Acrobat Reader Mobile

I upgraded my iphone and when I reinstalled acrobat I can no longer find my previous files. How do I restore them?

There used to be a comment box at the bottom when I was viewing a pdf in Adobe Acrobat via the app (viewing on an iPad). That is not showing up for me anymore. I would like to be able to draw and comment on a pdf. How can I do this?

I have a licence for the above and need to install it on my iPad and Android mobile, but can't find the appropriate App.  Does it have a different name for Apple and Android devices?

Hi, I have a new iPhone i cannot see any files in adobe reader  App version 19:11:01. I can see them on my iPad I can see them through the web page when I log into the document cloud on both my phone and iPad. I have reinstalled the phone app but I still can't see any files. Hello everyone! I am using Adobe reader to make annotations with a medical book (worth almost 1 GB). However, the file keeps on crashing and I cannot seem to save it to my device and instead relies on the Adobe cloud. Is threre any way that my annotations (primarily highlights) can be saved to my iCloud instead of Adobe cloud? Many thanks! 

Am I right in thinking it is not possible to share a folder with multiple PDFs in Document Cloud? Thank you. DJH

I am having this issue and it is with "Go to a page view" on smartphones. It will open with DropBox Viewer but not Adobe PDF Viewer.     [Title renamed by the moderator]

Hello, we are using the public android app for adobe reader.We are analyzing it for enterprise use with Airwatch (not Intune). We would like to block access to document cloud.Can this be done? I have Adobe reader installed on Android and is in scope for MAM controls with Intune. For corporate documents this works fine but then when I attempt to open a personal PDF from Gmail for instance the same Corporate restrictions apply. This is causing consternation for our users as they expect to be able to open and print personal PDFs and now can't I would have expected the app to only apply these controls when the PDF is opened from within another Intune controlled application like outlook, i.e. it understands personal vs corporate context.

IOS newest App cannot open previously opened pdf’s now. I just get an “Opening...” dialog. Please advise. Thanks.

Hi I am using the android mobile PDF viewer on a newish mid-spec tablet. The PDF I am trying to view is around 80MB with 82 pages. I downloaded the PDF to my local tablet storage thinking it will be quicker than viewing online or through an email however there is still problems. If I wait for the pages to load it displays a few pages but then scrolling through the document they change to appear blank and display as white pages. There doesn't seem to be any settings I can change on the mobile version of the software for things like cache amounts. This same issue happens with other large PDFs as well. Any tips on how to speed up loading times or increase cache storage of large PDFs? Details:Adobe Acrobot PDF Viewer Android version 19.9.1.10848Lenovo TB-8704x (4GB RAM)Android Version 8.1.0

My Adobe Acrobat Reader app, on my Android phone, will not recognize my printer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I have rebooted my devices and nothing has fixed this problem. My printer and phone are working otherwise, so this must be an issue with the app. Can someone help?

Hi, I just wanted to highlight that I visited the Adobe Sign forum. I've found well over 35 neglected inquiries from Adobe customers and Adobe Sign users altogether ( I am almost sure there's more than that which probably date back earlier than December 2019). I was wondering if there are any corageous ACPs, MVPs, and Adobe staff available fro other groups to come and help get in the fight to help these users. Thank you.

Hello, I'm trying to edit a pdf document from Dropbox app and Adobe Acrobat app is telling me it's unable to connect to Dropbox, this has been happening off and on for a while, any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.

It is now impossible to easily navigate thru the bookmarks with the new reader. We need a quick access button to change bookmark during the reading session.

I wonder why the hyperlinks to text anchors did't work in Adobe Acrobat on my iPhone?On my computer it is not a problem and with other PDF-readers is it also possible.The PDF-document is created in Adobe InDeSign.

I have nine (9) Apple iPads in the field using Adobe forms. When the forms are completed they are individually saved to their own DropBox Business Standard accounts. They are highlighting the Adobe file, selecting MOVE, selecting DropBox from the location list and selecting the DropBox folder to save the file. If the file is a duplicate, they are prompted to select either Replace OR Duplicate. If they select Replace, the original file is deleted in DropBox, but the new file is not replaced. Any thoughts?

I have not been able to load any of my PDFs. It says "opening file from document cloud" but never seems to open. When I originally used this app, my files were able to open pretty fast. I have re-downloaded the app, it still struggles with opening these documents. I have no idea if maybe I am just somehow doing something wrong? or what. It just takes so long to the point my phone screen goes to sleep, or I don't have time to wait anymore for it to open and have to close out.          [Title renamed by the moderator]

I am using a Galaxy tab S3 9.7 & running Android Oreo. I'm using Firefox. Whenever I try to open a pdf file, it opens Acrobat Reader. Then, when it tries to open the file, it says, "ERROR: The file could not be downloaded. Please save the file to your local storage and then try to open it."I usually am not given a chance to save it from my bank's website.How do I solve this problem?
