Hi, I want to have a date inserted on my pdf however i want it to update to the current date when the document is saved. At the moment the date changes when the file is opened which i do not want. Any help please?

If I scan anything with Adobe DC it saves it with a file date in 2000.  It is now 2016.  eg. File created today (Oct 4, 2016) is dated May 25, 2000.My "Scanner" is an HP CM1312 and its internal date and time are correct.  Only DC does this, all other programs save with the correct system time.Any help will meet with appreciation.

I have Adobe Acrobat Document where I save all of my documents and when I print them it has thick black horizontal lines. What can I do to fix it?

I am using Adobe Acrobat XI and trying to remove a "Signature Panel" appear at top right hand corner in multiple PDF files by running 2 actions.The first action is tool: Save & Export. I choose the files to be processed folder, update the output option as "keep original file names" and "Export files to alternative option" - Encapsulated PostScript". I execute the action and post script files are created in save to folder. This action work fine.The second action is tool: Save & Export. I choose the files to be processed folder where the postscript files stored, update the output option as "keep original file names" and "Save files As Adobe PDF". I execute the action and PDF files are created in save to folder. The files created fine and I can see the "Signature Panel" appear at top right hand corner of the file has been removed. My problem is that every single processing of this files, system prompt "Do you want to save changes to *.pdf before closing?" I have to manually click

I have created the pdf in InDesign CC with text boxes, and edit the boxes into text fields in Acrobat Pro DC.I tried putting the "description" in InDesign, then I just edited the "Tool Tip" in Acrobat.  Everything else is working fine, but the tool tip does not show, either before or after clicking or hovering, viewed online or desktop.(Note, it needs to work online)I haven't had to create a form where Tool Tips were essential, but this one is.Note: I have 10 workbooks with at least a dozen forms each.  Just pasting text into "Tool Tip" is the simple, repeatable solution I'm looking for... but I don't understand why it's not working.

When i plot a A1 sized page to A3 it print 49%, not 50% as i want. Can anyone solve this problem to me/Martin

I am creating an interactive/fillable Adobe form. The original (before adding form fields) was ADA compliant. I added the form fields, remembering to add the Tooltips, but when I was finished adding all of the form fields and rechecked for accessibility, I got a "page content error -- None of the comments or other types of annotations on this page are contained in the structure tree."What do I need to do now? I tried adding tags to all of the areas in the form, which is fine in this simple form, but it just created a new problem. And this is a simple form. I can't imagine having to do this in a more complicated form. The Adobe instructions indicated that adding the tooltips would take care of the accessibility needs.

Sorry, I just did not understand how to do so. I just bought Adobe pdf, and today I payed for an upgrade (Acrobat proDC), since I need to convert some pdf files into a ppt file. I´m just finding troubleshooting the hole time, as in a loop, and absolutely can´t do that. That was the only reason I payed more, the hole time I just need to read pdf files.    I upgraded my mac to OS X Sierra. Acrobat DC Pro (desktop version) will not open - the error message says it may have to be uninstalled and reinstalled. How do I uninstall DC Pro? There does not seem to be an uninstall tool. I do have my serial number for the version of Acrobat I purchased. Thanks.

How to allow adding attachments in addition to filling in form fields and signing existing signature field while creating a secured pdf document?

I have Acrobat DC running on 10+ computers in my organization. Several users commonly receive the error "Not enough storage is available to complete this operation" when dragging one or several pages from inside a PDF to an Explorer window. This Explorer window could be a network drive or just their desktop. Happens with many different PDFs and text-only pages (not full page photos or large pages).The PCs are running 64bit WIndows 7 with 8GB RAM and fast CPUs/SSD drives. From my research it's looking like this is a Windows error message not an Acrobat one, but I'm wondering if someone has a technical solution to make this work more often. I would like my users to rely on it rather than other workarounds.

I am wondering if there is some customization I can do to the email that is sent when the submit form button is selected. I have been able to edit the subject and body message but I would also like to ask Outlook to send the email from a department inbox account, rather than the employee's own account. Is this possible?Thanks!

In Acrobat 11 I'm using AFLayout object to create annotation appearance. I want it to have background and some text on it. Everything seems to run fine but, when I  use also method AFLayoutText as in the sample below it creates null CosObj. Without the text method works fine and the appearance is created correctly. I am using Acrobat Pro DC and I cannot seem to find any information where I can create a box that the customer can click on to insert a PDF, AI, PSD, JPEG, TIFF, or PNG for art proofing.  Any suggestions/help is greatly appreciated!

I am trying to resize a fillable text box in a PDF fillable document.  I realize that I will need to change almost the entire document just to do this.  But the blue area won;t let me change it.  Do I need to start from scratch?

i am wondering how to put a print button on a fillable form?

I am using Acrobat DC and wanting to print the comments on each page with connectors, but only the first few pages worked correctly.  After that, the print out has two images of the same page and its comments printed on one page.  Is there a work around?Here are the settings:

I have the education versions of cs5 production premium and lightroom 3 installed on my desktop with the backups installed on my laptop. I am having problems with my laptop and would like to move the backups to another computer. Can I do this and if so how? I am old and don't have a great knowledge about installing software.

My copy of Acrobat Pro Extended 9 has been wiped off of my computer. Adobe says it can't help even though I have the serial number, etc. Is there a way to download this?
