Acrobat Reader Mobile

I am not able to use all features of my Adobe premium in my PC. Please let me know, how can I change my subscription to be able to use the subscription in multiple devices such as mobile and desktop?

I use a my phone and a tablet. My files have never been on a PC. I have abiut a dozen files I need removed they have inaccurate information. When I try to open some of them it says the files cannot be found. And it will nit let me delete. Other files I can open. But can not delete either. More than once the wrong info was sent to a client because they are named the same as the correct files (no i cant rename them either. Can someone tell me how to get rid of them. Or send me info on a program similar so that I can delete Adobe all together.  Very unhappy and lost 800.00 today because of a file mix up.  Thanks in advance 

I recently upgraded to the IOS Acrobat Pro version from Premium for the reason to compare pdf files, however there's no option under tools for file comparison?  I also have the AI added on to the Pro version. Any suggestions?

I attempted to save a PDF to Acrobat on IOS, and it, not recognizing it as a PDF, only offered options to create or edit. I went back and confirmed that the original document was a PDF, and am utterly confused.

How can I change my Adobe plan to a much less expensive monthly plan?  I rarely use Adobe, but I can't afford the $69.99 cancellation fee.

 I no longer have the email address that I had when I sign up for a free account,  and want to change it. I can sign in using my AppleID, but I want to delete that old email address no longer valid, & don't know how. Thanks for your help!

Using my iPhone I used to be able to use the Adobe  Acrobat app and flatten a .pdf before I would save or send it. I have noticed that there is no longer an option. When I would export the .pdf, I used to get the options, "Share original/flattened copy" but I am no longer asked the question. I purchased the export option for the year but it only converts .pdfs to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and RTF. None of those options interest me. I just want to be able to flatten the .pdf before I email or text it so it cannot be pulled apart by the person I send it to.

Hello,I am using fillable forms from a service based software that need to be edited in the adobe app. In Apple there is a way to change the settings so all shared documents are flattened. However, some of my technicians use android devices and they cannot find the toggle for flattened copies in their settings. Although we are a essential business with covid I am trying to avoid meeting with them and looking into it. If anyone knows where this setting is and can help me that would be terrific. Screenshots would help greatly. Thank you.

I subscribed to the 7 day free trial, but somehow I got charged 15.99€ and subscribed to the monthly premium instead. I canceled in less than an hour's time, for I did not intend to pay nor subscribe to such service. I would greatly appreciated if I could get a full refund. Many thanks!

Hey All,I have noticed that this is a recurring problem.  I paid for a subscription on my phone and when i try to log in using the same credentials on my laptop, it says I have a free account and not a paid one. I also noticed that when i logged back into the app (now back on my phone), AFTER my first initial purchase and use, It ALSO said that my account type was "FREE" and not premium.  When i used the "Restore Purchases" option on the app, it would either get hung up and not do it... no I lie, it actually worked ONCE..but the very next time i tried to use it, it was gone and back to a free account. So cancelled my subscription but am just about to ask for a refund.  I used it once and for 10seconds and that was only when i made the initial subscription. Please Help or give me a refund. FYI:  my Apple ID is on an "@me.com" account, but when i make purchases, it for some reason, goes under another email of mine, but its a Gmail Account.  Sa

I am trying to get a refund for my acrobat subscription. Google play has denied my refund request and have told me to contact adobe for a refund, however the AI chat bot is no help, can a human help me out?

My money got debited from account on subscription of 7 day free trial. Please refund the amount ASAP.

When I try to save a copy of a PDF to OneDrive, regardless of whether it's already been uploaded to Adobe Cloud storage, it won't save and says there's an error in the saving process. I really need this to work. How can I get this process functioning properly? I use Android on a Motorola phone
