I already set the fields to one font, but want to change after I test filled the fields with text in preview mode . but now when I highlight the fields and select properties and select a different font and size, It shows the new font selection but the fields will not change what has already been entered. I tried editing the field and deleteing the text and retyping same original font type and size is still there

I used to be able to select multiple text boxes at once, right click, and align them.  How do I do this in Adobe Acrobat Standard DC?

I can't print any PDF documents since downloading new vesion, everything else prints jusy not PDF, it says I havent seleted a page to print yet it won't allow me toI can print jpeg, photos, just not PDF any tips,  I have tried a lot of suggestions and none work so far

Is there any way that I can set up my email profile with acrobat (Version 7.0 standard) so I do not have to approve the profile every time I want to email a document?

I use windows 8.1 and had to rebuild my pc, When I went to install Acrobat Pro version 7 I got an invalid serial number error. I found that I only have the first 20 characters (at least I hope they are). what can I do? I checked my account and found I registered version 6 and 9 but I forgot to do it for version 7

I'm using ruler guides to align objects in my document.  At the end of the time I have to work on the document, I save and close it. When I open it again to continue working on it, all the ruler guides are gone and I have to put them in place again. Needless to say, this is a pain.Is there a way to keep the ruler guides visible every time I open the project?I'm using Acrobat XI Pro.Thanks!

On a Mac. I am trying out only Illustrator CC. My other apps are CS6. Now when I go to open a PDF for example - remember this is CS6 Acrobat, I keep getting the annoying CC sign in window. It wants me to sign in, but I am not trying to use Acrobat CC. I am trying to use my CS6 Acrobat.

I have never set any password but suddenly when I was editing a file I was asked for password. What should I do?Previously when I wanted to edit a file, I was asked for password. When I asked the person who sent me the original file, he said he had never set up any password for the file.

I have  a set of pdf pages where getPageNthWordQuads returns the wrong coordinates. The coordinates appear to be offset 15 pts up and to the left. Anybody else seen this or have a suggestion how to detect  that this page has an issue?I checked all the values returned by getPageBox and nothing seemed different from pages that return correct resultsAny word on the page is offset the same amount, so it's a translation error, not a scaling error

Hi allI am trying to append a DWF to a PDF document and keep getting 'Unknown Format' error, as I guess Acrobat Pro is trying to convert the DWF before appending.Could do with some guidance if anyone can assist, it would be most appreciated.ThanksGW

I am needing to add a unique watermark to the same letter for about 300 clients. I have each client saved in my Adobe Acrobat Pro DC under watermarks and I have one letter I need to put each name on separately (I.E. 300 different files). Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this to same me some time? Thanks

Greetings,I'm looking for a way to encourage search engines to not index a PDF by placing a 'noindex' or similar tag in the PDF document. I work with an educational organization who shares copyrighted PDF documents with members who are teachers and want to share the documents with their students on websites. Our document repository only members can view, so there is no problem with security there, but when teachers post these documents to their own websites (against our acceptable use policies), often search engines find them and students can then search and find these documents (including, often, documents with solutions added).If we can embed a noindex tag in the actual PDF, this should help decrease the number of indexed documents on the web (we're a small organization without the capital to hire someone to search and follow up on violators of our policy).Does anyone know if this is possible?Thanks 🙂

Can someone point me in a forward direction on this?   When I go to edit it just has a bunch of seemingly random editable text boxes all over.

I'm trying to set up a form so that two text fields will populate with a default text (separate text in each  text field) at the same time.Below is a screenshot of the fields.So, for example, if I select Utah from the drop down menu in "State," "OH Fund Center" will auto-populate with APWSWR4949 and "OH WBS" will auto-populate with WR49.73.0003. I have a similar script for text fields a little bit lower in the form, but that script is not working.  I was trying the following script:var v1 = this.getField("RecState").valueAsString;if (v1=="Utah") event.value = APWSWR4949;else event.value = "";However, it would not auto-populate the OH Fund Center Box.  And I have no idea how to populate both fields at the same time.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!Crystal

Hello,I have a several thousand page PDF of emails that have been printed and aggregated from Outlook.The PDF is searchable.I would like to extract the From, To, Sent, and Subject information to an Excel file.The final output would be a table in excel that collects the From, To, Sent and Subject data from every occurrence of such in the PDF (with maybe a page reference as well, but that's less important).Can this be done? Something relating to forms? If so, can someone point me in the right direction to learn this functionality?Thanks,Casey

Hi all,I have created a document in livecycle for routing an HR process. As part of it, people digitally sign to ensure that they have approved. Once it reaches me, I extract the data and use it for an internal process.Now, I need to be able to save this document and load it into a document management system. The issue I am finding is that I need to be able to attach supplemental docs to this before uploading, for record keeping purposes. I understand that we cannot do this in a single pdf due to the reasoning behind digital signatures, but for storage in the document management system I just need a record, not the actual signatures.I have been able to accomplish this by printing to PDF, but this does not offer a batch method for me to use on many documents. I have used acrobat action wizard to extract the pages, but this loses the signature (which, I only need the "image" of, not the actual digital data.Any thoughts on this?I have been unable to find/create a JS that I could use in ac

Yesterday I was able to use my standalone copy of Acrobat Pro DC to process pdfs and "recognize text".Today I get the error message, "This feature is not included in your current Acrobat license".What is going on here? Adobe is removing features in software that I have already purchased?

I'm trying to change the font color for my font and about 90% of the time it doesn't work right.I type in this: And once I go back to it to check the color it changes it to this:It's weird cause some of my text will work to change it to this "same" color but others won't or it will take me 10X attempts to get it to stay this color.Adobe doesn't support this anymore and I'm not going to pay the monthly fee to upgrade.  But I can't figure out why it changes it. I've messed around with color management but it doesn't change anything.  Any help would be great! It's driving me nuts and I've google it for hours and have found no answers.

I saw others have had this issue but it's never been resolved.  I don't want to upgrade to the new acrobat pro just because I can't change it to a specific color.  I want to be able to type my color in, but when I go to font color it won't let me drop down the Grey Scale Slider to get to the CMYK option. Anyone have a fix for this?

Hard Drive on ASUS laptop replacedOperating system upgraded to Windows 10Reinstalled Adobe Acrobat X StandardDownloaded Acrobat Reader DCAnd, new operating system had Adobe Acrobat Distiller X already on itBefore the hard drive replacement, was able to create PDF's and, using the "Add Attachment" option in the left side menu of the PDF form, browse the C-drive and select files to be attached to the PDF.Now, after the new hard drive and the re-loading of the above software, when opening a previously created PDF containing attachments; the attachments appear in the left side of the PDF form but the option to "Open attachments"  (add new attachments) is grayed out and not functional.The option to "open attachments" previously enabled browsing the C-drive to locate files to attach to the PDF.Not sure what has to be done to enable the option to add attachments to an existing pdf formAny suggestions will be appreciated

I am trying to add a calendar field in a form I am creating in Adobe DC, does anyone know how to add this, I found the date field but does not give the calendar option to chose a date.
