Adobe Acrobat Online

Everything was working well with "send for signature" after I pre-purchased a year's worth of Adobe PDF Pack. Now about 2 months later, when I attempt to use the feature, I get a message that I need to upgrade my subscription to be able to send for signature. That's the only reason I subscribed 😕😕

I'm trying to use my subscription in Acrobat Reader to export a PDF to Word.  I've done this many time successfully but now I get an error that says:No Internet ConnectionThe features in this area require internet connectivity.  Please connect your computer to the internet and try again.I do have a valid internet connection and can connect to Adobe.com.I also cannot connect to the online site, https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf.  I get an error that says:We've encountered a critical error.  Please try again later.Unable to fetch basr_uris files tier.I've tried everything in No Internet Connection when exporting to word and it hasn't helped.  The only thing I found is that the folder Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\core doesn't exist on my Windows 10 machine.I have also submitted a ticket to my IT department in case it's something that's blocked on this end.Anyone have any ideas?

tHAT INSTRUCTION IS A WASTE OF TIME.  I JUST SPENT 30 MINUTES WITH A CUSTOMER SUPPORT PERSON WHO SENT ME TO FORUMS FOR A SIMPLE PROBLEM.  NOW WHAT DO I DO FOR A PDF CONVERSION TO WINDOWS WORD.

I am having an issue converting PDF documents to word or excel.  when I click on 'Export to PDF' the converter button I receive an error message, ' an error occurred while signing in.'  when I go to sign in to the Adobe site, I am directed to a plans & Products page.  before, I would be directed to an Adobe PDF conversion page.  How do we fix this?bob

I’ve looked at every email I have and none have any adobe account linked where I am getting charged. I remember signing up at one point but I don’t know what account I signed up with and how to stop these payments

H- i I have a subscription for Export PDF, and confirmed this by logging in.However when I open Acrobat reader and click convert it tells me that I have no subscription.Ack! Can someone help....

I keep trying to rotate one of the pages in my files and save it, and whenever I go hit save I am receiving an "error 400" message. I have then tried to create a new file and the same message is popping up. It seems like I am unable to do anything on Adobe at the moment. Can anyone tell me what Error 400 means and how I can go about getting my account up and working again?

why does export pdf only allow between 350 and 360 files to be converted per hour? i though this was unlimited.

I am trying to combine multiple pdf files into one file and it always comes up with a conversion failure. Not sure why...none of the files are password protected.

Adobe currently experiencing significant delays uploading/converting PDFs of any size.  Problem has spanned past 10 days.
