Acrobat SDK

I'm trying to set up a topaz T-S460-HSB-R electronic signature pad. I successfully installed and signed documents on one computer I clicked the sign field and a signature field came up you sign and boom your done. But upon trying the same process with the same document on another computer I get this:First, I don't even have any type of password although acrobat begs to differ, second I'm trying to set up this computer so that people who come in can sign the documents they fill out so it will be signed by many people and I cant have this popping up every time. I know it has something to do with the Digital ID but Im not sure how to remove it or set up a public version. Any help would be appreciated.

Need to make a form that has fields within a paragraph. I know how to adjust the field to fit the answer, however I do not know how to adjust the rest of the text in the paragraph. I will mention that this is a document that was made into a pdf from Word. Here is an example:Obviously, that field size is going to change based on the answer, but I cannot have a huge blank space between the answer and "that require added attention...".Is this possible? How is it possible?TIA,Kelly

My MacBook Pro's hard drive failed & after getting a new hard drive I downloaded & tried to reinstall Adobe Acrobat XI Pro full version that I purchased in 2014 but it gives me a window titled Serial Number Upgrade & states that my serial number is valid & asks me to select a product from a drop down box. The only problem is that Adobe Acrobat XI Pro is not listed in the drop down box. Please, help. Thank you.

I just noticed this morning that I can no longer save PDFs from Acrobat DC. Period. When I try, I get a popup box with the little square "loading" icon and it flashes like crazy. Then the CPU fan kicks in. It never actually lets me save it. Red alert!

I am on Windows 10. I recently updated my build version. Perhaps that is the cause of this problem.When I got Reader DC, it worked fine. But I have not needed it for over a month. Today when I did use it, any attempt to save a document resulted in a window popping up but remaining blank and never going away. Print still works. Not sure what the next move is or should be. Let me know. Thanks.

Hi,Acrobat opens pdf files with titel name (if there is one) instead of document names.I know, I can change that one in document prefs, but have to re-pdf (print to pdf again) loads of files.I searched the prefs... didn't find an answer.For example Doc names are 1. First chapter.pdf (titel is document01)2. Second chapter.pdf (titel is also document01)It does not print the documentnames but prints the document titles... So all files now called document01.pdf!Does anyone know how to set document names as standard?Thanks,Ruud.

Publications:I underline things in the pages with the document markup red underline tool.  I save the page.pdfThen I create a document from many pages underlined.  If I need to swap out a page for another, the page is goine but the red line comments stay where they are and need to be deleted.  Is there a way to create a page where the red underlines are locked on the page, and then if the page is replaced with another, those lines go away with the page...  so you don't need to delete them and they aren't just hanging around on the new page, separate from the one they were originally put on?

Does anyone know if it's possible to create new commenting tools in Acrobat DC Pro? For example, I would like to have three different pop up notes, all with their own default color. My goal is to be able to track the number of different types of edits by filtering by their color. It's too time consuming to have to change the color of the comment after each one.

Hi,We do have here a pc running Windows 7 64 bits who has a licensed version of Adobe Acrobat Standard DC (version 2015.006.30201).Also IBM Notes 9.0.1 FP6 is installed on this machine.When consulting the compatibility between PDF maker and Web browsers and applications, I see this should be supported:But for one of other reason I do not get this options on the IBM notes client, there is no "PDF Maker" toolbar at  all!!!Office does not have this issue and I can export from exce/wordt to pdf with out problem at all.Doing the same on a test pc where Adobe Acrobat PRO DC (version 2015.006.30201) is installed (trial version), I am able to see this "PDF Maker" toolbaar and so I can export mails from IBM Notes to pdf's.....Can someone at Adobe clarify me whether the Standard version does support the PDF maker or not???Thanks in advance,Ricard Malvesi

I've just started using Standard DC on a new computer and 27" monitor. But I'm having a problem shrinking the size of the frame and toolbars - (and command pop-ups). Right now they block out half the screen. Any ideas????? Thanks

Everything appears correctly on the screen (with only some checkboxes filled and one radio box in each question), but the form is printed ALL of the checkboxes and radio boxes appear filled (black).  Any help?

At some point in the past, I had made a PDF form and the fields were shaded a blue color so a user could see where the entry fields are.I am now using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 release on Windows 10 and the fields are defaulting to not being shaded. I tried using the properties box to shade the fields with the option of being visible but not printing, but that also results in the entered text not printing either.How do I get shaded fields by default that don't print but allow the text entered in them to print? I'm working for a time schedule, what I need is if they choose the time 8am-2pm and click the text box with contains of that schedule all I want to have a color on that text box, let say yellow. Also if they want to unchoose it and change the time schedule the color will be back on white. Is that possible?

I'm considering purchasing the Acrobat DC Student edition (the $119 one-off purchase) and am trying to work out what version of Acrobat I'd be getting. Am I right in thinking that buying the student edition is like buying the regular $449 edition - i.e., it's on the 'classic' update track and won't have the latest updates like tabs and the new scanning workflow? In that case, Adobe doesn't offer any kind of student discount for the continuous version, which seems weird to me. Or does the student edition somehow operate on the continuous update track instead?

I've place two check boxes adjacent to each other, "Wellness" and "Tobacco". User can check one, both, or none. The default is unchecked. I also have a text field that, if Wellness or Tobacco are checked, "Claiming the wellness credit" and/or "Claiming non-Smoker Credit". Everything works fine, until it doesn't. When I check the Wellness box, the message appears (good!). But, when I check the Tobacco box, the Wellness message and Wellness check disappears. Same happens if I first check Tobacco, as well. I can then re-check the newly empty check box and both boxes remain checked with their respective messages - until I move to the next, different item and both check boxes empty out again. Plus, I have a button, Calculate!, that runs all calculable form fields. This, too, empties the check boxes. I need for both boxes to remain checked and return a value of 1. Thanks!

Hello,we have to problem with our Adobe DC Professional.The first problem: Print with Adobe PDF Converter result to message with "interactive Service, change window".The second Problem we have with the PDF Maker. In Word, Excel and PowerPoint we can perfectly create PDF-Files with the Addin.In Visio and Project after create PDF we get a message "Adobe PDF Printer is not installed on your Computer..."We have this problem on three different Clients. All Clients are fully patched with Microsoft and Adobe.The Office Versions are 2010 32-bit on Windows 7 64-bit.Thanks in advance for your help.
