I cannot seem to acces PDF and PowerPoint pdf and videos on my ipad

Open book one, scroll, close. open another, open first one again and it shows front page. The app is completly useless on iPad

I have a digitally signed PDF which, when opened in Acrobat Reader on my PC, shows a Signature Panel displaying the details of the signature.However, there doesn't appear to be any facility to view Signatures in Acrobat Reader for iPad?Am I missing something? Is it hidden somewhere?Is there a different Adobe app I should install in order to be able to view digital signatures on the iPad?Just to be clear, I am NOT talking about the signatures which are visible to the eye within the document.I am talking about the panel which is available on the left side in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for Windows, accessed by clicking the fountain pen nib icon.Thanks in advance!

After installing today’slatest update I can no longer use the application on my iPad. It is completely frozen - I’m unable to access any of my documents. I also cannot tap into the new application icons.

I am using the iPad 2017, in which I just updated to you latest version of Adobe Reader which is on 2nd October 2018, to version 18.09.13.  I’m facing a major issue that my touch itelf is not responsive.  Open the app it remains in the home of the app,  it says home at the top but when I toucht the screen around,  it does not respond at all.  Also I cannot afford to uninstall the app as all my data is stored in the app. How should I proceed? I’ve got a video showing this, if there was a way, I’d upload it and show you. Please find a way, I’m a student and use my tab solefy for my stufies, have an exam upcoming.

I lent my phone to my younger cousin (age 5) & 8t turns out while on my phone she purchased a subscription to Adobe.  Is there any way yo receive a refund toward my purchase?

My subscription just pushed through an update to vers 18.09.14.  Aside from other complaints/questions already posted, how can I edit an existing comment (specifically a highlight or strike through)?? In previous version if I just tapped the affected area on the document, it would outline in blue with the option to edit, delete, etc.  Selecting edit would give me the red end tabs that I could easily expand or subtract the highlight/strikethrough.  Now instead I get a pop-up window that includes a delete icon and the option to change the highlight color, but what happened to Edit?????

as titleI did write some note in my pdf, and then saved it on IPAD.when i would  like to open itit showed there were something wrong, please open it laterhowever, it past ONE day, i can not open my pdf NOW on IPADBUT, i can open the file on PC and iphone without any note....

what  is going on with the new Adobe reader on iOS  all the Red Adobe icons for my files dating back years have disappeared and been turned into grey ones that apparently I can only share using the Internet.i am now quietly furious as I have lost hundreds of PDFs stored locally on my iPad.Is this obsession for using cloud based technology together with subscription activated apps just a grab for revenu.

ive accidentally deleted the adobe app from my iPad and have lost over 2 years of business files, receip, and data.  Is there anyway to get this back.  I thought my files were saved elsewhere and the app was only used to read.  How can all of my data have been tied to this app?  I really need some assistance please!

I have problem opening my apps in ipad after updating the apps (18.09.14) and iOS 12. I can only see loading sign in the interface and there’s no files shown on it. Even when my friends airdrop a file to me, I also can’t open it through adobe. What should I do? If I delete and download again , will all my files disappear? Cause previously I didn’t upload to adobe cloud , so it’s just saved in my ipad.

I am using Acrobat pdf Reader for Android. When I am in reading mode, letters fl and fi disappear. For example the word 'first' would become 'rst' and 'office' becomes 'oce'. This problem occurred once a couple of years ago but was fixed. It has now come back. Please see if you can do anything. Thank you.

Hi!My Adobe Reader just got an update, and on my tablet I cannot use the correction tools (strikethrough, highlight etc.), because everytime I try it, the program escape. I reaaly need those tools, any idea?I tried to restart Acrobat, restart the tablet, didn!t work.

Greetings,Today's update have a problem in fill&sign and making a comment options also. When I try to sign or make a comment, the aplication shut down.This problem wasn't exist before today's update, so it can't be in the phone - I am using SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 4.

please guide me on this why adobe has hanged on starting up the app with the new ios12 on iphone

I have a presentation this afternoon and have just discovered that all my local files are missing following the recent update. I have searched for a solution but nothing works. What can I do to get my files back?  This is very time sensitive.

The issue is not fixed.  Jut updated iPhone 6s to ios12 and Adobe acrobat reader stopped working even though it states that it has been upgraded to the latest version which is supposed to work on this device.  I still have my pdf files on the phone but when I open Acrobat it freezes up right after opening with nothing working in the app, non of the options, buttons etc are responsive.  Ive reset a number of times to no avail

Even I have updated the app to the new 18.09.13 version yesterday 01 October 18 and now I cannot use it as the app is freezed at the “Home”. I tried to restart my iPhone but it was not helpful. I need some files urgently and I have no backups. Please try to fix the bug.Thanks in advance.Brgds SL

I used to have the option of saving documents to either my Adobe local file or to the Adobe Doc Cloud.    Now I can only save to the Doc Cloud which means I cannot attach pdfs to emails any longer.i need to have the choice of saving pdfs to either my local file or my Doc Cloud.    Who thought it was a good idea to change it and can I have it back the way it was?

Adobe acrobat reader will not work properly. It’s on an  iPad, iOS 12. After the adobe app updated, it wil no longer function. The adobe screen comes up, but there’s no interface. It’s just frozen, and does not respond to anything. I’ve rebooted iPad numerous times, updates iOS, and still it won’t do anything. Id like to not delete app if at all possible, due to the files contained within. Any help would be appreciated.thanks, Taylor

We use iPads as classroom tools, and wipe and restore them regularly. This week I tried to load my apps and the adobe acrobat reader app refused to load. I use apple configurator 2 and iPad 4's. Haven't had this issue until today. I loaded some iPads last week and they were fine, but this week, no go. I read there was an update for iOS 12 this week but my iPads still use iOS 10 as that was the last iOS compatible with iPad 4. I suppose what I want to know is with the update you guys did to the acrobat reader this week for iOS 12, is it no longer compatible with iOS 10 and my iPad 4's?Thanks,Gery
