my combine pdf feature taking to long. How can I clear the backlog of other combines?

not for me; it keeps bringing me to the subscription page; when i go to my email; i find the link and open from there.every time i try to export a pdf to excel is comes up as gibberish. there is no apparent fix?

I pay yearly for my Adobe Acrobat specifically so I can convert PDF's to other formats (like PowerPoint, Word and Excel), converting from PDF to Word and Excel is always smooth, but every time I try to convert to PowerPoint it says I must pay for my account, which I already do.  What gives?  I am logged in with my Adobe email/password, it will let me convert Excel and Word, but not PowerPoint.  Thanks in advance!

I need help with converting PDF to Word and I keep getting directed to their subscription page; even though I subscribed for 1 year.  It worked fine yesterday; today, when I need to convert a critical document, I can't do it.  Very annoying for Adobe not to have an easy to find chat or phone call option.  Terrible, in fact.I'm trying to convert PDFs to word file. I've purchased software but every time I press export it takes me back to paying in page even though I've already paid​

I have renewed my subscription of Adobe PDF Pack two weeks ago; however, I couldn't find the order in my "order history" to sign in for the new subscription.  When I used the feature of combining files, I was directed to pricing/combine files page to buy the product.  Anyway, after I hit the "subscribe now" button, the message reminds me that I have already paid for this service.  What can I do to use "combining files" feature?

I just bought PDF pack.  Trying to extract some pages from a larger file.  Watched instructional video, went to organize pages and I don't have the extract button in my toolbar like the video.  Please advise.  Thanks, Tim

I have a Japanese language PDF file I want to convert to a "live" Word file. In the past, this has not been a problem. I have chosen the Japanese language and during the conversion the OCR software has read the Japanese and has created "live" Japanese text in a Word file. I then purchased an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription, required by a client for a project. That software also had the capability of changing image files into live Word files. When I started that subscription, Adobe automatically cancelled my Export PDF subscription. When I cancelled the Acrobat Pro subscription, I then re-subscribed to Export PDF. When I attempted to use Export PDF after this, the image PDFs became Words with images in them. In other words, the OCR functionality had been loss and there was no longer "live" text. Can someone from Adobe help me?

Why won't it let me convert PDF after I have paid for the service? Is there a trick?

Hi there! I hope that you can help me, I could not find a phone number to call Support. I am trying to merge 12 PDF files into 1 PDF file and each time I merge the files I receive a "Conversion Failed" message. All files are below 100MB. Do you know why this keeps happening?

I just subscribed to the PDF conversion plan. When I convert, the resulting Word document (.docx) is a total mess. There are symbols all over the place and the spacing is all messed up.What can I do to straighten this out?

I have a 1.4 Gb .zip file which shows an error message after uploading to Send & Track, so the file is effectively NOT uploaded. It takes 30 minutes to upload and progress seems normal, until the error message appears.Any solutions?
