Acrobat Reader Mobile

I can't find many files on my Creative Cloud using Reader on iPad, and for the files I read and made notes on my iPad, it doesn't sync with the file on Creative Cloud

So I accidently bought some adobe products under the card 0338 - the original prices for both purchases were listed as 1.99 each and I bought 2 products. I was charged $26... I want a refund in the first place since the products werent purposely bought, and that I was charged an amount that wasnt stated at first anyhow.

Either way I try to open a PDF created by Schmea ST 4 (that open correctly on Acrobat in Windows or macOS), they are not displayed correctly on iOS (iPad or iPhone). Only the first page is shown. Opening them from Dropbox or any server (FTP) does not make a difference until I export them as PDF again but without the bookmarks.PDF created with Indesign work fine on all platforms though.Any ideas?

I created a consent form on my laptop which requires client signatures for consent.  I cannot email them the form as sometimes they have communication difficulties and cannot read it themselves.  I saved the form I created as extended reader pdf (fill n sign).  It will open on my laptop but when I upload it to the creative cloud and then try to fill n sign it on my tablet, it says "Restricted Document.  Modifying the document  is not allowed because it is a read-only file".  However, I did not save this a read-only file and when I checked the security settings, they are open.  Can someone tell me what is going on with this particular form?  I have tried creating it a few times but the same result always occurs.  I can open  other pdf documents on my tablet that I created - but never this one.

Search is not working on particular pdf documents. The problem is it cannot recognize any text but any other built-in app or computer easily recognizes the text. My app is up to date.

Hi,I only downloaded acrobat but was charged for the Export PDF. I contacted Google support to request for refund but they told me to ask you instead. I already had it cancelled. Can you refund it back to my card?

I am trying to print a document with background colours from an Android Tablet using Adobe Acrobat Reader. The background isn't printing. I have searched the rudimentary print options and can find nothing to change this?Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This problem still exists!! I just lost very important data due to this issue! So frustrated. This problem should have been fixed by now! It was addressed in February and is still around. Also, i can't seem to find any previous version of PDF on the cloud to at least restore something.meenakshin83966505​

I use Acrobat DC on my iMac, but I sold it and need to use the PDF form editor.  I have an ipad pro 11 (2018) is it possible to install on it?

Reading the enterprise guide pasted below and browsing the forums, I am discovering that the app configuration for Acrobat Reader in MobileIron Core is no longer working or supported (until 2019).  Is this still true?  If so, is there any other way to configure these settings in MobileIron Core?Enterprise Mobility Management — Enterprise Guide for Acrobat on Mobile Devices

I created 2 forms for our company. When they view a form I have filled out in their email, it shows all the information, but when they save it to their iPad and try to open it in PDF Fill & Sign, it opens as blank. Now, if they take a blank form, fill it out on the iPad, save it and email it to each other, it saves the filled out information and they can go in and add/edit/sign the form. I need it fixed so they can save the filled information from the PC. I have tried changing the font used to fill out the form, wording at the end of the form.(Suggestions from other forums I have read) Nothing is working.

we created a pdf fillable form with dynamic drop downs and they work fine when you use the form on a laptop but when you try to use the same form on an ipad the drop downs work but the formula doesn't carry over. So they are just basically drop downs and the dynamic part isn't working. is there anything we can do to fix this?

I was shared an adobe document through the adobe cloud. The link was sent to my iPhone. I am not able to save the actual document to my iPhone. I have Adobe export. Yet I still can not save the file to my phone. How do I save the file to my phone

Adobe acrobat, which I've been using for a while, was a yearly member. This issue has been dealt with somehow, but now the application converts the pdf files to xlsx format, but the information in it is not playing with texts and information. it doesn't give me the chance to intervene in the room that just changes the extension. I have written support e-mails but I do not have the solution, I would like your help.

May I suggest some new features for Android version?  1. Adding more option to already highlighted section, such as copy or translate, since copying a highlighted text is a bit difficult.2. Adding more option to selected text, such as translation option. right now I need copy the text then paste it or use other shortcuts.

Comment pop up opens up whenever I click on edit text box and will not allow to enter the text. his is happening on my android device with adobe 18.4.1.208250,19.0.0.8512 and 19.2.xxx version, This is very irritating when one wants to enter a text {Comment App(pan) remains opened}.If I click on delete button on the comment popup window it will delete the border lines of the text boxes and then allow to enter text in text boxes. which is resulting a border less text boxes on the pdf which looks bad. Is there a option to disable this Comment List? Is there any solution to fix this issue?
