I get an error message every time I try to convert a pdf to a word document 'an error occurred while trying to access the service'.How can this be rectified?

My PDF Converter will not convert a PDF to Word format on my Mac.  Any suggestions?

Every time I try to convert a Word file to PDF, it keeps asking me to pay for this feature, but my account says I already have it.  How do I access it without having to pay for it again?

I subscribe to Adobe Export PDF. I haven't needed to use it in quite a while. When I try to convert a document such as a PDF to a work document so that I can make changes I am not given the option in the tool bar to do this. Just tried to change an Excel spreadsheet to PDF but again no option is presented.  It used to work. In reading the support pages it says there is nothing to download. So I am stuck.

When logged in and trying to convert a .pdf to .doc I get sent to a page that wants me to buy a product and I can't convert the page. This has been ongoing for a few months and there is no support from adobe. I'm ready to cancel and file a formal complaint. Can anyone help me?

Although i have a subsciption to Adobe, when i try to convert a pdf to powerpoint, the app asks me to purchase a subsciption. Help!

when converting pdf to word i get the response "no internet connection" Naturally, this is not the case but that is the response. tried removing Adobe and reinstalling but no luck. This has worked for a couple of years then stopped within the past few weeks. Our I/T has tried everything other than cancelling the subscription. Do you have a phone number for troubleshooting?

I just purchased a PRO D to get a document exported for signature and sent off today.  I just learned that window don’t support the laptop program Vista.  I am on my IPad and wish to complete the process via the IPad which I thought the subscription would do before I make another purchase to get this document done today by its deadline.  PLEASE HELP ME!

I'm trying to convert a pdf file to excel using Acrobat Reader DC but I keep getting told I'm not connected to the internet.I've been issued a new work laptop and have tried to convert Acrobat Reader pdf files to excel but it says I'm not connected to the internet even though I definitely am. Incidentally, it used to happen from time to time on my previous laptop.
