printers have no passwords set up. any help please 

here are the steps that i take:1) while in safari i take a screenshot and when taken i tap"full page"2) using the option icon on top right i choose "adobe"3) i choose "import to adobe"4) adobe saves the file with a chinese file name "PDF文档"any subsequent file that i try to do the same will have the same initial file name but with number at the end like "PDF文档(5)" my language is english, i checked in settings/adobe and all the places i could think of, please help.I am using ipad pro with latest update , same for "acrobat pro" that i am using.

Is there a way to edit a pdf document downloaded from my email to delete pages from the document?

Im a student I read my subject text books on adobe . After I annotate and comment in the pdf and close the app those are not saved after reopen it. Imagine u read for hours and underline stuff after understanding the concepts and simply goes waste due to tech issue it's very frustrating. This same issue has been raised by few other adobe users . But u guys are reluctant enough not to set this right. Don't u think time and effort are valuable. How can u ignore such a imp thing. May be it's time u correct this issue . Or else I thing it's time to ppl like me to leave the adobe family and look for some reliable alternatives who will at least listen to us.

My teenage son got a text from 855-541-3170 giving him an Adobe Code.  Then it says "Not you?  Change your password. Your apple account is now connected to your adobe account."   What is this?

There is an issue with the new version of Adobe application. In this new release the setting has been tweaked on the application to receive the share file command upon allowing the 'Save copies of org data' setting, which should not be the case. It was working in the previous version, however with this new release it stopped working all of sudden. Basically what happens.. if you have a MAM policy in Microsoft Intune targeted to Outlook or Secure Mail and Adobe Reader, you share a file from Outlook/Secure Mail to Adobe Reader, use the Fill & Sign option and try to Share the signed document back, it does not work anymore. The share option is just not there anymore. We tested and confirmed on other apps (such as Microsoft Word) and the same settings from the App protection policy had no issues sharing a protected file, except on the Adobe's latest application. When will this be fixed as it's a functionality that is really necessary and it just makes us unable to use Adobe Ac
