Acrobat Reader Mobile

Hi, I'm using the adobe reader to study with PDFs on PC and mobile with app, in PC I can comment files and save in my local folder, in app after file commented the app saves a copy from original automatically and I trying to find this copy using the explorer app from phone but without success, how I can find this files with the explorer? I need it to move, copy and share with my PC  without use network or any cloud service.

PDF file is not displaying on iOS properly and I suspect unsupported font is causing the problem. Is there a way to bulk change the font of hidden text of a scanned document that's been OCRed? Note that I'm NOT asking how to edit the visible, scanned text. I want to change hidden text's font so that it doesn't contain weird font anymore.

I have a scanned PDF file OCRed from 3rd party software (ScanSnap's ABBYY) that opens without a problem on Windows 10, both on Acrobat Reader or Drawboard PDF but fails to open properly on iOS default PDF viewer and other PDF apps. Actually, it does open up the file and most of the pages are fine but some of the pages are just blank without any information, thus not opening up properly.  I thought it was weird so at first I deleted all hidden information (Metadata, Hidden Text, ) from PDF with Tools > Redact > Remove Hidden Information. But this didn't solve the problem and iOS still failed to read all the pages of the PDF. However, when I tried Sanitize Document option instead of Remove Hidden Information, it magically solved the problem so that the PDF could now have all pages intact on iOS. This confuses me. I wanted to purchase the Adobe Systems Incorporated for 1.99 a month. When I received the email thanking me for my purchase I was changed $25 for the yearly plan. I did not want this. As soon as I found out I was changed $25 I tried to get a refund, but I do not see that option. I want a refund, how do I go about getting a refund?

after updating to AcroRdrDC1901220034_en_US pdf are not displayed in browser. After a refresh of the page the PDF is visible. This happens with google chrome en IE. How can i chnage settings to display the pdf in the browser the first time

I think my app has night mode reversed. When I open a PDF it shows a black background when I have night mode turned off. When I turn it on the background goes white, but the text becomes unclear, more like an outline of the text (on closer inspection, this same outlined text is what shows in the. I have attached a picture to show what I'm talking about. I am using Version 19.0.0.8512Thanks

I have a couple iPad 1 devices that are running iOS 5.1.1.  I need to get Reader installed on them.  I have installed iTunes 12.6 on my computer so I can access the app store.  I downloaded Reader in iTunes.  I go to the app store on the iPad and to purchased.  It is there, but when I hit Install, it pops up with a message that says, "This app is incompatible with this iPad".  My understanding is that it would install the latest compatible version.  Has that been pulled from the app store since Nov. 2014?Re: How do I get a version of Adobe Reader for an IPod touch with IOS 6.1.6

Hello.  I have not been able to use highlight feature at all using the iPad Acrobat Reader at all for some time.  It's irritating me a lot. I pay for a DC subscription and you'd think the applications would work correctly.  I tap the pencil Botton, I tap comment, I tap highlighter, and it does nothing when I use my pencil or my finger except magnify the letter on the pdf.  What gives, experts of all things adobe?????????

I have done this for years and after my recent adobe acrobat app update, the icon does not show up when I want to move the pdf from mail to adobe on my ipad. Does anyone know what to do?

HII am using the "combine files" feature to put multiple documents into one document. The combined document is then sent to members by using the "copy link" feature.  The "copy link" is placed as a link in an email to the group.  Several members of the group can open it and several cannot.  One of the members that cannot open it says he gets a message that says "encountered an unexpected error."  He is using an ipad to open the document.  Do you know why he would get this message?  It has worked before!ThanksAmy West

I use the Acrobat Reader app on Android Mobile. A form on 2 pages with fields to be filled in and summed up in a field further down. On page 1 It works fine, but on page 2 the field I filled in is not updated when I click on the next field, but returns to the original value (= 0). The values on page 1 retain their new values.

Just to confirm I am experiencing the issue. Highlights on acrobat Pro / PC - Windows 10 do Show up on Android. Highlights on Android are dropped the moment the same pdf is opened on PC and saved over. To Also confirm, all my apps are updated.

Since early in the morning I've been unable to connect to Adobe document cloud. That's a dreadful issue to me because all of my files are accessed through the cloud. Thankfully I have an Ipad and I don't have experienced the same issue.Hugo Wanner, Android 4.0.3 ASUS Tablet user.

Some Arabic documents which is searchable and created correctly which I mean not just an image. These documents when I open with android Adobe I face problem with the encoding and it is a mess and not readable, however when I open same documents with other apps it's totally fne.

I am trying to use an adobe dc distributed form on an ipad.  The submit button will not work in Reader on the ipad. After perusing answers to similar questions from several years ago, I installed 'readle' on the ipad.  In that app, the submit button works, but just emails the whole filled form back, not the data, and when I open the attached form back on my pc, it does not register as a response on the tracker, which removes all the benefits of using a distributed form in the first place. I am hoping that since the posts I was looking at were old, there may be some newer way to tackle this. Please help!
