Acrobat Reader Mobile

I'm using the Adobe app on my Iphone X to collect signatures on pdf service tickets at each of my accounts.  I then have to email those signed pdf's to my office.  Once received, the document always arrives minus the name and signature.  Everything else I've added to my pdf is still there.  Prior to the most recent update, I was able to flatten the document before sending.  Now it seems that option has been taken away.  Any idea what may be causing the issue?  I've already checked to make sure the document is being opened with Acrobat DC.  Thanks in advance,Dave

Hello,This iPad’s version is IOS 12.0.1, Adobe Acrobat app’s version is 18.10.01 (20181022.151200).When I open a pdf file on google drive and add some comments on it, I can no longer open it again with error message as below after I close it.And when I open the same pdf file in Files, I can’t read it either as below.I can’t even click into my “drive” to see other files in it as below.Acrobat showed me errors many times after I tried editing several different pdf’s. Hope that anyone can help me.Thanks

pdf books that used to have a table of contents for easier access to the chapters, don't have table of contents anymore. i have to go to the beginning of the book and look in the 'printed' tabl. no acrobat reader table anymore with direct access. what is that about?

I use reader for partly heavy pdf with bookmarks. ‘Bookmarks’ is not easy accessable like old one . I have to click three dots enter bookmark menu. Pdf file opening is so slow and navigation is sluggish

After installing the latest version of Acrobat Reader on my IPad Pro, I am no longer able to view attachments to encrypted messages. When I try to open an attachment to a PGP encrypted message using the drop down menu, I get a “No Files In This Location” message. Is anyone else having this problem?

Can’t open the adobe acrobat reader app on iPad. Keeps saying ‘this app is no longer shared with you. To use it, you must buy it from App Store.’ But I already have the app. Please help. I don’t know if I delete the app and reinstall it if I will lose the pdf files I have on it already.

Dear Adobe Reader administrator, The issue of not sending PDF files through Facebook messenger is not related to facebook messenger udapte but I'm pretty sure this issue is related to new update of PDF because when I got a new update of PDF the option to send PDF file through android mobile is suddenly disappear and still the issue exists as I reinstall Pdf, check for another company mobile like Samsung, Nokia etc all have same issue that they could not send any Pdf file to Facebook messenger due to this new update of PDF. Kindly fix my issue soon. The latest version of PDF is ( 18.4.1.208250) My Mobile Name is: Hauwai Mate 10 lite Model: RNE L-21

I'm using the drawing icon to make notes on a pdf. I see how to undo my last marking.... or delete all markings- but nothing in between. If I want to erase only the second to last marking, for example- I tap on it, and get a box around ALL markings, and only have the option of changing/deleting everything- can't isolate just that one marking. If it matters, I'm using an Apple Pencil on a Ipad 6th gen.

I seeb white boxes in pdf.But only in adobe reader in android. Any other readers work fine.

Accidentally deleted Adobe DC from iPhone. Re-download back the app, found that files / pictures were gone, only file name remain exist. Please help!

IOs: MDM & DEP enviroment. What  Configuration Key, Value Type, Configuration Value will stop cloud sync (trying to stop space issues)I am using AirWatch. Support advised if I have the above info I can code it to prevent the cloud baised apps we use like Adobe Reader, Scan, ect from syncing all the users data to the iPad. We are having severe space issues and I need to block this sync for this reason. Anyone able to assist?

Introduce read loud feature in mobile and tablet acrobat app users, which will allow them to read pdf files simply listening to text.

I have a bunch of folders stored within Dropbox. When I view them in the Adobe Reader iOS app, I want to be able to select all the folders and be able to download the for offline use. I see that individual files can be downloaded for offline use, but not folders. I need to be able to do it all at once, as opposed to manually, with every file in every single folder.  Is it possible to download entire folders into the Reader app?If not, does anyone know of an app that has this capability?

I edited a pdf by adding comments. When I went to export, the comments were all out of place.I was editing the pdf in landscape mode on an iPad Pro 12.9” (3rd generation).This makes the app pretty unusable.

Hi,I used to like Adobe PDF reader for ipad as it offered fully distraction-free reading experience.Now after this last update, whenever I scroll document backward (up), and generally I do it a lot when reading scientific articles, Reader shows the upper bar which is completely useless to me. I just need to tap the screen again to hide it.Also gone is the simple highlighting popup for modifying the highlight/underline, iinstead we have a very cumbersome window for that.A major setback!I just want to see the article when I am reading. And make simple and fast notes.Now looking for better alternative (with ability to highlight and make comments). You may make suggestions.CheersJouko Kipad Air 2

I have a pdf document that consist of 2 pages. Opened on desktop PC it's fine but when i open it on mobile, first page is fine but the second one comes up almost whole blank. The header is visible and some background coloring's in 3 places. When you zoom right in, the text is starting to appear but you have to zoom in so much that reading becomes impossible.  The same document is displayed correctly by other pdf readers available for android.It's not just one file but every file that is generated from the system i'm downloading it from. I know that system provider is using "Apose" for files conversion(as my files are converted from XLS to PDF).
