Acrobat Reader Mobile

Here is the message i have using Adobe PDF Reader DC for Android when i try to open a form i need to fullfil : !Note : it used to work this summer.

I read a lot of pdf’s in English, which isn’t my native language. When I come across words which I don’t understand, I select them and use the define function which works very well.The only issue is that with 95% of the words I select (by simply having a long press on that particular word), the last letter of that word isn’t selected. Hence I have to manually adjust the selection with the slider which is quite cumbersome.I can’t figure out why 5% of those words don’t have this issue (plural, infinitive,...). Is this a bug or a feature?Thanks in advance!

Bonjour,J'utilise l'application android acrobat reader pour la lecture de pdf. Lors de mes lectures, je fais des surlignages sur les documents. Je voudrais savoir s'il était possible de réunir mes surlignages (et en général, toutes annotations ou modifications) que j'opère sur le document, de les exporter sur un autre pdf ou sous un format word par exemple. J'ai déjà tenté de rechercher si c'était possible en cherchant une quelconque option dans l'application, mais je n'ai rien trouvé. Adobe Reader v18.11 allows for file name change and moves, I have lost this functionality with the latest 18.12 update.  I have one iPad with 18.11 and everything works fine but not on the iPad using 18.12.  Any ideas why this option disappeared?

Hi,I have a long PDF document I'm trying to get through (with highlighting, etc along the way) little by little. I downloaded Adobe on my tablet (Kindle Fire) and phone (Pixel 3 - Android) so that I can save the PDF to the cloud and work on it across devices. For a few days it worked perfectly. Now, all of a sudden, Adobe on both devices doesn't seem to know how to open it. On the fire, I get an error. On the phone, it loads to 100% then prompts me to pick another app to open it with. I don't really understand why this is - why wouldn't Adobe open the PDF in Adobe? When I go on the cloud reader on a computer, it opens fine within the cloud reader. It is not doing that on a device, though.Thanks for the help.

The overall support for embedding audio in PDFs is generally quite poor. A PDF with embedded audio cannot be played on an Android device WHY? It cannot be played on a Kindle Fire - again WHY. I have made several PDFs with embedded audio which play in Acrobat (only after a lot of tweaking) - this process should be much easier after all this is 2019 not 1999. Simple question: what's the point of having educational PDFs if the embed audio cannot be played on an Android?

I have a document in the Outbox that is trying to save to the Cloud, but won't. The notification is that Adobe Acrobat can't save the document because it's either been moved or deleted. It's been deleted. Yet, it's still trying to save it. And as a result, I can't seem to be able to save anything else to the Cloud. What's pending still appears to be waiting on this particular file. I lost some work in a particular pending document as a result.How do I fix the situation or stop it?

I have the latest version of acrobat and ipad 2018 both, when I open sometimes files, 30 Mb at most they have some bugs, loading images and text really slow, first in low resolution, after that in a high than highlighters and edits..What should I do? I tried to re-install and nothing

Hi, We have a small team that is using Adobe Reader to open pdf from OneDrive on a Tab S2.All these users share the same Samsung account but sync is disabled.For some reason the PDF is getting filled in with data filled by other staff.I have deleted  the app, deleted any cache or app data via Settings -> AppThe data still comes back.All team members save the original file to each others separate Onedrive folder.I don't know where else does Adobe Reader requires data to be purge for this to go away.What is causing the prefilled data to populate all team members pdf document?

Can you not sign in with a different device and still have the files from before? I had to reset my iPad and now I loged back in and only one of my files are there? Any help is appreciate. This is on Adobe Reader. Do they need to be saved to the cloud? If so how?Thanks.

How can I import a fdf file into a pdf template on my iPad.i can do this on my laptop by double clicking the fdf file then it automatically asks me for the pdf template then imports the text from the fdf file into the pdf template, then I just save the pdf template with the inserted text as a different name.

hi Each time I try to convert pdf to excel I get a message that pops up and says they will let you know when it is finished.I have the paid for version and am logged n t bot Acrobat and excel. Please can someone help

I am using the Adobe Acrobat Reader for Amazon Fire Tablet and I just spent hours highlighting and making notes on a PDF only to find the changes gone when I next opened the file.  I had tried saving it to the cloud but in the My Documents area I highlighted the file, clicked on the three-dot icon, and Save to Document Cloud was grayed out.  What am I doing wrong?  How to I save my changes to the cloud next time? 

Hi, I have a whole team of staff using Adobe Reader on a tablet (LG and Samsung) to collect signature on supervision logs.The new update only intermittently saves the signature when the hidden blue checkmark is selected to save (see image).I think the only workaround is to close the document and reopen in to see.If the device has multiple recent untitled documents, this is a clumsy workaround.Please advise on how to collect signatures consistently,We have lost many signatures.Thanks,TMA

I have my ipad connected to my Dropbox. everything works fine. I can download a file to make it available offline when I press the little cloud with the error on the right side of the name. how can I delete this local copy? (such that it is not deleted from my dropbox, but it does not take up any space on my ipad anymore)Thanks for the answerO

I noticed the "flattened copy" feature disappeared in the newer interface. Am I looking in the wrong place?

I'm trying to open a PDF document to print tickets to a concert and it defaults to opening up my Adobe Reader application and gives me the same error. How do I fix this in Android?

To save storage on my iPad, I was going to delete my Acrobat reader which I don’t remember using it’s been so long.  But a couple of thumbnail documents flashed before being annoyingly replaced with the sign in page.  Neither of my emails worked, so I set up a new account hoping that it would match and link with the missing one.  But I was wrong!  How can I find those old documents?

Latest Android Version of the reader has bugs.When using Onedrive, It always makes a local copy, even when OneDrive has the file available offline.This does not allow in-place notation/highlighting/commenting and the whole exercise fails.since the edited file cannot be uploaded/synced to one drive.This behavior does not happen on Apple iOS. You just have to make the file available offline. Same on PC it does not happen!I have spent two hours testing. Opening the file from One Drive App and also opening the file from the reader, with and without the off-line files option.Opening the file from One Drive App does seem to make local copies with a different naming convention, but opening from reader app seems to again, work on PC and iOS and edits the file in place rather than making a newly named local copy.

When the "Meditations on Breguet and Mathematics" pdf is downloaded to my iPad (from Breguet Self-Winding Watches ) some of the figures in it are not displayed, and there is blank space where the figures should have been. However, it downloaded correctly on a laptop.More bizarre: First using my iPad, I put the pdf on iCloud and then opened it on my desktop - the figures were still missing. Second, I emailed the pdf from my iPad to myself and opened the email attachment on my desktop - all the figures appeared correctly!I have no idea why! Any suggestions?

I worked on a file that I created when I was offline and now can’t find any way to move or download it.  When I tap on the three dots, it only gives a record of activity, not the usual icons for exporting, saving, or moving it.  I logged in to my cloud account and the file does not show up.  I can still open it and work on it on my iPad, but can’t do anything else with it.  I did try to share it with myself, but the link that was generated only brought me back to the file itself — still can’t find a way to do anything with it.Any ideas?
