Hi,  My premium subscription has renewed after my 7 day free trial. It is as a complete oversight on my part. I am unwell and on long term disability so my condition does impact my memory   Can I please ask for the subscription to be refunded please. Due to my illness I am on low income and without the refund I will struggle to buy food this month. 

Hi, I listened yesterday perfectly. But today something happened and The feature doesn't work for Turkish. Please solve this problem. 

After this weekend atualization, the app doesn't open on my Ipad. After tapping the icon on the screen, it simply try to open, but it closes instantly. Anyone with this problem?

Hi!!I am writing to request a refund for the annual subscription fee that was charged to me for the Adobe PDF Reader app. After cancelling the paid subscription within the trial period, I received an email from the Samsung Galaxy Store confirming that the cancellation had been made within the trial timeframe and that I would not be charged. However, despite this confirmation, the amount for the yearly subscription was still withdrawn from my account.I kindly ask that this amount be refunded, as I cancelled the subscription within the trial period and do not intend to use the app.Best regards Diva Pina

When I try to open and read an emailed business receipt pdf attachment on any of my mobile devices using the most up to date installed Adobe Acrobat reader app (Android) I cannot view the file and instead receive Error This form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for Mac or Windows???

Hello All, Greetings! What is the difference between Adobe premium subscription and Adobe dc pro? I subscribed for Adobe premium and able to do everything on mobile, but when I try to do that in my PC It's asking me to subscribe again, Please help

Trovo questa applicazione davvero ben fatta e mi ci trovo molto bene per la lettura e l'annotazione dei PDF sul mio tablet. Le funzionalità sono intuitive e utili per l'uso quotidiano.L'unico aspetto che mi piacerebbe vedere migliorato riguarda la cancellazione dei disegni a mano libera. Attualmente, trovo un po' scomodo dover eliminare l'intero tratto di penna per correggere una piccola parte. Sarebbe estremamente utile e renderebbe l'esperienza d'uso molto più fluida se venisse aggiunta una vera e propria "gomma" che permette di cancellare solo porzioni specifiche di un disegno o una singola lettera/numero, senza dover eliminare tutto e riscrivere.Spero che questa funzione possa essere implementata in futuro! Comunque, un'ottima app.

I subscribed to the 7-day free trial, but somehow I was charged £29.99 and subscribed to the monthly premium instead. I canceled in less than an hour’s time, as I did not intend to pay for or continue with such a service. I would greatly appreciate it if my case could be looked into and a full refund processed. There is no way to get customer service. I don't think it even exists! The only easy thing to do is pay for a subscription!!

Eu uso o app há alguns anos no meu aparelho Samsung Galaxy S8 e sempre funcionou normalmente. Sempre consegui abrir minhas faturas que são protegidas por senha e imprimi-las sem nenhum problema.Recentemente mudei de aparelho, um Samsung Galaxy S21 Fe e baixei o mesmo app nesse novo aparelho, mas no aparelho novo, eu consigo apenas abrir os pdfs protegidos por senha, quando vou imprimir as faturas ele dar uma mensagem de erro dizendo que o documento não pode ser impresso, pois é protegido por senha. Como é que consigo imprimir o mesmo arquivo em um aparelho e no outro não? Lembrando que estou usando o mesmo aplicativo e estou tentando imprimir o mesmo arquivo,bmas só em um funciona. O que pode está ocorrendo? Alguém teve o mesmo problema e conseguiu resolver?

I have a virtual assistant and I'd like to know if I'm able to give her access to my Adobe Cloud Storage for her to rename label and organize the files in there. Also want to know how I'm able to move files all at once from my Adobe storage on my device to my Adobe Cloud storage. It does give the option to do it one at a time but with 400 files I'd rather find a way to do them all at once and I can't seem to find a way to do that. Thank you

I couldn't find any option to cancel my subscription please 

Hello,I am experiencing an issue with Adobe Acrobat on my iPad. The app crashes immediately upon launch, making it unusable. This started happening recently and I haven't been able to open any PDF files.

I have pdf files that I create using Microsoft Word, then save as a pdf uisng AcrobatPDF Maker. I then add form fields, with embedded fonts, using Acrobat Reader DC and protect the pdf using the Edit PDF Tool's Restrict Editing option. I then verify using Document Properties' Security Tab that printing, filling and signing of the form are all allowed. When I open the pdf in Acrobat Reader Mobile, the fields are not fillable, though the text in the fields is visible and appears to be flattened into the document. When I click on the Fill&Sign tool, I am met with an error message that says "Protected document The tool is not available becaue the document is password protected."  When I attempt to print, I get an error saying "Printing protected files is currently unsupported." Is the Acrobat Reader Mobile app unable to handle adobe pdf security yet? Or do I need to create/secure my pdfs differently to prevent background images from being exported but allow the app

En la vista de archivos recientes, en la app para IOS IPhone, no se actualiza la fecha en algunos archivos y se sigue mostrando una fecha anterior al ultimo uso. 

From the 30th of June I encountered an unpleasant problem: when I modify a starred file on my tablet and then open Adobe on my PC or on my mobile phone, the changes are saved but the files' order doesn't change according to their opening date - for example, I modified a file today (6/07) but if I open Adobe on another device it shows another date (for example 5/03, the date I saved it in the cloud, even if it's got che changes I made). Besides this, some starred files "disappear" from the home page even if I've already opened and modified them (they do not appear in the "starred" section so that I have to go to the cloud everytime to look for them manually). How can I solve these problems? I've also tried my account disconnection from every device and the app disinstallation but the app is not working still. 

i need help with filling phone number into application form. phone number data entry issues1. with ios 18.5 mobile version, phone number shows entered but is lost after I moved to next data entry2. Windows 11 is better but I need iphone mobile version  Adobe Pro 25.06.00 (20250618.142915)

The acrobat folder in my ipad has gone missing Even before the files went missing Now I'll have to switch to some other appfind me a solution or maybe suggest me an alternative

Adobe not working properly. Only about half the time 

Suddely i can't find my scans of the past 2 years, just a few. I haven't changed the email, I haven't changed the phone, I only updated the app. All my documents gone. I have checked the scans section on pc and nothing.
