Adobe Acrobat Online

I am able to sign in to my adobe account via a browser. However, when I have Adobe Reader open, and attempt to export a pdf to Word, after typing in the same user ID and password that allowed me into my account via the browser, I get a message stating, "An error occurred while signing in." Any ideas what might be wrong?    

When I convert a pdf to a word document, the formatting gets changed and my signature does not copy over correctly. How can I get it to convert without doing this?

I have a PDF File that is a Bank Statement.  It is password protected and I have the password and I can open the file.It is 400 pages. I want to convert to Excel so I have to buy your Export PDF licence and I have to buy an annual Subscription.I buy the subscription and then the file wont convert because it is password protected!  I have snapped the message below.Now I see that I cannot convert the file because I did not password protect the document and the document is encrypted despite me having the password!I bought an annual subscription minutes ago and I cant convert the file I bought the subscription for!Please give me a refund.  I will now go to the bank and get them to give me the data instead.

I like to export PDF to JPEG or PENG and it doesn't do that in Safari! NOW WHY DOES IT OPEN IN SAFARI WHEN IT CANT DO MUCH THERE?????

When I am trying to convert a PDF to a word document in the same manner that I have always done, it re-directs me to purchase a plan.  My current plan is still in place so what changed?

Hi there, i had an issue printing from pdf and had to remove the program from my files.  How do i re-install it?  I still have my active adobe export license, it doesn't expire until September this year...Any help appreciated.Many thanks

I keep receiving "an error occurred while signing in" in Adobe Export PDF.  I have gone to my accounts page but nowhere can I tell if my payment period has expired or not (I am not even sure that this is the problem).  I have used the correct password as I can get into the accounts page but cannot access Export PDF.  Can anyone please assist.

Hi I have successfully converted 20 PDF files using Acrobat Reader. I also have a Cloud based conversion plan and have converted 2 documents there.  However as soon as I tried to convert the 21st document I get "conversion error".   I have done all the recommended fixes:1) tried 2 different browsers.  2) cleared the cache on all browsers 3) all documents are in the 40-75mb size so not too big.    What else is there ?   I tried technical support CHAT and they were HOPELESS.  They took 20minutes to tell me they cant help. Can anyone here help me please ?
