I have been paying for Adobe Export for 2 years and I haven't used it yet. My fee is approximately 25/yearI just learned that I need adobe reader on my machine. The trouble is, I can't find the link. Every link I have tried invites me to purchase another Adobe product. I don't wan't to buy another product. I just want to use Export PDF so I can convert PDF files to Word documents. Waiting for your reply. Sign me frustrated to the nth degree. Sylvia

I have purchased ExportPDF and I have been unable to log in and access the services, Customer Services have been no use and pointed me to this forum.Any ideas how I can access the service that I have paid for.

I am trying to convert a pdf to word. The document has a lot of boxes(tables) and check boxes.I am new to this and am in a hurry for my agency to create a fillable document for report taking before Florence hits as our systems will be down but not our computers themselves. The Powerpoint is wrongly converted to PDF. The formatting of the presentation is off, so tables and text boxes are moved. How can I solve that? Thank you!

All my PDF files I had on my computer as documents are now black... I subscribed to this program to edit the PDF file. Now I don't have my files.

Most of the pages exported from PDF to Word are showing up as images (104 pages out of 164 are images), making the services useless. Is there any way to improve the results?

I have paid for the pdf converter (pdf to word) but every time I sign in it asks me to pay again. I have the receipt in a confirmation email. What is going on? This seems to be a common problem looking at the forums here. How can I fix this?

I have paid for the PDF converter (to word, excel, etc.), but when I try to convert, a webpage is opened offering some package options and saying that I already have the PDF converter (which is true), but nothing else happens. I can't finish the conversion!

I have paid for the PDF Converter (Adobe Export PDF) and every time I sign in to try to convert a document it asks me to pay again. Frustrating b/c I have probably overpaid time and again just to get access. I have a receipt that shows I last paid a one year subscription on 4/28/18. Funny when you go to support on this particular issue, I get a 404 on the page. I don't think they give a crap about customers that pay them $24 a year. Are there any other solutions people are aware of to solve this requirement?

Hi there, I just purchased Pdf pack to combine pdf's so I can print them all at once. This said, it sounds like there is a maximum of 12 files that can be combined at once, which to my knowledge was not indicated in the specs.Hence, I have two questions: 1 - Is it possible to combine more than 12 files with adobe?2 - If not, where can I ask for a refund? I have converted a pdf document to an Excel document so I can make changes to some content. The formatting is not the same and I cannot print it out to look like the original.   How do I get it to print like the original?

Export PDF keeps taking me to buy a subscription but I already have one.  In fact, it won't let me purchase again...

How can I read a converted PDF file in Open Office Writer instead of Word?

I need to figure out how i can resolve this issue. I was able to export PDF file to word to be able to make few changes, but instead found a lot of spelling errors and spacing, and punctuation throughout the whole 35pages. I have tried different computers with different microsoft Word and the problem is still there. I need someone to help me. Its very urgent.Thanks

I too have had the service for a few years and now all of a sudden I can no longer convert documents - and my subscription is due for renewal next month...

I have had this service for a few years and it is still in force so why does it send me to the purchase page instead of covering it?
