Adobe Acrobat Online

I have an Acrobat pdf pack subscription. I would like to edit my pdf, but it seems that I have to buy the "edit" tool. Is the "edit" tool included in the Adobe pdf pack? If so, how can I access it? Thank you.

not able to convert pdf to word

I want to stop my monthly payments and to cancel my subscrption . How to do ? I think it's a shame that Adobe leaves the solution to a Forum instead of answering directly.

When I export my pdf to word I get a document full of nothing but OOOOs.  Any idea how to fix this?

I can't get Export PDF to convert a PDF file to Microsoft Word file. Keeps giving error message that conversion failed.

I have a PDF that i need to combine with other documents. The pdf will open in acrobat reader when I open it directly from outlook, but when I save it to try to edit it on my mac, or when I try to upload it to the document cloud to combine it I just get the text "Please wait... if this message is not replaced by the proper content..." I know I have the up to date version of reader but it still wont upload to the cloud properly. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I made a mistake and cleared the recent files in adobe. I did not know that the files on my cloud would get deleted when I cleared the recent files. Is there any way that I can recover these deleted files?

Sending files and the box pops up saying they have sent. Then when I go back in, and go to sent files, it says FAILED in front of the subject line. Help please!

I have two concerns. First i purchased Adobe PDF back on Sept 8 but never used the service. I tried to create a PDF and export one only to see a subscribe now page. Without realizing that i had already paid for the service previously, i went ahead and paid for it again today using iTunes. So, after payment was confirmed I tried to create and export again, only to have the subscribe now page appear again. My question is what is the problem with me paying and not getting what i paid for? Second, cu you please go ahead and reimburse me the $9.99 i paid for the service since i already have it? I am using windows 10 on my desktop and have just upgraded to include the Adobe pdf pack. I am trying to convert an image file in pdf to either gif, jpg, bmp, or tif. But cannot find where I am given any of those options when I open the file and try to convert.  Help anyone?
