Adobe Acrobat Online

My Adobe reader is frozen and i cannot do anything with it. cannot see anything cannot close it cannot use it in any way. i cannot even delete it as it is being used to reinstall it. What can i do to fix it?

Hi,Bought license for export PDF. One third of the document was converted to text nicely but rest of the pages were just transferred to word in images, not as text? PDF quality was the same in all pages, word just changes from text to images in the middle of the document? Is there any fix? Converter converting PDF image to word image is not very useful IMHO.

I used to have an option on my toolbar to save an email as a PDF document.  But it is no longer on the toolbar and does not give me that option in the file save as command. Thank you

After the Application opens in a PDF export mode I click on convert it says no Internet connection. I have an Internet connection for all other matters.is there a glitch?

I am getting emailed to me a file containing a .pdf set of plans from an architect for a new building. There are multiple pages in this file. I need to be able to export the information on one or two pages into excel. I've tried a couple of times with Adobe Export and I get a failure. I don't need the entire set of plans - just a page or two. How do I do this? Thank you.

I just purchased Adobe PDF Export in order to convert some PDF's, but the text is all garbled.  I tried converting it on my computer and online and it made no difference.  Any help would be greatly appreciated

I selected to save a document to the Cloud.  The progress bar appeared saying "Saving to Document Cloud 0%".  It has remained that way ever since...15 minutes ago.  What could be taking so long?

Hi there, I have a workshop cutting list which i have converted to pdf, and wish to edit. There are a number of boxes (some blank) i wish to move and redivide. However when i try to do this it highlights part of the document i do not wish to edit and so starts merging boxes. In short i end up with a bit of a mess ! Can anybody help ? it would be much appreciated.I want to move the whole page down slightly and maybe slim down text boxes in order to do so. This is the sort of thing i am experiencing when i try to do this.

Hi there,    In a previous year  I purchased this service because I LOVED being able to convert .pdf to word so I decided to subscribe again...however, this time...it is extremely poor quality.  Is it possible to get a refund?

I need to know why I can't download the Adobe PDF convertor or even use it as a web app. This has been the case for a few months. I've paid for it but can't use it and you are so difficult to get hold of!
