This program Is on work computers and all have the same issues. Looking for advise  Any Suggestions?.

It started with getting license revoked message when I attempted to use Acrobat. Adobe had me download and install the suite, now when I enter the license information off the my package I get the red X for invalid License. How do I proceed from this point?

I want to send PDF's for signature, but when I go to do so it populates all the incomplete fields in my PDF with fillable fields.  I want only the signature fields to be active when I send for signature, how do I do this?

Trying to install Acrobat XI standard on Windows 10 Pro 64bit ANNIVERSARY EDITION.But when Distiller is run, it give this error:Unable to find "Adobe PDF" resource files."C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 11.0\Acrobat\AMT\"Do you want to run the installer in repair mode?Running in repair mode does not fix the problem.Un-installing and re-installing does not fix the problem.They are NOT having this issue on Windows 7 machines or regular Windows 10 machines.The problem only appears on Windows 10 Pro Anniversary Edition machines.Is there a problem running this on Anniversary Edition? Or what should I check next?

Hello thereI am a printer having troubles with a fixupI am using the fixup: flatten form fields into page contentsbecause i need files that have form fields in them to print.The fixup works great and embeds them and therefore makes them printable,but on some files it moves them around 1/4", making this whole process pointless;(Scratching my headsee the screen shots belowthe form fields are the boxes to check next to the citythis is what happends after clicking the fixupCan someone help me please?Thanks a bunchDave

Hello,I have a form that on my computer looks fine and on my friend's computer looks wrong. I created check boxes with an "x" mark, however, on my friends computer it creates a check mark AND an "x" overlapped. I'm not sure what's happening, I can't get the problem to show up on my work PC or my MacBook Pro. All help is appreciated!Thanks!

I am running Adobe Acrobat Pro XI on a Windows 8.1 PC.I have a PDF from a scan of an original with an even number of columns, with a header centered across each pair.Except that adjacent columns are upside-down with respect to each other (content is different in adjacent columns). This is intentional in the source.So my scan looks something like this: ------          ------▲ ▼         ▲ ▼I ultimately want text from this. If I, say, export to Word the first and third columns come through OK, but the OCR fails badly on the second and fourth columns. I have several form for our patients to complete.  I am creating an app with a menu that will ask the patient to complete each form.  On the form there is a button that saves the form in a particular location where other software can grab it and perform other actions.The button also pops and alert message thanking them and letting them know their form was submitted successfully.  At that point i would like to close Reader and go back to the menu of the app i am writing.App.execmenuitem('Exit"); does not work and i can close the PDF but Reader is still working....Any thoughts?

Acrobat said to start another Adobe product to verify registration. I started Photoshop and the intial screen said my registration number is not valid. How do I fix this? The registration is valid.

My Adobe 8 Professional was originally activated in 2007.  I recently purchased a new computer and installed my copy of Adobe 8 Pro onto it. I also uninstalled that copy from my old computer. When we had to reinstall the software, we received a message that we needed an activation code and to call Adobe. The message stated that Adobe no longer provides telephone activation. I have a .pdf file that incorporates multiple javascript-based buttons. This document must be displayed in full screen mode on a Microsoft Surface Pro (users will a combination of the Pro 2, Pro 3, and Pro 4).The issue I have is with how Acrobat full screen mode behaves on a Surface Pro:Whenever a user uses the touchscreen to interact with the .pdf dcoument, then clicking anywhere *outside* of any of the interactive buttons has the effect of exiting full screen mode and bringing up the "restore" view of the .pdf document.This only occurs with the touchscreen specifically, mouse clicks do not have the same effect.I need to disable this behavior, so that clicking on the .pdf outside of any specific button will not exit full screen mode.I assume that this is a problem that likely has to be addressed through a particular setting on the Surface itself (although I haven't been able to find which one)...but just in case, is anyone aware of a solution to this issue using the Acrobat settings o

Hello, I'm an Adobe CC subscriber but only just realised I was using an old version of Acrobat. I've now downloaded the newest version but am struggling to get used to the giant sized text and icons on the menus and the overall simplistic look. It makes navigating a list of bookmarks cumbersome (the line spacing is also quite wide and the bookmark icons take up a large amount of space). Can anything be done to change the font size and icon size of the theme?NB. Conversely I have also struggled for years to use other Adobe applications such as Indesign, due to the tiny text size of the menus and menu boxes. Do Adobe have any plans to apply this new look to the other apps? Something between the two would be ideal.John, UK

I'm on Acrobat Reader DC 2015.010.20059, Windows 10 10586.104, and saving my PDF's into a synced Google Drive folder.I'm filling out forms that were created in Acrobat for Word.From time to time, I'll make small changes to an open form, then when I go to save it, or close it (which prompts for a save) Acrobat forces me to Save As, instead of simply save the filled out form. Sometimes stuff gets overwritten with this Save As stuff, and I end up appending a .2 to the end (and so on) to avoid overwriting other documents with the Save As. Why would Acrobat insist on Save As vs a regular Save if I've only made small changes to an open document?thanks, drew
