Acrobat Reader Mobile

Acrobat mobile is crashing every time I try to open a saved file. I just started doing this about two hours ago. I've shut down and restarted my iPad but still can't open any of my saved files. 

I've purchased the in app features of acrobat reader for docs on the iPhone  but there is problems in activating the features plus it's always giving me I am a free user and need to subscribe. Although I did the previous steps and paid. please if anyone can help with this issue 

Sir/Madam,After the recent update (18.11.00) on iOS, I’m unable to readjust the highlight/underline on a pdf document. This was a very handy option to trim off underlines/highlights based on importance, without having to clear and draw them again. I use this app to study from pdf textbooks. I cannot get a shared file to be turned into a pdf, and I have subscribed to Premium.  I have looked through the online help with no luck. 

Using acrobat reader for Android.I click the edit button, then click fill and sign, then I get an error saying the document is read only.There is no option to change it anywhere. Doc is stored locally. What gives?

I have a pro person but I cannot seem to find it for an app to download. How do I use it on my iPad or tablet? 

Hello, on my iPad the app offered me to go premium for 7 days free but then charged me immediately. I comtacted Apple Support for help amd they told me to contact you here. 

I have the premium plan on my iPad and it's taken over three hours to try combine files from my Dropbox. I am still waiting 

When I save a new PDF in Acrobat Reader, it appears in "recent files", but not in "files" in alphabetical order. So I can't move it to a folder. What should I do ?

What are the differences between the in-app purchases in ios apps Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Scan?Acrobat offers Premium Tools for € 10,99 and Adobe Scan offers the pdf-pack for € 11,49? What should I choose if I want to work with pdfs on my iPhone and iPad only? Regards,Thorsten

I used to be able to use ADOBE SCAN, take the scan and open in Acrobat and then share the PDF version.  Now it just says :***Unable to open DocumentAn Unknown Error has Occurred*** Any know how to resolve this?  I tried deleting ADOBE SCAN and reinstalling... no luck.TyiaKen

I can not access my pay slip 

After the recent update, whenever I open the app with any other app ( multitabs ) , the app keeps crashing again and again. Do resolve the issue.

I've forgotten my password. How or where do I retrieve a password 

Android Acrobat reader 20.1.1 doesn't open. The app just sits on the title screen. 

Just downloaded the adobe reader to my phone , trying to access aPDF file form unemployment , can't find it or don't know how to get it 

 I have linked a documents toc with the corresponding pages. On a couple of links, when I tap on them when I'm using my ipad the link does not jump to the corresponding page, but a color pallet options pops up instead. either a pallet or a comment box pops up... Thanks.  Tim 

Hi I was trying to open up a pdf on my phone I phone it said I needed adobe 8 or later. I downloaded adobe but same message is there something I can change on my phone  

Every time I open a file and make changes, I can no long save to the original location. It saves the file as a recovered file in a different folder. This just started happening about two weeks ago. While I can work around it, it is extremely aggravating to not be able to simply save the document in its original location!
